The 40.04m/131'4" 'Serenity II' motor yacht built by shipyard Mengi-Yay is available for charter for up to 12 guests in 6 cabins. This yacht features interior styling by English designer H2 Yacht Design.
Boasting an array of sumptuous living areas laid out invitingly to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere onboard, motor yacht Serenity II is the perfect luxury charter yacht for friends and family.
Guest Accommodation
Serenity II is great for families thanks to her child-friendly setup. Built in 2010, She offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests with a layout comprising a master suite located on the main deck, two VIP cabins and two double cabins. There are 6 beds in total, including 6 king, 2 queen, 1 pullman and 1 convertible. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.
Onboard Comfort & Entertainment
A charter on Serenity II is comfortable and convenient thanks to the provided amenities such as a gym with all the latest equipment to maintain your fitness routine. Retreat to the deck jacuzzi and soak up the scenery.
Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you such as Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. Guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.
Performance & Range
Serenity II is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots. An on board stabilization system ensures comfort when underway.
Serenity II has a good selection of water toys and accessories to entertain you and your guests whilst on charter. Guests can feel the wind in their hair and jump the waves on a WaveRunner. Additionally, there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. In addition there are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. If that isn't enough Serenity II also features wakeboards, kayaks, fishing equipment, kneeboards and snorkelling equipment. When it comes to Tenders, Serenity II has you covered - with two tenders, including a 5.8m/19' Golden Line Tender.
Serenity II and her crew are available for charter this summer for cruising within the Mediterranean. She is also accepting bookings this winter on request.

Custom built by Mengi-Yay Yachts in Turkey in 2010, SERENITY II is a 40m (131.2ft) luxury yacht. With her steel hull and aluminium superstructure, her top speed is 13 knots, and she cruises at 11 knots. Her engineering and external design comes from the draft board of Endaze Muhendislik, and her interior was conceived by H2 Yacht Design.
Known for her elegant lines, SERENITY II features walkaround teak decks and uses her internal space to capacity. Forward on the main deck, the unusual 180-degree windows create amazing views in the VIP guest suite, which also has private use of the foredeck.
The upper deck is mainly given over to the owner’s suite: an aft facing cabin with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors opening onto the aft deck for their private dining and relaxation. The décor is cool and luxurious in silver-grey and cream, upholstered walls and Macassar cabinetry.
Forward on the upper deck is the well-equipped bridge where full beam windows line the cabin creating an uninterrupted view for the helm.
Another full beam VIP guest suite is situated on the lower deck, this has a bed positioned at an angle to help prevent discomfort. The yacht also has zero speed stabilisers to smooth her motion when underway and at anchor. There are three further double cabins on the lower deck. SERENITY II accommodates up to 13 guests in six cabins.
For living space, the main deck offers a saloon with an open plan lounge-dining room and a bar, which leads a partially covered aft deck with an outdoor table and banquette seating. On the extensive sun deck, guests can dine outside at another large table, sheltered by the hardtop, or sunbathe on the sunpads surrounding the jacuzzi forward. Plus there a sit-up bar.
The tender is a 5.8m Golden Line G580 with 150hp Mercury, which is stored on the upper aft deck, with a crane to launch. A 4.2m Golden Line with 90hp Mercury is stored on the lower deck, accessed through the transom. Also a range of water toys: jetskis, wakeboards, waterskis, scuba gear and towables.
SERENITY II needs nine crew to operate to her full potential. The captain has a double cabin by the bridge, the rest of the crew quarters are on the lower deck, including a dedicated mess room.
Turn-key and ready for new ownership, SERENITY II has been well maintained and consistently upgraded over the years. In 2022 she completed an extensive flag and classification survey, and then received a full hull repaint in 2021.

He has completed a circumnavigation and several ocean passages, cruised extensively in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. He has a diverse knowledge of cruising areas, and can provide an itinerary to cater for all your needs.

He was born in İstanbul and grew up in Bosphorus, and studied at the Nautical College in İstanbul. He started to build his career as a Radio Officer on commercial navy in 2001. He has been in yachting since 2004. Hobbies include photography and diving. Ercan is fluent in English.

Sertan is from Istanbul. He is a qualified Commercial Chief Engineer 3000KW, and studied at the Istanbul Technical University. After working for more than 6 years on Bulk carriers and Chemical tankers, he has since worked as project manager at Peri Yachts in Antalya, and Chief Engineer for 4 years with Rixos Yachting.
Derya Uzuntepe
Derya started her career in yachting 11 years ago as a manager in a sailing yacht charter company. Her career has since grown, and over the past 5 years Derya has gained much experience in service and interior management. Other attributes include wine knowledge and cocktail making, which will ensure you will have superb experience on board Serenity II. Derya is fluent in English as well as Turkish.
Yelis Islek
Liz is from Antalya, and has gained excellent experience working for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line as Stewardess. Gohkan Gultekin
Gohkan is originally from Izmir, he has worked for 10 years as chef on private and charter yachts. Ibrahim Erdal
Ibo was born in Mersin. He has been working on Gulets since he was 17. He spent 10 years of travelling around the South Coast of Turkey. He is a qualified seaman and diver. He speaks Turkish and English.
Ramazan Omak

About Super Yacht SERENITY II: Luxury Motor Yacht SERENITY II is a yacht with a great interior. By using best interior designer team and crucially best suppliers from across Europe, the yacht has become a lovely place to unwind and relax when the strong Mediterranean sun is to be avoided. Fabulous contract of the interior space is achieved with a combination of wenge, anigre and teak with marble floors adding a luxurious and royal like feel to bathrooms and the corridors. All cabins have a slightly different theme and feel, and provide large beds and plenty of storage space.
Accommodation: Mega yacht SERENITY II has lovely super yacht accommodation for up to ten adults plus two additional guests in five different cabins. Amongst her lavish accommodations are a large full beam Masters suite, two VIP suites, two generous double cabins, and an additional sofa berth in owners lounge. The accommodation is set on the lower deck and is accessed through typical stairs near the command bridge. The master suite, located on bridge deck, is a full beam stateroom with king size bed, a writing desk, a separate settee and a fabulous al fresco seating area. The VIP double cabins have also a king size bed, with both having their own private en-suite facilities, video and audio entertainment systems. The additional two double cabins have a queen size bed with their own en suite facilities. All cabins have individually controlled air conditioning systems ensuring pleasant and comfortable yacht charter experience. Chef: On board of super yacht SERENITY II you will meet Gohkan. He is originally from Izmir, and has worked for 10 years as chef on private and charter yachts. He was welcomed to Serenity II after working full 4 years on a successful charter yacht and brings with him a wide knowledge and experience of cuisine from many corners of the world whilst still retaining his roots of Turkish cuisine. The meaning of APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is an advance payment required to pay your operating expenses on a luxury yacht. This amount is mostly 30% of the total charter fee amount.
Why do you need to pay APA? Because your charter fee does not include extra expenses aside from the rental cost of the yacht. Before your arrival and during your stay, all operating expenses (diesel and fuel, harbor fees, local taxes, customs fees, food, beverages, etc.) will be completed by the captain. Before disembarkation, an additional payment can be required from the captain in case the advance payment has been completely used or if there is spending less you will have the difference refunded to you.
