माझ्या भारत देशाचा इतिहास हा खूप मोठा प्राचीन आणि सांस्कृतिक वारसा चे नेम जोपासलेला आहे. प्राचीन भारतीय संस्कृति ही माझ्या भारत देशाला लाभलेली सर्वात मोठी देणगी आहे. हजारो तेजस्वी परंपरा माझ्या भारताला लाभली आहे.

भारतात राहणारे विविध जातीचे धर्माचे लोक आणि भारताच्या प्रत्येक राज्याची विशेष अशी बोलली जाणारी भाषा हे माझ्या भारत देशाचे वैशिष्ट्य आहे. भारतामध्ये बोलल्या जाणाऱ्या सर्व भाषा साहित्य आणि समृद्ध आहेत.

हिंदी भाषा ही माझ्या भारत देशाची राष्ट्रभाषा आहे तर सत्यमेव जयते हे भारताचे ब्रीदवाक्य आहे. जनगणमन हे भारताचे राष्ट्रीय गीत आहे. विश्वविजयी असा तिरंगा माझ्या भारताचा राष्ट्रध्वज आहे.

संपूर्ण विश्वाला शांतीचा संदेश देणारे अशोकचक्र ही भारताची अस्मिता आहे. रुपया हे भारताचे चलन आहे. कमळ हे माझ्या भारताचे राष्ट्रीय फूल आहे तर वाघ हा माझ्या भारताचा राष्ट्रीय प्राणी आहे.

135 करोड लोकसंख्या असलेला लोकसंख्येच्या दृष्टीने दुसऱ्या क्रमांकाचा माझा भारत देशामध्ये विविध जातीचे, पंथाचे आणि धर्माचे लोक गुण्यागोविंदाने राहतात. विविधत जाती-धर्म याचा रितीरिवाज आणि सांस्कृतिक आविष्कार अशी भिन्नता लाभलेली आहे. या मुळेच माझ्या भारत देशाला विविधता मध्ये एकता असणारा देश म्हणून देखील ओळखले जाते.

भारत देशाच्या प्रमाणे विविध जाती धर्माचे लोक लाभले आहेत त्याप्रमाणे ऋतूनुसार बदलणारे वातावरण देखील लाभले आहे. मोसमी वाऱ्यांची वरदान, गंगा, यमुना, कृष्णा, गोदावरी अशा पवित्र नद्या, हिमालय सारखा पर्वत, काश्मीर- महाबळेश्वर सारखी निसर्गाची सुंदर देण तिचा धार्मिक ठिकाणे यांसारख्या पवित्र अशा मातृभूमेने माझ्या भारत देशाला आणखीनच महान बनवले आहे.

दीडशे वर्षे ब्रिटिशांच्या राजवटीखाली गुलाम करणारा माझा भारत देश आज जगामधील विकसनशील देशाच्या यादीमध्ये सामाविष्ट झाला आहे. जसा काळ बदलत गेला तसा माझा भारत देशाचे रूप देखील बदलत गेले.

माझ्या भारत देशाला स्वातंत्र्य देण्यासाठी कित्येक महान क्रांतिकारी आणि पुरुषाने आपल्या प्राणांची आहुती दिली. छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज, राजमाता जिजाऊ, महात्मा गांधी, डॉक्टर बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर एक महान पुरुषांच्या आणि स्त्रियांच्या बलिदानाच्या रक्ताने माझ्या भारत देशाला महान बनविले आहे.

स्वतः च्या प्राणाचा त्याग करून माझ्या भारत देशाला स्वातंत्र्य मिळवून देण्यासाठी कित्येक महान धडपडले अखेर माझ्या भारत देशाला 15 ऑगस्ट 1947 रोजी स्वातंत्र्य मिळाले. माझा भारत देश स्वतंत्र झाला. त्यानंतर 26 जानेवारी 1950 रोजी माझा भारत देश प्रजासत्ताक झाला व माझा भारत देशात संविधान लागू झाले.

तसेच माझ्या भारत भूमी मध्ये अनेक रत्नांनी जन्म घेतला. सम्राट अशोक, गौतम बुद्ध, महावीर अशा अनेक रत्नांनी माझा भारत भूमीला पावन केले. दया, क्षमा, शांतता, समाज प्रबोधन घडवणाऱ्या संतांचा वारसा माझ्या भारत देशाला लाभला. अशा या माझ्या पावन आणि विविधतेने नटलेल्या भारतावर जेव्हा परराष्ट्रीय देशाने आक्रमण केले तेव्हा माझ्या भारतातील सर्व जनता त्यांना तोंड देण्यासाठी एकत्रितपणे उभा राहिले.

आजच्या आधुनिक  भारताने तर सर्व क्षेत्रांमध्ये आपली कामगिरी दाखवली आहेत खेळापासून ते चित्रपट सृष्टी पर्यंत माझा भारत देश  अव्वल दर्जावर आहे. माझ्या भारत देशाचे सर्वात मोठे वैशिष्ट्य म्हणजे माझा भारत देश कृषिप्रधान देश आहे. माझा भारत देशातील बहुतांश जनता हे शेतीवर अवलंबून आहे.

स्वतः च्या कर्तब बाजीवर माझ्या भारत देशातील लोकांनी प्रत्येक क्षेत्रामध्ये आपली कामगिरी बजावली आहे. आज माझ्या भारत देशामध्ये विविध उद्योगधंदे कंपन्या व्यवसायात अस्तित्वाला आले आहेत.

एवढेच नसून सेवा आणि शिक्षण क्षेत्राने तर माझा भारतामध्ये खूप प्रगती केलेली आहे. आज माझ्या भारत देशामध्ये डिजिटल स्वरूपाचे शिक्षण दिले जाते जेणेकरून विद्यार्थ्यांना जास्तीत जास्त ज्ञान मिळावे व तरुण पिढीने देशाच्या प्रगतीसाठी काहीतरी नवीन कार्य करून दाखवावे.

अलीकडच्या काही वर्षांपासून माझ्या भारत देशाला स्वच्छ भारत व सुंदर भारत करण्याचा प्रयत्न चालू आहे. तसेच माझ्या भारत देशातील प्रत्येक जनता आत्मनिर्भर आणि स्वावलंबी कसे बनते याकडे लक्ष केंद्रित केले जात आहे.

जगातील अनेक कमजोर देशांना  क्षमता मिळवून देण्यासाठी माझा भारत देश कार्यरत आहे. एक उगवती महासत्ता  म्हणून संपूर्ण जग माझ्या भारताकडे पाहत आहे. म्हणून तर जागतिक प्रश्नाच्या वेळी जगाला भारत देशाचे मत जाणून घ्यावे लागत आहे. त्यामुळे जगाच्या पाठीवर वावरणार्‍या प्रत्येक व्यक्तीच्या मनामध्ये एकच मंत्र घुमत आहे ते म्हणजे माझा भारत महान!

भारत माझा देश आहे. सारे भारतीय माझे बांधव आहेत.” अशी प्रतिज्ञा आपण शाळेमध्ये सकाळी प्रार्थनेच्या वेळी घेतो. कधी विचार केला आहे का, की हा माझा देश कसा आहे? इतर देशांपेक्षा तो का वेगळा आहे? आणि कुणालाही भारतीय आहे म्हंटल्यावर इतका अभिमान का वाटतो? कारण माझ्या देशात इतकी विविधता आहे जी कुठल्याच देशात नाही!

एका भारतात निसर्ग, प्राणी, मानव, त्यांच्या चालीरीती, दिसणे, भाषा ह्यामध्ये एव्हडी विविधता आहे की जर पूर्ण भारत फिरलो तर सगळे जग बघितल्यासारखे होईल. काश्मीर पासून कन्याकुमारी पर्यंत आपण युरोप, चीन, अफगाणिस्तान आणि साउथ आफ्रिका सगळ्या देशांचे प्रतिनिधित्व करतील अशी माणसे आहेत. काश्मीरला युरोप सारखा बर्फ आणि गोरी पान माणसे आहेत, आसाम मणिपुरी ला चिनी लोकांसारखी माणसे आहेत, पंजाब मध्ये अफगाणिस्तानी लोकांसारखी पंजाबी आहेत तर अगदी दक्षिणेला काळी माणसे आहेत. अरब देशासारखे राजस्थानात वाळवंट आहे तर काझीरंगा ला अफ्रिकन सफारी सारखा पार्क आहे. काय नाही आहे माझ्या देशात?

खरोखर अभिमान वाटण्यासारखी, अनादि काळापासून आपल्या देशाची प्राचीन परंपरा आहे. जगातल्या सगळ्या जुन्या संस्कृतींपैकी आपली एक संस्कृती आहे. किती समृद्ध संस्कृती आणि समृद्ध जीवन पद्धती होती आपल्या भारतामध्ये! असे म्हणत की, पूर्वी आपल्या देशातून सोन्याचा धूर निघत होता. ह्यात अतिशयोक्ती जरी असली तरी, हे खरे आहे की पूर्वी खरोखर भारतामध्ये अतिशय श्रीमंती होती. इंग्लंड, फ्रांस, पोर्तुगाल, स्पेन अशा देशांतून लोक व्यापारासाठी येत होते आणि थैल्या भरून-भरून संपत्ति घेऊन जात होते.

त्यांचीच वाईट नजर भारताच्या भरभराटीला लागली आणि सुवर्ण काळ ओसरायला लागला. एखाद्या फळांनी लगडलेल्या झाडाला व्रात्य पोरांनी दगड मारून फळे तोडावीत तसे वायव्येच्या खैबर खिंडीतून अफगाणी, हिमालयातून मंगोलियन, दक्षिणेकडून पोर्तुगीज, इंग्रज आणि फ्रेंच ह्या लोकांनी हल्ले करून संपत्ति लुटून न्यायला सुरुवात केली. त्यांच्या यशाचे कारण त्यांचा पराक्रम नसून भारतातली दुही कारणीभूत झाली. काश्मीर पासून कन्याकुमारी पर्यंत भारतात १८ पगड जाती जमातीचे, रंग रुपाचे आणि वेगवेगळ्या भाषा बोलणारे लोक आहेत. त्या वेळेला त्यांचे एकमेकांशी सलोख्याचे संबंध नव्हते. राजे विलासी होते आणि आपापसातच लढत होते. ह्या दुहीचा नेमका फायदा ब्रिटीशांनी उचलला आणि आपल्या देशावर तब्बल दिडशे वर्ष राज्य केले. आपली सगळी संपत्ति लुटून इंग्लंडला नेली. राज्ये खालसा केली. हेच काय तर आपला जगप्रसिद्ध कोहिनूर हिरा इंग्लंडच्या राणीच्या मुकुटात विराजमान झाला. त्यांच्याच काळात देशाचे दोन तुकडे पाडून ‘पाकिस्थान’ जन्माला आला.

जरी ब्रिटीशांनी भारताची संपत्ति लुटून नेली, तरी भारतात जन्माला येणाऱ्या प्रखर देश भक्ती असलेल्या वीरांना ते काही करू शकले नाही. भारत भूमी ही वीरांना, साधू संतांना, महान व प्रचंड बुद्धिमान लोकांना जन्माला घालणारी भूमी आहे. भारताने शून्याचा शोध लावला म्हणून जग आज संख्या मोजत आहेत.

पूर्वीच्या भारतीयांनी इतिहास, भूगोल शास्त्र, खगोलशास्त्र, गणित, विज्ञान, आयुर्वेद अशा सगळ्या शस्त्रांमध्ये इतर देशांपेक्षा खूप प्रगती केली होती. साऱ्या जगातून भारतात शिकण्यासाठी लोक येत होते. तक्षशीला आणि नालंदा, या विद्यापीठांना आजच्या ऑक्सफर्ड आणि हार्वर्ड चे महत्व प्राप्त झाले होते. त्याच बुद्धिमत्तेचा वारसा असलेल्या लोकमान्य टिळक, शामाप्रसाद मुखर्जी, स्वातंत्र्यवीर सावरकर अशा प्रखर राष्ट्र भक्ती असलेल्या वीरांनी तरुणांच्या मनात स्वातंत्र्याची ज्योत पेटवली आणि इतकी वर्षे वेगवेगळे असलेले भारतातील लोक कॉंग्रेसच्या एकाच झेंड्याखाली इंग्रजांशी लढायला एकत्र झाले. तेव्हा आपला देश हा पूर्णपणे खऱ्या अर्थानी अखंड भारत झाला.

सगळ्या जाती धर्माच्या आणि वेगवेगळ्या राज्यातून आलेल्या लोकांनी खांद्याला खांदा लावून ब्रिटीशांशी स्वातंत्र्य युद्ध केले आणि शेवटी ब्रिटीशांनी हार मानून आपला देश १५ ऑगस्ट १९४७ ला आपल्याला परत केला. ब्रिटिशांशी दिलेल्या लढ्यानंतर ‘विविधतेत एकता’ ही संकल्पना भारतीय मनात उदयाला आली आणि स्वतंत्र भारतात आपले लोकशाही पद्धतीने राज्य सुरू झाले. भारत आणि पाकिस्तानच्या फाळणी मुळे आपल्या देशाचे खूप नुकसान झाले. त्या मुळे सगळ्या देशाने कंबर कसून हयातून बाहेर पडायचा संकल्प केला, आणि भारताला पूर्वीचे सुवर्ण युग प्राप्त करून देण्याचा निश्चय केला.

विद्वानांची भारतात खाणच आहे; त्या मुळे आपण आता अवकाशयान सोडण्या इतपत प्रगती करू शकलो. डॉक्टर अब्दुल कलाम हे त्यापैकीच एक. त्यांच्यामुळे आपण आता अमेरिकेच्या तोडीस तोड खगोलशास्त्रात प्रगती करू शकतो. पुरेसे आधुनिक सैन्य बळ आणि शस्त्र बळ नसेल तर कुठलाही देश तग धरू शकणार नाही हे ओळखून द्रष्ट्या राज्यकर्त्यांनी सैन्य बळ आणि शस्त्र बळ वाढवून कुठल्याही आक्रमणाला तोंड देण्या इतपत भारताची प्रगती केली आहे.

भारतात सगळ्या जाती-धर्माचे लोक एकत्र नांदत आहेत, पण एकी मात्र अजून दूरच आहे. अजूनही देशामध्ये जाती-धर्मावरून दंगे धोपे चालू आहेत. उत्तरेकडे चीन आणि पाकिस्तान यांच्या एकत्र आक्रमणाची भीती आहे. नक्षलवाद आणि दहशतवादाने देश अजूनही पोखरला गेला आहे. त्या मुळे प्रगतीला खीळ बसत आहे. प्रांतीयवाद सुद्धा जोर धरू लागलेला आहे. ह्या दुहीचा आपण एकदा कटू अनुभव घेतला असून सुद्धा आपल्यामध्ये फरक पडत नाही. सरकारच्या भ्रष्ट कारभारामुळे गरिबी व बेकारीचे प्रश्न अजूनही सुटलेले नाहीत. त्यामुळे गुन्हेगारी पण वाढली आहे.

ह्या सर्व संकटांवर मात करून भारत अजूनही प्रगतीच्या दिशेने जात आहे. नक्कीच भारताचे सुवर्ण युग पुन्हा येण्याची आशा निर्माण झाली आहे.

We test sailed the 50L last winter in Florida. The L version has the optional lounge on top of the hardtop over the cockpit. Unlike some cats with flying bridges and lounges up high, the 50L doesn’t feel like a layer wedding cake.

The steering station is a traditional raised helm to starboard, and the lounge is just up a few stairs from there. The helmsman is in contact with those in the main cockpit and those in the lounge. Out sailing, we got the 50L up to 10 knots in a good breeze, so the boat is fast. It is also commodious and will make a very comfortable home for a family or a charter party.

Price: From $450k To $1.5 Million on the Used Market

Leopard 58 is a superb layout from Leopard, skilfully modeled by award-winning designers Robertson & Caine. This extravagant catamaran is suited to the prolific and innovative catamarans that have made Leopard famous while still giving out fresh features and various design options.

This expansive FlyBridge takes space to a whole new dimension as it is larger than its siblings with their award-winning aspects. Like the Lagoon 52, it’s a perfect balance for onboard comfort and performance sailing and sea safety. Perfect for sailors or boat lovers who are looking for a little extra.

This catamaran sets a standard for offshore sailing because of its simple sailing methods, large open cockpit space, and twin protected helms. Equipped with a three or four-cabin design that affords the owner’s cabin expansive living space, great storage, high aspect riders, daggerboards, an elegant fit/finish, and infused carbon-reinforced construction.

Seawind 1600

Price: Around $1 Million USD New

The new Seawind 1600 has been in the works for a while and has finally arrived on the market. The Reichel Pugh design is a departure from the more conservative looks of the other Seawinds and embraces a very Euro-style with plumb bows, hard chines, a swept-back cabin, and a large open cockpit with helm stations on both sides. The boat is a pure performance cruiser that was conceived as a blue water voyaging boat for a family. At 52 feet, it falls within the size range that an experienced couple can handle, so it would make a great platform for a couple to explore the world. This classic high-performance voyage was designed by VPLP and is said to combine a level of comfort, performance, and safety. It was built by Sud Composites in France with high tech materials. Sud initially built about 18 of these classic catamarans from 2001 to 2007.

Switch 51 hulls are built with vinyl ester sandwiched with a Klegecelle PVC foam core, thereby creating a hull light enough to be real quick and heavy enough to handle the ocean waves and swells. The saloon and galley are huge, with the cockpit spacious. The layout and accommodation are perfect for a small family with classic amenities aimed at making your stay on board a memorable one. This also a pretty affordable option in this category with prices on the used market as low as 450k.

Strange Glow Over Moscow Skies Triggers Panic as Explosions Reported

B right flashes lit up the night sky in southern Moscow in the early hours of Thursday morning, new footage appears to show, following reports of an explosion at an electrical substation on the outskirts of the city.

Video snippets circulating on Russian-language Telegram channels show a series of flashes on the horizon of a cloudy night sky, momentarily turning the sky a number of different colors. In a clip shared by Russian outlet MSK1.ru, smoke can be seen rising from a building during the flashes lighting up the scene.

Newsweek was unable to independently verify the details of the video clips, including when and where it was filmed. The Russian Ministry of Emergency situations has been contacted via email.

Several Russian Telegram accounts said early on Thursday that residents of southern Moscow reported an explosion and a fire breaking out at an electrical substation in the Leninsky district, southeast of central Moscow.

Local authorities in the Leninsky district told Russian outlet RBC that the explosion had happened in the village of Molokovo. "All vital facilities are operating as normal," Leninsky district officials told the outlet.

The incident at the substation in Molokovo took place just before 2 a.m. local time, MSK1.ru reported.

Messages published by the ASTRA Telegram account, run by independent Russian journalists, appear to show residents close to the substation panicking as they question the bright flashes in the sky. One local resident describes seeing the bright light before losing access to electricity, with another calling the incident a "nightmare."

More than 10 villages and towns in the southeast of Moscow lost access to electricity, the ASTRA Telegram account also reported. The town of Lytkarino to the southeast of Moscow, lost electricity, wrote the eastern European-based independent outlet, Meduza.

Outages were reported in the southern Domodedovo area of the city, according to another Russian outlet, as well as power failures in western Moscow. Electricity was then restored to the areas, the Strana.ua outlet reported.

The cause of the reported explosion is not known. A Telegram account aggregating news for the Lytkarino area described the incident as "an ordinary accident at a substation."

The MSK1.ru outlet quoted a local resident who speculated that a drone may have been responsible for the explosion, but no other Russian source reported this as a possible cause.

Ukraine has repeatedly targeted Moscow with long-range aerial drones in recent months, including a dramatic wave of strikes in late May.

On Sunday, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said the region's air defense systems had intercepted an aerial drone over the city of Elektrostal, to the east of Moscow. No damage or casualties were reported, he said.

The previous day, Russian air defenses detected and shot down another drone flying over the Bogorodsky district, northeast of central Moscow, Sobyanin said.

There is currently no evidence that an aerial drone was responsible for the reported overnight explosion at the electrical substation in southern Moscow.
