The cost varies widely depending on the yacht's size, level of luxury, and charters duration. Day charters can start from a few thousand euros, while a week-long hire on a superyacht may cost tens of thousands.

For the liveliest atmosphere, July and August are peak season. If you prefer a quieter pace, May, June, and summer, September, and October are lovely, with the added bonus of fewer crowds.

Our rent charters fee typically includes the rental of the yacht or boat itself, the attendance of a professional staff, and all necessary safety equipment. Standard provisions may cover basic amenities, but additional costs such as fuel, marina fees, food and beverage expenses, and any special requests (e.g., water sports equipment, guided tours) are usually not included and can be arranged for an extra fee. It's important to discuss these details upfront to tailor the charter to your preferences while managing budget expectations.

More than 90 days before the charter start date: Clients may cancel their booking and receive a full refund of any amounts paid, less an administrative fee to cover processing costs.

60 to 89 days before the charter start date: Clients are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the total charter fee.

Less than 60 days before the charter start date: No refunds will be available, as we are unlikely to rebook the yacht for the specified period on short notice.

We strongly recommend clients consider travel insurance that covers charter cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or travel disruptions. This ensures that your investment is protected, and you can look forward to your luxury yacht charter experience with peace of mind.

Immediate Concerns: If your complaint is related to the yacht or services provided during your charter, we kindly ask you to inform the captain or the head crew member as soon as possible. Many issues can be resolved quickly when addressed in real time, ensuring the rest of your charter experience remains enjoyable

Formal Complaint: If your concern cannot be resolved during the charter or if it pertains to issues before or after your yacht experience, please submit a formal complaint in writing within 14 days of the charter's conclusion. You can email us directly at [email protected] .

Investigation Process: Upon receiving your complaint, our customer service team dealing with Ibiza Yacht Charter will conduct a thorough investigation.

Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you with a written response detailing the outcome of our investigation.

New to charter?

The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is due at the time of the final charter payment. Under MYBA terms, this sum is usually equivalent to 30 per cent of the total charter fee, but may be up to 40 per cent in some cases.

Intended to cover the operating expenses of a charter as explained under Charter Terms, such as fuel, food, drinks, port fees and ad hoc incidentals, the APA will be given to the captain before the start of your charter. The Captain will ensure that the yacht is fully fuelled and provisioned when you step on board. While an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during your charter, a full set of accounts will normally be submitted by your captain at the end of the cruise. If, during the charter, the expenditure exceeds the sum already paid, additional cash funds will be required at once.

All outstanding bills from the yacht charter should be settled in cash or by bank transfer before your final disembarkation. Of course, any remaining credit at the end of your charter will be reimbursed to you in full. On request, transfer arrangements to and from the yacht can be made by Burgess or by the yacht’s captain, payment for which will be deducted from your APA.

Pablo has spent many summers aboard the family's llaut (typical boat) sailing the waters of Ibiza and Formentera, fishing, diving and sleeping under the starry sky at the time when Ibiza and Formentera were far from being internationally recognized destinations.

When he was old enough he did not hesitate to go to work in a boat shop where he could learn about mechanics, painting and boat maintenance.

At 18 he was encouraged to get his first nautical degree together with his father, Vicente Andrés, who is a Captain of the Merchant Navy and a well-known teacher in Ibiza. At this age he also started in the charter business, managing a Sea Ray Pachanga 220.

In 2006 he created Xaloc Charter and since then, together with his team, with great enthusiasm and dedication, he has been working to offer his clients unforgettable experiences, always maintaining the commitment to renew fleet and offer only the best boats, taking care of every detail so that everything turns out perfect.

Tienen aire acondicionado, agua caliente, cuarto de baño dentro del camarote, Televisión, WIFI. TAGO MAGO ISLAND

Tago-Mago is a private island located about 25 minutes Jet-Ski ride away from our location in the Marina of Santa Eulalia. We visit this island on practically all our 1 and 2 hour tours. If the sea conditions allow it, we usually also make a stop for a quick swim and to visit a beautiful cave that not many people know!

Cala Boix is a precious virgin bay close to the final strech before crossing over to Tago-Mago island. At this bay the only thing you will find is a small beach bar. Depending on the sea conditions, we usually visit or pass by this bay on all our tours.

CALA SAN VICENTE

One of the most known bays on the east side of the island of Ibiza. We only visit this bay on our 2 hour Dolphin Tours as it takes about 40 minutes to get to from our location in Marina Santa Eulalia. We usually find Dolphins in this area as the fishermen throw away the fish they dont want on the way back to Cala San Vicente.

PUNTA GROSSA

Punta Grossa is one of the most beautiful places on the east side of the island of Ibiza. It’s an area full of small islands and cliffs with a beautiful light house on the rocks. It’s only possible to get to Punta Grossa by sea and we only visit this location on our 2 hour tour. We usually make a small stop here to have a quick swim during our Dolphin Tour.

Cala Nova is a beautiful bay with amazing turquoise cristal clear water located right next to “Es Canar”. At this bay there are various well known beach clubs such as “Atzaro Beach”, “Aiyanna”, etc.. At this bay you can also find the famous “Etxeko” Restaurant from the Michelin star chef Martín  Berasategui located at the 5 star “Bless Hotel”.

SON DEN SERRA

Son d’en Serra is located approximately 12 minutes Jet-Ski ride from our location in Marina Santa Eulalia. This is a beautiful unspoilt turquoise cristal clear bay surrounded by stunning cliffs. At this bay you will find the popular “Amante Beach club”. We usually visit this bay on all our tours.

The Mosaico Mural can be found on the main façade of the city’s tourism office in Old Town Calpe. Widely regarded as one of Calpe’s most beautiful tile murals, it’s the work of Alicantino muralist Gastón Castelló. It depicts the town’s fishing industry, complete with a ship, Peñón de Ifach (Ifach Rock), and people dressed in traditional costumes and carrying fish. There are plenty of murals painted on building facades and stairways within the historical neighborhood, so leave lots of time for photographing these artwork during your visit.

Lonja de Calpe

Lonja de Calpe is a seafood market and port that’s known for its fish auction. Held from Monday to Friday between 5pm and 8pm, it’s one of the town’s most popular activities. You get to experience the local culture and even get some fresh fish for yourself. The market dates back to 1991 and features a viewing gallery for visitors to watch the auction from. Lonja de Calpe is surrounded by many seafood restaurants, so you get to pick out the fish you prefer and have the kitchen cook it to your liking. If you want to learn more about the history of Calpe’s fishing industry, guided tours of the port are available for about €6.

Calpe Craft Market

An outdoor market for traditional handicrafts.

The Calpe Craft Market takes place in the Avenida de Rumania neighborhood, where you can shop for local handicrafts, vintage clothing, jewelry, and preloved items. It’s also a good place to stock up on homemade pastries, cakes, and breads, as well as organic fruits and vegetables. The Calpe Craft Market is held from 9am to 2pm, and often gets busy from 11am.

Baños de la Reina (Queen's Baths)

Baños de Reina (Queen’s Baths) is an ancient Roman site next to the Paseo Maritimo Playa del Bol promenade. Baños de Reina is about 1.5 km northeast of Ifach Rock.
