All-Inclusive Yacht Charters
Navigating the booking process can be a daunting task with many different types of yacht charters. that's why we've created this brief guide to all-inclusive charters, what's included and what boats offer it..
Not having to pay for expenses? That’s sounds a little too good to be true. You might be wondering: Are there really yacht charters with everything included?
The short answer is yes! All-inclusive yacht charters are available, but the majority operate in just a few charter destinations in the world. In fact, the majority take place in the Virgin Islands (both the U.S. and British islands). Outside of the Virgin Islands, though, you’ll find more traditional rate structures for charters, e.g. charter fees plus expenses.
In short, if you like the idea of an all-inclusive sailing vacation, consider a charter in the British Virgin Islands. A favorite Caribbean destination, the British Virgin Islands offer incredible beaches, exciting excursions and plenty of towns/resorts to explore. (Plus, you won’t have to worry about any of the expenses while you cruise and relax.)
This overview – a part of our planning resource, the Charter Advice Guide – offers an in-depth look at all-inclusive charters.
What’s Included with an All Inclusive Charter?
All-inclusive means the majority of expenses – food, drink, fuel costs, taxes, etc. – are included in your charter fee. You aren’t required to keep an expense account open. Rather, you pay a one-time fee prior to setting sail, and that’s it.
But what amenities are included in an all-inclusive yachting trip? Here’s a quick look:
- Meals – Three chef-prepared meals per day, set to your preference.
- Drinks – All beverages, including bar drinks and cocktails, set to your preference. This includes the beverages in the ship’s open bar, which typically includes a mix of spirits, wine and beer.
- Snacks – Hors d’oeuvres, desserts and snacks are included.
- On-Board Amenities – Use of the onboard amenities and water toys, as noted on the yacht’s e-brochure.
- Fees/Taxes – Customs fees and cruising taxes are both included, unless otherwise indicated.
What’s Not Included in an All Inclusive Yacht Charter?
All-inclusive includes many of your expenses throughout your charter, and that’s one reason why many people like to book this type of vacation. It’s easier to plan and budget for. Yet, there are some special fees and amenities that aren’t included.
For example, dockage fees aren’t included, which is a fee paid to overnight at a marina. And special beverage requests aren’t included, as well. Here’s a look at some amenities that aren’t included:
- Fishing Licenses – If you plan to do some sport fishing, you’ll have to pay for the license in some cruising areas (not required for children).
- Dockage Fees – If you would like to spend a night in a marina, you pay the cost of the slip and dockside electricity and water. Nights spent at anchor do not include any additional fees.
- Special Food/Drink – Exclusive spirits, wines and food items may incur additional fees.
- Scuba Fees – If you plan on scuba diving, you may incur additional fees for gear and permits.
- Communications – Use of the yacht’s on-board communications equipment is an added expense. This can include things like computer usage and satellite phones.
- Transfers – Transfers from the airport to the yacht, or your return to the airport are not included.
- Crew Gratuity – Gratuity is not included. Traditionally, guests tip the crew at the end of the charter; 15% is customary, but the amount is at your discretion.
Does All Inclusive Include Alcohol? The majority of all-inclusive charters include everything you eat and drink on-board, including alcohol from the ship’s open bar. Yet, there are some charter operators that do not include alcohol in the all-inclusive, or they include just a small amount of alcohol. As you book an all-inclusive yacht charter, be sure to inquire about alcohol fees (if there are any).
All of the items that are included will be clearly marked on your charter contract , so you won’t have any surprise exclusions. Traditionally, though, it’s rare for a yacht to charge an additional fee for alcohol.
What Types of Yachts Are Available for All Inclusive
Not all yachts are available for all-inclusive charters. In fact, yacht charters in the British Virgin Islands that offer all-inclusive rates tend to be sailing vessels – both sailboats and catamarans – and they’re typically smaller in size.
- Sailing Yachts/Catamarans – The reason why sailing yachts and catamarans are more likely to offer all-inclusive charters is that they have much more predictable costs (e.g. little-to-no fuel costs). Plus, the British Virgin Islands is a small cruising ground, with a mix of beautiful islands located close-by. As a result, captains can better determine costs beforehand, which makes all-inclusive pricing possible.
- Motor Yachts/Superyachts – Motor yachts and superyachts, on the other hand, rarely offer all-inclusive rates . The reason? Fuel costs for motor yachts and superyachts tends to be highly variable; a last-minute itinerary change or increasing fuel prices can result in costs being much higher or lower.
Off-Season Specials . Some destinations, especially the British Virgin Islands, offer all-inclusive specials during the off-season (spring, summer and fall). You’ll find many more all-inclusive promotions during off-peak charter seasons, compared to the winter high-season. Our team of charter brokers has the scoop on all the latest trends; just let us know and we can help you find what you’re looking for.
All-Inclusive Sailing Vacations: British Virgin Islands
The British Virgin Islands are a legendary sailing grounds. Here, you’ll find more than 25 islands and atolls to explore – including Tortola and Jost Van Dyke – as well as untouched beaches, reef diving/snorkeling spots, seaside cabanas, and a decidedly laid-back vibe.
Sailing the waters also make for a fun vacation. Throughout the year, the BVI receive steady tradewinds, incredible weather, and the water is warm and inviting no matter the time of year. A few key reasons to consider a sailboat charter in the BVI:
- Year-Round Charters – A sailboat charter in BVI is possible year-round. Like most of the Caribbean, winter is high season, when guests are treated to incredible weather and calm seas. Yet, early spring and fall are perfect times for off-season charters. In summer, the weather can be unpredictable, but many choose to charter in the summer.
- Plenty to Do/Explore – No matter your interests, you’ll find tons of one-of-a-kind adventures in the BVI. Tour centuries-old rum distilleries; surf, kayak, or kitesurf; hike the region’s numerous jungle trails; take an ATV tour; or relax at one of the island’s legendary beach parties.
- Incredible Sailing Grounds – The BVI’s 25 islands offer action-packed itineraries for sailing charters. Start your vacation in Tortola, the largest island, and check out nearby islands like Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay and Norman Island.

All-Inclusive Catamaran Vacations: British Virgin Islands
Catamaran charters are popular in the BVI, and there are many reasons you might consider an all-inclusive catamaran charter compared to a sailboat charter . A few of the top reasons include:
- Stability – Catamarans have two hulls, which increases stability at sea. Many people prefer catamarans for this reason.
- Shallower Waters – Catamarans can access shallower coves and waters, which opens up more possibilities in BVI. There are more than 60 atolls, cays and islands you can access in the BVI on a catamaran.
- Faster Cruising – Catamarans move faster and allow charter guests to see more on their charters.
- Spaciousness – The two-hull design provides a bit more space above and below deck, which increases privacy and allows more people to travel together.

Bareboat Charters vs. All-Inclusive
Some yacht charter guests like to hire their own boats, without a crew to sail the British Virgin Islands. These so-called bareboat charters offer some flexibility. Yet, the costs can quickly add up.
With a bareboat charter, you’re responsible for all food and beverages for your trip. Plus, any customs fees, cleaning fee, dockage, taxes, etc. are the responsibility of the charterer. Therefore, charter costs add up quickly, and bareboat charters tend to be similarly priced to all-inclusive charters, after all expenses have been calculated. Here’s a quick look at these types of charters:
- Bareboat – Nothing is included in your charter fee. You pay to rent a boat without a crew, and you’re responsible for food/drink, fuel, dockage and custom fees, and taxes.
- All-Inclusive – The majority of fees are included. Plus, you charter a fully crewed yacht. Depending on the yacht’s size, your crew will include a captain and at least one additional crew member to provide onboard services.
Of course, an all-inclusive crewed charter also offers peace of mind and pure relaxation. You sit back and enjoy your vacation, while the crew handles the details. If you’re interested in learning to sailing during your vacation, talk with your yacht charter broker. Many yachts are happy to provide guests with some hands-on sailing experience during a sailboat yacht charter.

'Access to hidden-gem ports': Why this luxury yacht is the best option for beach lovers
“This is your yacht, to do with as you please,” Captain Rob O’Leary said to guests of the Emerald Sakara , the second luxury superyacht from Emerald Cruises. “We have an international crew from 21 different nations, and we are all here for you.”
I was on the maiden voyage of the 360-foot Sakara, a December 2023 sailing with the added glamor of a Champagne christening in San Juan, Puerto Rico, led by the ship’s godmother Kelly Craighead. She is president of Cruise Lines International Association, the industry’s leading trade organization.
“Sakara” is a Sanskrit word meaning “thoughts become things” – a fitting name, given the thought that went into the ship’s chic design. And our itinerary for the week couldn’t be more yacht-like – an island-hopping experience in the West Indies, stopping in out-of-the-way ports that larger cruise ships can’t manage. And while some smaller boats can feel rocky, the Sakara’s stabilizers keep the ship on an even keel.
Are luxury cruise ships worth the money? We did the math for Silversea's Silver Nova.
With just 100 guests and 76 crew, the Sakara is part of the larger trend in cruising: smaller ships that cater to vacationers who want the style and feel of a yacht, and the intimate service that accompanies that, with the amenities of a larger ship. Craighead said that small-ship cruises offer “luxury at a great value, access to hidden-gem ports and unique features like marinas for water activities directly off the ship,” she says. “These small ships can even be chartered, for your own amazing, private yacht experience.”
After departing from San Juan, the Sakara reached the Puerto Rican island of Culebra in a few hours, just 20 miles off the coast. We hopped in a taxi van at the port to reach the pristine waters of Flamenco Beach, which consistently makes the world’s top 10 lists. It was a fall-asleep-on-the-sand kind of day, under brightly colored umbrellas, with multiple trips to the canteen for French fries.
“I hope you enjoyed Culebra today because it’s quite hard to get in, through a very narrow channel,” O’Leary said at a supper-hour briefing.
The next day, we stopped at the nearby island of Vieques, which is filled with wild horses – about 2,000 of them – most of whom are fully accustomed to the photo op. We docked at Esperanza Bay and wandered the waterfront. There were jeeps or ATVs available to rent for those who wanted to beach-hop, but we settled into the sand at Sun Bay. And when we sailed into Cruz Bay on the U.S. Virgin Island of St. John the following day, there were yachts and catamarans everywhere – and the Sakara fit right in.
The crew outdid itself the next day at White Bay Beach on Jost Van Dyke, the smallest of the British Virgin Islands. A barbecue feast awaited us, along with beach loungers, steel-drum entertainment, and all the paddles and water toys from the ship. Later, we wandered down the beach to find a young yacht crowd, groups of friends who have rented their boats, all knee-deep in their mojitos.
“I get a real kick out of driving the Emerald Sakara into St. Barths, muscling in and anchoring next to all the other superyachts,” O’Leary said. “It looks good in the pictures.” A stop there brought a snorkeling excursion, a bit of high-end shopping and a few rosé-soaked hours on Plage de Saline.
Back on board, the creature comforts of the Sakara included plenty of outdoor space to connect with the ocean, a small infinity pool, a full-service spa and a large, elegant dining room and terrace. It’s all part of the cushy yacht lifestyle.
The ship will spend the summer and fall cruising the Mediterranean Sea – heading for the French and Italian rivieras, Croatia and Greece – with eight-day itineraries from $5,100. The Emerald Sakara will be back in the Caribbean next December, with eight-day cruises starting at $4,100.
Editor’s note: The contributor of this story received access to this cruise from Emerald Cruises. USA TODAY maintains editorial control of reviews.
See Four Seasons' upcoming ultra-luxury cruise with a $350,000-a-week suite bigger than most homes
- Four Seasons says it will begin sailing an ultra-luxury yacht cruise in January 2026.
- The 222-guest vessel would have 95 spacious suites and 11 dining options — but food wouldn't be free.
- The largest suite would have four floors and bedrooms, a spa, and a price of $350,000 per sailing.
Four Seasons plans to expand its high-end hotels and resorts portfolio with a luxury 222-guest cruise ship.
The company says the 95-suite vessel will debut in January 2026 and cost a minimum of $20,000 per weeklong sailing.
For that price, the luxury hospitality giant says travelers would enjoy a one-to-one guest-to-staff ratio and massive suites spanning as many as four floors. If all goes as planned, the 679-foot-long Four Seasons I could become one of the most expensive and opulent options in the cruise industry.
The ultra-plush 14-deck Four Seasons I is scheduled for 19 voyages in 2026 to more than 130 Caribbean and Mediterranean ports.
Reservations opened two weeks ago. Those interested can register to join a waitlist or book through a travel agent.
So far, "sales have been very encouraging, and the demand is exciting to see," Thatcher Brown, chief commercial officer and head of joint operations for Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, told Business Insider in a statement. The company is a joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts.
Renderings make the Four Seasons I look as opulent as the brand's land-based properties.
Four Seasons says its vessel will have 95 suites ranging from 537 to 9,975 square feet, some with three bedrooms.
The smallest suite starts at $19,700 for a five-night roundtrip voyage to Athens, Greece.
No windowless interior cabins here: Like other ultra-luxe cruises, the suites would all have terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Customers could expect upscale amenities like a walk-in closet, down-filled duvets and pillows, and marble dual vanity bathrooms, per Four Seasons.
The most premium suites would also feature additional accommodations for "personal assistants," such as au pairs or security personnel.
Some options, like the 7,952-square-foot Loft Suite, could be adjoined with seven other cabins to accommodate up to 20 people.
Without connecting cabins, the Loft Suite would already have three bedrooms and bathrooms, a powder room, and a sauna.
Others, like the largest Funnel Suite, would have its own spa and kitchen.
Four Seasons says the 9,975-square-foot mansion, partially perched in the ship's glass-lined funnel , will span four floors, four bathrooms, three bedrooms, and three powder rooms.
Not to mention the private elevator, pool, and $350,000-a-voyage price tag.
Accommodations of this price and size are generally unheard of in the cruise industry.
Luxury operator Silversea says the largest suite on its upcoming 728-guest Silver Ray will be 1,324 square feet. Competitor Regent Seven Seas' new Seven Seas Grandeur debuted in 2023 with a more expansive six-guest 4,443-square-foot option.
Both suites' sizes and prices — Regent's starts at $42,000 per person for a total of $252,000 at maximum occupancy — would be stunted by Four Seasons' promise of a 9,975-square-foot, $350,000 floating mansion.
But cabins with six-digit prices aren't unheard of.
While not a luxury cruise line, Royal Caribbean's popular three-floor townhouse on the new Icon of the Seas is being booked at an average of $100,000 a week — although it's about four times smaller than Four Seasons' largest.
Royal Caribbean and other mass-market cruise lines are beloved, in part, for their unlimited complimentary food options.
Regent Seven Seas' all-inclusive fare also covers caviar, foie gras, and Champagne.
But don't expect any of these to be free on the Four Seasons I.
Breakfast would be complimentary. Lunch, dinner, and booze would not.
The vessel's 11 restaurants and lounges would be priced similarly to Four Seasons' on-land properties. (A dinner entrée at its resort on the Caribbean island of Nevis — also one of the ship's destinations — ranges from $34 to $163.)
The pricing structure may sound odd to most cruise traditionalists. (Hey, at least WiFi would be "free.")
But some of the ship's amenities could look familiar: Like most cruise liners, the Four Seasons I would have a pool, spa, and clubs for children and teens.
The company also promises a lounge and marina that will open onto the water, giving guests direct access to activities like snorkeling or windsurfing.
Four Seasons Yachts plans to take delivery of its $399 million vessel, now being built by famed Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri, in late 2025.
A second Fincantieri-built ship would join the hospitality company's fleet the following year. The next vessel would cost more than 400 million euros, about $429.2 million, Four Seasons says.
This isn’t Four Seasons' first foray into itinerary-based vacations.
The company has also found "tremendous success" in its private jet-based "cruises," Alejandro Reynal, the president and CEO of Four Seasons, told BI in a statement.
Its 2024 vacation-by-air itineraries started at $135,000 for a 16-day Asia tour. Demand has been growing, he said, "signaling that luxury travelers are looking for immersive, exclusive, end-to-end travel journeys that allow them to explore the world with their favorite brands."
But its new ultra-luxe cruise arm would be entering an increasingly crowded luxury market, soon to be dominated by like-minded hospitality giants.
High-end Aman Resorts and Orient Express plan to launch their own luxury cruises in 2027 and 2026, respectively.
Staying ahead of the competition, Ritz-Carlton debuted its first 149-suite Evrima yacht cruise in 2021, with a second 224-cabin ship scheduled to begin sailing later this year. Its least expensive itinerary is currently $5,100 per person for a six-night voyage from Barbados to Puerto Rico in early 2025.
Interested in a hotelier-owned vacation at sea but don't want to pay the luxury price tag? Margaritaville's cruise is an affordable $75 for two nights.

10 Luxury Cruise Lines That Will Make You Want to Ditch Plane Travel Forever
Posted: April 21, 2024 | Last updated: April 21, 2024
Thinking about booking your next dream vacation? As stunning as land-locked adventures and beautiful hotels can be, there’s something to be said about sailing the seas. Fortunately for us, nowadays, there are cruise ships that far exceed the family-fun agenda of the classic companies so often advertised on TV. While there’s absolutely nothing wrong with those cruise liners, there’s something special about not only traversing the ocean but doing so decked out to the nines. With that in mind, we’ve rounded up the best luxury cruise lines of 2023. Ahead, uncover the company that best aligns with your idea of the ultimate water-bound getaway.
Silversea is the “jewel in the crown” of the Royal Caribbean Group, not to mention the original luxury cruise line, first entering the space in 1994. The company touts 12 all-inclusive ships with destinations all over the world. Whether you want to explore the American West Coast, South America, Northern Europe and the British Isles, Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, or even Antarctica, Silversea has a cruise to fit your fancy.
Speaking of fancy, the most luxurious cruise that Silversea offers is its 125-Day Chile to Norway sail, which rings up at $94,700. You don’t have to invest that much to enjoy a Silversea cruise, though. No matter which type of suite you book, you can expect butler service, optional 24/7 in-suite dining, endless access to premium beverages and craft cocktails, and complimentary caviar around the clock.
Explore Silversea Cruises
Paul Gauguin
Paul Gaugin stands out for its single-ship escapade into the luxury cruise space. With a variety of cruises that explore French Polynesia and the South Pacific, Paul Gauguin is a small-ship cruise line with 7-, 10-, 11-, and 14-night itineraries that focus on intimate experiences, delectable cuisine, stunning stateroom balcony views, butler service, and more. With a 1:1.5 crew-to-guest ratio, you can rest assured knowing that all of your needs will be met aboard the m/s Paul Gauguin.

Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours
Scenic is unique in that it not only offers luxury ocean cruises but river cruises, too. The brand prides itself on operating and innovating with guest experience in mind. As such, all of its cruises have so much to offer voyagers, from extensive dining, leisure, and wellness options to striking design elements that will make you want to stay aboard for much longer than your itinerary.
Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours has nine ships with oceanic destinations spanning from the Arctic and Europe to the Caribbean and Australia. Meanwhile, if you find yourself in France, you may want to check out Scenic’s beloved river cruises, in which you can tour the Seine in the utmost style.

Ponant has a fleet of 13 luxury cruise ships with destinations dotting the globe. The award-winning French cruise line is beloved for its tailor-made voyages, in which guests have access to myriad bespoke experiences both on and off board, from in-room dining to once-in-a-lifetime immersive excursions.
Since Ponant ships offer smaller capacity—more akin to a private yacht experience—they’re able to navigate private ports and preserved locations that large-scale cruise ships are unable to access. While aboard Ponant’s all-inclusive ships, you can anticipate exceptional French cuisine, delicious fine wines, complimentary Champagne and spirits, room service, and more.
Of course, if you need further inspiration to look into the cruise line, perhaps the fact that three-mast yacht, Le Ponant, is part of the Relais & Châteaux portfolio will do the trick.

Crystal is renowned for its personalized voyages all over the world, not to mention its palatial suites that will leave you picking your jaw up off the floor. In addition to well-appointed design, the cruise line offers an impressive dining experience, with authentic cuisines from all over the world. So whether you’re in the mood for American, Italian, Peruvian, or Japanese food, you’ll have ample options to choose from.
It’s also worth mentioning that the luxury cruise line took it to the next level with its spa, Aurora Spa. The gorgeous, sea-view spa offers a variety of face, body, salon, and healing treatments, including massages, facials, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and even IV drip therapy—so you won’t have to worry about feeling hung over at sea (especially considering the cruise line offers complimentary Champagne, fine wines, and premium spirits).

Windstar Cruises
Windstar Cruises operates a six-ship fleet dedicated to extraordinary sailing experiences. With small ships that carry less than 350 passengers, Windstar prides itself on offering guests intimate, aesthetic, unforgettable voyages spanning from Asia and Australia to Italy and Iceland.
While the staterooms and suites are stunning and the shore excursions are aplenty, it’s the food that really stands out aboard Windstar. As the official cruise line of the James Beard Foundation, Windstar offers a number of themed culinary cruises with food and bev from some of the most notable chefs of today, including Maxime Bilet (The Cooking Lab) and Jose Mendin (Pubbelly Noodle Bar, Habitat, Baja Bao).

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection
The Ritz-Carlton is synonymous with luxury, so it’s no surprise that the company extended into oceanic adventures with a fleet of three superyachts. Where the Evrima was built in 2021, the Ilma and Luminara yachts are forthcoming in 2024 and 2025.
While classic cruise lines have a capacity in the thousands, often edging upward of 4,000, the Ritz-Carlton superyachts offer a more curated experience to 500 passengers or less. From the outside, the yachts are sleek and serene, fitting in beautifully with the sea. Within Evrima’s walls, though, moody modern interiors with magnificent ocean views await.
Guests can look forward to soaking tubs, expansive private balconies complete with sun beds and a whirlpool, walk-in wardrobes, and more. As far as destinations are concerned, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection embarks on oceanic adventures in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

Seabourn is a luxury cruise line that speaks to our soul—and for more reasons than the simple fact that it touts a “Veranda Suite Upgrade.” The luxury cruise line sets sail in the Arctic, Canada and New England, the Amazon, Arabia, Africa, and India, and more.
Each of the fleet’s yachts, which carry between 458 and 600 guests, is outfitted with ocean-view suites only, so no matter what excursion you book, you can anticipate traveling in luxury style with a picturesque backdrop. You can also look forward to mouth-watering cuisine courtesy of renowned chef Thomas Keller.
Explore Seabourn Cruises
Cunard is known for its iconic black funnels, yes, but more so for its unparalleled large-scale onboard experiences. Although each of the cruise line’s ships carries upwards of 1,500 passengers, the four-ship fleet is adored for its luxury itineraries, stylish design, tranquil spa offerings, delectable cuisine, and unmatched comfort at sea.
Truly, if your goal is to book an unforgettable, Instagram-worthy cruise, Cunard is the way to go. From the stunning suites (decked out in pops of rich color, sumptuous textiles, and spectacular lighting) to the picturesque destinations, Cunard has it all.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises
If you want to get the most bang for your buck when booking a luxury cruise, Regent Seven Seas Cruises is a prime pick. The all-inclusive cruise line crafts a new definition of the category with complimentary roundtrip airfare, free unlimited shore excursions, include 2- to 3-night land programs, on-the-house bar and lounge experiences, and more.
The six-fleet cruise line is also known for its gorgeous interiors, complete with modern aesthetics, Art Deco embellishments, stunning chandeliers, and more. When traveling with Regent Seven Seas Cruises, guests can traverse the seven seas, with destinations in Africa and Arabia, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, the Caribbean and more. And if you don’t want to pick a single destination, there’s always the option to book a grand voyage or world cruise, which can last up to 168 days and cost upwards of $100,000.

Ratings and reviews, location and contact.
Pleasantly surprised, service is good so is the food. Great selection of Fusion food, a mixture of Italian, Japanese, European, Asian etc. A pleasantly nice dining experience, highly recommended, a must try!
Thank you for your feedback and invite you to have lunch or dinner again aboard the ship in an atmosphere of high standards of yacht hospitality.
everything was perfect - the food, the service, the desserts were the best, nice atmosphere and the location - magical
Best food, best view in Moscow. absolutely faultless from arrival to finish. Best risotto i had for many years absolutely perfectly cooked. The view on Ukrainian hotel and the white house by night is amazing
Had to wait for the food for 1.5 hours and then another 20 minutes for the check. Finally called for the manager and he offered... a 10% discount as a compensation. Simply pathetic! The food is mediocre at best. Not bad per se, but one... would expect something better considering the prices. There are many places to eat in area that are much better. Avoid this one at all costs. Food is very expensive, very pretentious, doesn't worth that money. Portions are very small. We ordered ravioli and there were 4! Four raviolis! For almost 15 euros. Then we asked to bring us dessert menu but nothing, they didn't even bothered, so we payed and left... without dessert. Very poor service for that price. More
This is a very good restaurant. The food is really good, maybe the best in Moscow. The service is also good. The view from the restaurant is great. The prices are very high.
I often visit this restaurant and must say it’s one of the best in Moscow in terms of quality and service. Staff really try hard to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. Customer service is a huge problem in Moscow but Chaika sets... a great example for others in the industry! Food is delicious and the menu has lots of options for everyone! Atmosphere is great and view is beautiful on the embankment. Special thanks to German & Oleg! More
Thank you for your feedback! Again aboard the yacht restaurant "Chaika" in accordance with the high standards of yacht hospitality.
Highly recommended, great location in the city center of Moscow with a superb atmosphere. Too many menu choices, though all delicious!
Thx a lot for your review! We are looking forward to see you in our restaurants.
Visited this lovely restaurant with a friend of mine. It was relaxingly warm August evening - so the place on the river seemed like a good idea. We came quite early and the restaurant was not full. The hostesses kindly offered several places to sit... and we chose to sit on the sofas. We had some wine, which was good. We struggled a bit when deciding about the food as few options (scallops) were not available. Fish on ice on display did not look very fresh. To be honest it was an unusually hot August and it is probably understandable that some see food options were not available. However, we did manage to order something and sat waiting and looking onto the river. My long-legged friend struggled sitting at the low sofa and the manager noticed that, offering as a very good, proper table beside the open window. It was nice touch and I was very pleased by their polite observations and immediate reaction to solve the problem. Food was quite good and presentation was perfect. Perhaps I can something about the food, but 1 visit is not enough to criticize or make a definitive opinion. Overall, quality place, which of course, does not come cheap. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. More
