This Manhattan 53, is a perfect example of a good condition flybridge yacht. It had two owners from new.  Engine hours stand at less than 600 hours. The yacht is very well maintained, various maintenance and services were carried out between August 2020 to date. The yacht comes with a very good list of extras. It is located in Sicily and it is ready for the Summer. The spec includes air conditioning, passarelle and upgraded generator, stern thruster, upgraded AV equipment, water maker and a Williams Tender. Comes in standard 3 cabin layout with Galley down, Dark American walnut cabinetry carpets, plus light fabrics throughout. Aft Master Cabin with double bed, vanity desk, large wardrobe and ensuite: forward VIP guest cabin with ensuite, wardrobe and ample storage and midship double twin guest cabin with separate access to VIP ensuite     

This Manhattan 53, is tax not paid and could retain tax not paid in case the purchaser is non-EU citizen and/or if it is purchased for the purpose of chartering. Namaste is a motor yacht with a length of 42.3m. The yacht’s builder is  Overmarine  from Italy who delivered superyacht Namaste in 2016. The superyacht has a beam of 8.7m, a draft of 2.4m and a volume of 447 GT.

The Namaste features exterior design by  Alberto Mancini Yacht Design , while her interior was penned by  Alberto Mancini Yacht Design , with naval architecture by  Overmarine Group SPA . Up to 12 guests are accommodated on board the superyacht Namaste, and she also has accommodation for 7 crew members including the captain of Namaste. The Mangusta Oceano 43 yacht Namaste has a  steel  hull and  aluminium  superstructure. She is powered by  2 MTU  engines, which give her a cruising speed of 11.0 kn and a top speed of 15.0 kn. The yacht has a speed of 11.0 kn. The yacht carries 64,790 liters of fuel on board, and 13,840 liters of water.

On the ranking of the largest yachts in the world, Namaste superyacht is listed as number 1768th. She is the 27th-largest yacht built by  Overmarine . The owner of Mangusta Oceano 43 yacht Namaste is shown in  SYT iQ  and is exclusively available to subscribers. On SuperYacht Times we have 20  photos of yacht Namaste , and she is featured in  7  yacht news articles. Refit market data from SYT iQ show that the yacht was last refitted in 2021.

Namaste is currently for sale at an asking price of  €19,997,990  with  Florida Yachts International (FYI) . There are currently 1988  yachts for sale  in the world. There are currently 1  Mangusta Oceano 43 yachts for sale  in the world and 6  Mangusta Oceano 43 yachts  in the global  superyacht fleet .  Motor yacht  Namaste was last sold in 2019. According to data from our market intelligence system SYT iQ, she was one of the 823 yachts that were sold in 2019. Bering 65 “Namaste”, Venezuela

The customer of new Bering 65 is an experienced seaman with years of experience, both, as a Navy Officer and later as first officer on board big ships in the Merchant Marine.

He purchased his Bering 65 Expedition series in 2012 after an exhaustive search of all similar options, looking for a boat which could navigate open ocean routes, rather than coastal weekend short cruises.

The owner undertook the delivery personally cruising his new Bering 65 over 10,000 nautical miles and completing over 2000 hours cruising since that time. His route took him from Hong Kong to Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand (Phuket), Indonesia (Bali and many Islands on the Java Sea and the Sea of Flores), to then cross to Darwin in Australia from Timor. He went all the way to the East from Darwin, crossing the Arafura Sea and the famous Gulf of Carpentaria to later cross the Torres Strait to enter the Great Barrier Reef stopping in Cairns on his way to the Gold Coast. From there in did all the way back to the Kimberly in North Western Australia on his route back to Singapore, for a period of over 2 years.

Bering 65 “Namaste” encountered rough waters on many occasions having proven she is a vessel designed to cruise for long periods regardless. 3, 4 and 5 meters waves became usual on many occasions. Safety was never compromised.

65' Bering Pilothouse Trawler  "NAMASTE" is hull #1 and is the best of the  Bering Yachts'  fleet. A private island off the Florida Keys for sale at $75 million: It includes multiple houses

A 26-acre private island know as Pumpkin Key is on the market for $75 million.

The listing managed by Liz Hogan of Compass offers combo deal including a mainland home in Key Largo and the entire island with multiple amenities for convenient management of the estate.

"There are two ways this will sell," Hogan told USA TODAY in an interview. "Either it will go for a family looking for a family compound and a legacy property or a developer will buy it to build on the island and sell the parts."

The estate's current owner, a family from the Midwest, has used it as a family compound but its generations are growing out of it, Hogan said.

Listing includes mainland home with dock, 4-minute boat ride to island

The mainland home as part of the listing is on the Key Largo coast closest to Pumpkin Key, and includes a dock that stretches more than 100 feet long to be able to boat quickly between the mainland and the island.

The home is also part of the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, which Hogan says is a fully sufficient yearlong resort. It has its own airport for private jets, a member-only hotel, another marina and two 18-hole golf courses.

If a buyer wants to give up that house, the island has its own 23-slip marina capable of accommodating a mega-yacht and tennis courts that convert into a helicopter pad for the brief jet to Miami.
