Newport Beach Is often referred to, as the “Riviera of the West” Newport Harbor is one of the largest recreational boat harbors on the west coast. With approximately 9000 boats, it is a popular destination for all boating activities including sailing, fishing, rowing, canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Today commercial maritime operations include the “Catalina Flyer” a ferry to Catalina Island, harbor tours, sport fishing, and a few small commercial fishing boats. It also hosts the “Newport Boat Show” each year. 43 years running, the “Newport Boat Show” is the place to see the newest vessels reaching the Western United States. With over 300 boats on display and a host of exhibitors showcasing innovative products and services, there is something there for everyone. One of its main attractions is the annual Christmas Boat Parade. The parade dates back to 1908 and The New York Times has called it, “One of the top ten holiday happenings in the nation”. On Sundays from 9:00AM-1:00PM experience the organic “Farmers Market” located right next to the beach on the Newport Beach Pier. During the summer there are weekly events organized by the local yachts clubs including the Beer Can Races from the Balboa Yacht Club. If that’s not for you almost every day of the week there is competitive sailing, rowing, and paddling events. Don’t forget, at the end of April the annual Newport to Ensenada International Yacht Race, the largest sailboat race in the world. Grab a bite to eat at one of the many waterfront restaurants or head up to Fashion Island for some great outdoor shopping. The harbors location is great for both.

Bellissima is part of a remarkable high-performance line of Baglietto Fast Fly super yachts.  This exotic 38.8m (128ft) planing yacht was methodically designed by Francesco Paszkowski and William Dailey.  She was constructed entirely of aluminum in La Spezia, Italy embodying the sea with a royal blue hull and metallic silver superstructure.  Bellissima is powered by twin turbo MTU 4000 V12 main engines to push an exhilarating, yet astonishingly smooth 26 knot cruising speed and 30 knot top speed.  She can comfortably travel non-stop from San Diego, CA to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in 1.5 days.   

    Her elegant interior has accommodations for up to 10 guests comfortably in five ensuite staterooms and can carry up to six crew in three cabins forward.  The one and only owner has adored her for the last 20 years since being commissioned.  She has been blessed with extensive annual shipyard periods under the close watch of the current Captain who has been behind the helm for the last eight years.

As you enter the salon, dual sliding glass doors immerse you into a timeless taste of Italy felt throughout a voluminous interior. The flush deck salon flows effortlessly forward incorporating a full wet bar, card table, and formal dining arrangement.  The beautiful furnishings and large windows invite you to indulge yourself on the main deck and take pleasure in a luxurious yachting experience.
