Children Policy

At pools children must always be accompanied by an adult – Pool Hours are dawn to dusk – Children, their safety and actions, are the sole responsibility of parents or legal guardians – No swimming in New River or waterways – Please do not feed birds or wildlife.

Campfires and fireworks are prohibited.

Site Appearance

Please keep your site free of debris and litter . Secure trash and dispose of in property dumpster on Sidney Lane. Do not attach objects to trees or fencing, including clotheslines. No tents allowed on-site.

Motorcoaches

Yacht Haven Park & Marina welcomes all Class A motorcoaches. We also have a large selection of sites suitable for smaller coaches, fifth wheels, airstreams, travel trailers. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance must be provided at check-in – Please do not move from your assigned site without notifying management – No mechanical work or vehicle maintenance is allowed on property – Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, loss or injury.

– Pets are welcome but must be non-aggressive and well-behaved– Pets must be kept on a leash at all times– Please pick up after your pet– If your pet is aggressive, loud, or disturbs other guests, you will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund– Pets are not permitted in pool or activities areas.

Both landlubber and seafaring persons alike will want to set anchor or parking brake in this friendly, tropical setting. Spots are quite tight here, but your view is an ever changing scenery of boats and yachts docked in the marina if you get a waterfront site. Staying here offers a true Fort Lauderdale experience with yachts all around, and also it's central location to Las Olas Blvd, the beachfront promenade, and all that For Lauderdale has to offer including it's convenience to major airports, Everglades National Park, Alligator Alley, and the city of Miami (35 minute drive without traffic). Long story short, the tight spots are not a bother when you've got that much around to keep you occupied!

We did not use any amenities such as laundry, pool or otherwise.

There is noise from the airport, but it wasn't a bother and I felt it added to the experience.

When visiting Fort Lauderdale and/or Miami, we would stay here again.

It’s a combination campground and marina. Site was unpacked and very tight with other sites. A lot of snowbirds and full time residents. Laundry facility was terrible. Out of 8 machines ont 2 worked, same with the dryers. You can do a lot better by driving a few miles away. A lot of highway (I95 next to it) and airport (FLL International) noise.

Yacht haven has a few nightly spots, but most people here are extended-stay residents (I was here during a consulting project.), fulltimers, and seasonal residents. From January through April every site is doubled up and may not be your idea of a good time. From April through November, the park is relatively quiet and there’s lots of breathing room. That said, there’s not many trees to accommodate high season.

In general, the place is kept clean if not well maintained. Over the year I was there, the laundry was functional, clean, and social. The staff are congenial and attentive, especially to those folks who stay for longer stays. The location is super convenient to the airport and seaport as well as downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Miami and the beaches are close as well. As such, Yacht Haven is not the place to set up the hammock although the I never noticed the expressway/airplane noise as reported in another review.

Yacht Haven is a clean, albeit a bit run down, conveniently located park from which you can enjoy a big city stay.

This campground works nicely if you are not looking to "camp" rather are using your rv for accommodations after you spend the day at the beach. Hollywood beach was minutes away and easy to get to. The campground is very urban and packed with permanent trailers and giant yachts. We stayed here to get one of our party on a plane at FLL early in the morning which was super easy.

Some of the best management we have encountered. Very helpful with any requests. Gorgeous setting with Yachts and RVs commingling. Spacious sites and level with a large tile patio. Food truck and nice pool

This place has horrible customer service. They flooded due to a freak storm the whole time we would have been staying. We had to make other arrangements. They took $1000 dollars from us and still have yet to give any money back, saying it's "not in their refund policy." THEY COULD NOT HOST US! How is that against your refund policy when it was you who couldn't have us stay? STAY FAR AWAY. We were originally told we could have the money back, but then after several no call backs to management and several email attempts go unanswered, they will never be getting any business of mine again. And I will be telling everyone to AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! What kind of business do you run? If you had insurance, and you probably do, you could recoup any losses due to the storm. But you insist on keeping many rvers money. It's not like you're cheap either. Shame on you. Poor poor management style.

Le camping est tellement beau ! Très propre ! Le personnel est accueillant. Si vous voulez voir de beau vr et des gros bateaux.. c’est juste wow. Il y a un petit restaurant sur place et un autre juste à côté pour manger de bon repas de fruits de mer. Le seul inconvénient, c’est que le camping est entouré de grande route donc difficile de partir en vélo se promener. Le parc gouvernemental situé à côté du camping est fermé. Il paraît qu’il était très beau. Ce n’est pas bruyant et c’est un camping très calme mais il n’y a pas beaucoup de chose à faire pour une famille avec des enfants .. C’est parfait pour se reposer.

The campsite is so beautiful! Very clean ! The staff is welcoming. If you want to see beautiful RVs and big boats... it's just wow. There is a small restaurant on site and another right next door for a good seafood meal. The only drawback is that the campsite is surrounded by a main road so it is difficult to go for a bike ride. The government park located next to the campsite is closed. It seems that he was very handsome. It's not noisy and it's a very quiet campsite but there isn't much to do for a family with children.. It's perfect for relaxing.

I don't understand some of the reviews I don't know what people expect. I've been on the road since August obviously I'm a full timer. This is one of the nicest nest cleanest most organized park I've been to. I like the comings and goings of high $$ coaches and yachts it gives me something to dream about. I will definitely come back and look forward to the new pool and some of the new plans for expansion. The only thing I could whine about in it such a minor item is that there is no spa or Jacuzzi, however, it appears that they're going to rectify that problem. I would stay here 1000 times if I could.

We stayed at yacht haven for a full week and it's a mix of emotions. It's very close to Plantation where I work so it's an easy drive. The park is obviously old but it's gone through an aggressive renovation and it's very pretty. The driveways are narrow and the utility connections can be a bit odd for some sites but that comes from the parks age- plus anyone traveling in an RV should carry extensions. The grounds are clean and we saw on multiple occasions staff leaf blowing and tidying up. The pool area was nice and tidy. The pool itself is showing some age (nothing bad) but there are signs posted of a new pool area with rooftop lounge being built early 2024. I had no issues with the staff, everyone was very friendly and was even allowed to checkout a bit later since my site was not booked the date of departure. Overall we're happy and will probably return again next year.

You will love your stay. But everyone in the office makes it even better. Tiffany is an amazing and wonderful lady you can not ask for anyone more attentive when it comes to helping you with your stay or whatever you need away from the park. A most stay if your in Fort Lauderdale

This is absolutely a beautiful place to stay!!! Everyone who works here is very polite and friendly. We travel substantially and this is the cleanest park we have stayed at. A wonderful experience from reservations, arrival, to staying! Most definitely the place to enjoy your Visit to Fort Lauderdale when RVing Kia (office) and Stephanie (reservations) are two amazing ladies to help you out with what ever you may need

Yacht Haven used to be run down and now it is beautiful . We were so Impressed with the transformation which has taken place here.

Snarky, rude, condescending attitude from owner. Park is extremely small. Do not stay here . Way better options in the area.

Not sure why any negative reviews here. One of the cleanest and nicest places we have stayed. Owner is very nice and is on site most of the time. We definitely will be back!

I would stay clear of this place. Although is "appears" to be a great place to park your RV, The "owner", as he presented himself to me in an unpleasant phone call, is not a pleasant person. He called me to discuss a customer service issue we had and yelled at me from the time the call began until it ended when he called me a "moron". He then aggressively attempted to continue his yelling by calling back multiple times. He is extremely unstable and I would be worried about his management of this "resort". I only make this post because he was extremely rude to me and was completely uncooperative in trying to resolve a customer relations issue we had. If you have the patience to deal with this type of person if a situation arises, then have at it. I just want people to know he was an angry, aggressive and unprofessional person. Just putting out the warning.

Very little shade, fake grass, no picnic tables, small areas for big rigs, and very expensive! When we were last there it was a lot of construction and on our way back home had a blow out which was very scary.

Revisited again after Christmas 22, park is upgraded and nice. Looks like more upgrades on the way, likely will be top 5 park I have visited. New WiFi policy, $3 per day, kinda crazy, but works great if you stream. Rental boats available there as a side note.

Behind camper

1st time here, was a little concerned about the reviews, must be from previous owners, as it is a nice place now, will be awesome once construction is completed. All sites paved for camper/rv & nice concrete patio for sitting. 24 hour security guards. A little tight as far as pulling in & out. Bring your boat if possible, can dock at your campsite! Downside, most of front office staff don't know anything about the place, can't answer your questions, which is strange, and at check in there is no guidance on getting into the site except the map. Make sure you walk to your site, as mentioned above it's tight getting in. Had to back down road as there is no place to turn around & sites are angled.

Had a wonderful week at the naval station in Key West. It only cost $40 per night. All amenities were available.

My Favorite Spot!!

Hands down best location & customer service I have experienced. The location is gorgeous, amenities, luxurious feel, convenient services including mail delivery and door services including groceries and Uber rides. The staff here is top notch!! This place is absolutely gorgeous, the amenities and staff are top notch. The grounds and views of all the surrounding yachts are simply spectacular. Everything here is setup for convenience and comfort. I booked longer then my original reservation because I simply do not want to leave. 5 STARS !!

Clean, but tight, with a rookie staff

We had high hopes for this campground, as it is a few miles west of our house, and could be a convenient layover when traveling through town. We tried to make a reservation online, but there was some issue with the site, so we called. We explained that we were just overnighting, and didn’t care about water views or amenities. We also told them we were in a 45 foot fifth wheel. The process to make our reservation took 5 phone calls. Every call was like starting from scratch. On the fifth call, which was actually a callback from them, the agent told my wife that luckily, she was able to get us a water site. My wife explained that we didn’t care about a view, and just wanted easy access for our 45’ toy hauler. They went back and forth for a few minutes and finally settled on site 12. They were able to accommodate us for the night for the low price of $120, including tax and a $25 amenity fee.

We were caught in a few traffic jams on the way in, and ended up arriving half an hour after sunset. We were greeted by an armed security guard who showed us on a map where site 110 (our new waterfront site) was. I asked whether I would be able to turn around at the loop at the end of the road, as the site was angled to back in as you would leave rather than enter. He said maybe. I got to the site and realized it would be impossible to back in without dragging my 20,000 pound camper through their grass, so I went to the end of the street to turn around. There wasn’t adequate room to turn my truck around, let alone my camper, so we backed down the street, and proceeded to install some new ruts in the landscape around site 110.

In between the time we made our reservation, and arriving, we received at least 4 phone calls from the campground. One was asking us to text a picture of our rig to a random New York phone number, so they could show their security guy what our camper would look like. We thought this was odd. All of the rest, were to ask about the length of or rig. At one point, my wife asked the woman on the phone if she was sure our rig would fit, and what the actual length of the site was. The woman assured her that the site was “max 50 A-M-P.” My wife said she wasn’t asking about 50 amp electric service, but the length of our site. The women assured her that it was 50 A-M-P.

Turns out we should have been a little more concerned with the electric service, as they had given us a pull in site for a bus, and we were unable to hook up to sewer, and had to run our electric cable and water hose under the camper. Luckily we were able to reach.

Will we stay again? I really hope not. Even though it’s literally 10 minutes west of our house, and by far the most convenient location for us to stay, the park is too tight, and the staff too poorly trained to be tolerable. The spot was pretty, and the location for someone who is doing the tourist thing would be great. Shopping, the beach, and great restaurants are all nearby. We were swapping a few things between the camper and our house, so the location was good for us, but I will probably search for a better spot further from home next time we pass through.

Stayed the weekend for the Ft Lauderdale International boat show

Very tight parking and roads. The water pressure was terrible. The best part about the park is backing your RV up to the docks on the river and seeing all the boats go by at night.

This park and the people who run it are awesome! If you camp on the canal, chances are you will be right next to some amazing yachts! 7 minutes to Ft Lauderdale Beach and 7 minutes the other way to Seminole Hard Rock Casino Hollywood! We will be going back!

Zero stars! New ownership has turned the park into a place that is not worth the hassle. Most all of the long term RVers have move on to greener pastures where one is treated like you are appreciated instead of being treated like crap. Save yourself the pain and suffering. No ammenities, water and sketchy at best with constant outages. A good rain and the sites flood. Just say no. If I could give zero stars I would.

I must say I love living here. I have been staying here for little over a month. The place is well kept. It's been the ni nicest place I've found down near Miami. Very centric to most shopping and to the expressway. I have been treated very well by Susan in the office and Gigi is amazing as well she's always around in her golf cart making sure all is in check. Love the spot in in now hopping I can have it permanently. A+ come check it out reserve a spot for you RV and enjoy the water front. We have already made friends, since everyone here is super friendly.

These people do not know how to run a business. I made a reservation last July, for Feb 26th. Starting on Feb 11th I started calling to confirm my reservation. I left 3 voicemails and 3 contact us messages on their website. I also inquired as to whether I could check in a day earlier. No one ever called me back. Never. Since you can't just show up in a place as busy as Fort Lauderdale in an RV with no reservation, I cancelled my trip. On Feb 28th, two days after I was scheduled to check in, they called me asking when I was going to show up. Really? Now they call me, not 2 weeks ago to confirm my reservation, but 2 days after my reservation was to start? What a bunch of idiots.

RENTER & VETERANS BEWARE ****We made a reservation at Yacht Haven on November 15, 2021. We spoke to the manager Donnie where we agreed on a month to month site rental. We anticipated staying through March of 2022 and we made an initial payment for our first month. Three weeks into our stay, our RV was sold and stepped into the office to cancel the month of December -March of 2022. To our surprise we were advised of their cancellation policy. The representative advised us that it was posted online. We have now learned that if you book online, you are required to acknowledge their cancellation policy. We did not book our reservation online nor were we notified when made the initial payment it person verbally or in writing. I was never instructed to visit their site. Additionally, the policy was not posted anywhere for consumers to read. Furthermore, when we advised that we would be leaving the premises, again, they failed to advise us of their supposed policy or give us an option. This is a clear case of consumer deception a clear violation of consumer laws. In addition, spaces are tight, not as described on site.

Already really disappointed...made a reservation here that was supposed to not be water front. arrived and they gave us a water front space and used that as an excuse to charge us WAY more than the agreed upon price. Spots where WAY too tight for our 5th wheeler. Staff was unhelpful and check in took nearly an hour. Told we could have both our cars but then upon arrival they charged us an extra $45 for our second vehicle! My husband went away for work for 3 nights and when he got back THEY HAD SHUT OFF HIS GATE PASS BECAUSE IT HADNT BEEN USED! Very frustrating when you are willing to pay to be somewhere nice and they are constantly changing their answers on things....

What a weird place. We had two reservations there - one on our trip to the Keys and one for the return trip. We cancelled the return trip as I couldn't face the place twice. For a single night stay they wanted a copy of registration AND insurance (nope) AND $50 (cash only!) deposit for a gate card as we were going to be out after 5pm, but it turned out that the gate was always open so what was the point?? Once inside the sites are REALLY close together and we were dumped right at the back (why do they make overnighters pass ALL THE WAY THROUGH the place??). A walk around showed the stark contrast between the haves and the have-nots. At the Marina - beautiful boats that must easily cost $1m+ and in the RV park, RVs that would *definitely* not pass a 10 year rule. Our late night walk with our dogs had us pass what I'm sure was some shady activity going down and I felt truly unsafe. I was very uncomfortable overnight and didn't feel relaxed here at all. Not a place recommended by this family.

So we decided to give another try after 2 yrs when we had such a rude treatment from the front desk employees ... well... this place still the same shit . So we got hit with a "electric fee" as we check in . BTW ... in the past we NEVER HAD TO PAY THIS FEE and the money is not a problem , what's a problem is not to be honest with your customer . Website .... NOT UPDATED .... we called many times ... nothing was mention... then u check in and they tell u about the "adicional fee " again ... it's not about the money is about the transparency to your customers. BTW ... no matter how many bad review u put online , same employees still rude and give u the worse attitude ever . WHAT A SHAME .

Terrible rv park. Run down and overpriced. They copy your registration and insurance information and refuse to give it back the copies when you leave. You also have to give them $50 cash to get a fob to enter.

Don't waste your money. Unless you want to be able to reach out your window and eat off your neighbors table. VERY TIGHT lots. Narrow streets and people park everywhere. Had a lot of problems parking our 36' motor home between 2 other campers. "Waterfront" is a narrow Man made canal with a dock on both sides to accommodate the boats parked on the docks. Nasty neighbors mostly from Canada. They squeeze people in by having a hook up in the middle of lot, than the next lot has the hook up in the back. So one short, one long camper. We could not even open our awning without hitting the neighbors, AND we were 2 " from the electric box with the slider out on the other side. Pool too small for the amount of campers. We will never be back

These people are a bunch of liars. They tell you they have availibility and when you get there " they are full" terrible area!! Stay away!!!

Yacht Haven Park and Marina

Located deep up the New River in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, this hurricane protected port is the latest addition to the Westrec family of Marinas.  Featuring 55 side tie slips, the Marina can easily accommodate yachts to 130’ and surrounds the tropical uplands of Yacht Haven Resort Park.  One of the rare facilities in south Florida that can accommodate both luxury motorcoach and recreational vehicles to megayachts.  Keep all your toys in one place as in select areas you are able to park your RV next to your slip at the Resort Park, and still have plenty of room for your yacht’s crew support vehicle, motor bikes or other leisure gear.

Under new ownership in 2021, the property is currently in Phase 1 of $26 million in upgrades to the facilities and grounds which will culminate with installation of additional amenities for resort and marina patrons and their guests alike.   Centrally located, Yacht Haven is south Florida’s best kept secret.

Coordinates:

From the north or south – take I-95 to State Road 84, Marina Mile Blvd (exit 25) head west for approximately ½ mile the Marina entrance is on your right at Sidney Lane.

From the Fort Lauderdale International Airport,  exit the airport to US 1  (Federal Highway) north.  The second light is State Rd 84 (SE 24 th Street).  Make a left and proceed west for approximately 2 miles.  As you pass over I-95, SE 24 th Street becomes Marina Blvd.  The entrance to the marina is on your right at Sydney Lane.

Just north of Port Everglades Inlet, on the IntraCoastal Waterway,  merge onto the New River at Green Marker 21  keep Green Marker to your Port and Red Marker 20 and the seawall to your starboard as you merge onto the New River west bound.  Stay in the channel, proceed inland through downtown Fort Lauderdale.  Monitor outbound traffic.  You will clear 4 bridges.  Shortly after the fourth bridge (7 th Avenue) the New River splits.  To your right is the North Fork and to your left is the South fork.  Continue west on the South Fork, you will pass under the Davie Blvd Bridge, which is the last bridge before I-95 which is a fixed bridge with a 55’ vertical clearance.   Once you pass under this bridge, Yacht Haven is the second marina on your port side.

Review for Yacht Haven Park & Marina

Recently changed hands and new owners spending a lot on RV spots, also fixing and renewing wall on G dock. Glenda and Nicole are great. Close to everything boat wise and great price for this area in season. I was there two months and would stay again. Swimming pool, H2O, 100 amp power is good, wifi is weak and probably next item to upgrade.

At first we were disappointed that what we thought were all of the sites occupied. What we found out is that the first 5 sites grouped together were the FHU sites at the full price. Next to the dump We camped at Latah County Fairgrounds RV Park in a Motorhome.

The fairgrounds has 5 sites with full hookup (30 amp only) and several other partial sites that have 50 amp. The biggest concern I had was the 30 amp site I was in (#A), did not have a breaker at the We camped at Latah County Fairgrounds RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

I reserved my reservation for 5 nights, then read the reviews. They are mixed. I came in there with an open mind. We rolled in there no problem in the short stay area. Curbed RV spots with standard hookups. Water, power, sewer. No problem. Had a gentleman roll up,he was Dan. Very friendly and nice. The RV park had newly planted trees in each RV spot. I found Rambler RV to be very clean and nice. The water was crystal clear. No brown water. If I come back this way, I would love to stay again. Thank you Rambler RV.

We had read the very negative reviews on this place prior to arriving and we were apprehensive. But it was close to our son's place and we already had paid for our reservations and they are adamant about no refunds. (Plus, only other choice is the fairgrounds, which is another gravel parking lot and it's first come first serve, no reservations, and only 5 full hook up spots). The nice thing about Rambler is that it is very, very quiet. Our site backed up to the wheat field and had nice views of the sunset. BUT, we had to worry about what the owner was doing for an hour right behind and next to our RV. He was drinking and wobbly so we were a bit concerned. Turns out he was watching the sunset. We did not talk to him due to past reviews. Couple points: All the nice tree'd spots as you come into the "park" are taken by full timers. There is a 25 mile long wide, paved bike path just outside the park that used to be the railroad tracks and goes all the way to Pullman. It's very clean and the gravel spots seem very new. Now the water issue is real but not as bad as past reviewers have said. It does have heavy mineral deposits and has a brown tint. Our blue canister filter helped a lot and made it drinkable, it just tastes like well water, which we are used to. Our son has this same water in his apartment building a few miles into town. We had it at our house 30 years ago when we lived near there. It's just normal for the area and doesn't smell and isn't bad. Overall, we will probably stay again for the convenience factor and the quiet factor.

I would not recommend Rambler RV Park. Lets start with the RV park itself. There are a few shady sites available along the entrance that seems to be strictly for long-term guests. The remainder of the park is basically a gravel parking lot with painted lines to designate various parking spots. Many sites don't have water. The layout is odd, but it does work. There are centralized electrical outlets among the RV lots and the owner does provide extension cords (30 amp or 50 amp). There is absolutely no shade for the main parking area. The morning of 8.2.20, I was outside my RV packing up to leave. Many of the patrons were not at the park, as many were there for a youth sports tournament and games had started that day. I noticed a man throwing rocks at a white SUV. He was picking up rocks from the grass near an RV and throwing them at a white SUV. After a few minutes, I decided to take a video because that is simply very odd behavior. I followed the man as he began walking towards the home of the parks owners. I returned to my RV and approached the RV of the person that owned the white SUV. She happened to be exiting her trailer at that time. I asked her if the white SUV was her vehicle, she responded that it was in fact her car. I explained what happened. She called the Sheriffs Office and we filed a report with the Latah County Sheriffs Office against the RV Park owner for damage to the patron's vehicle. When confronted about the damage the owner, he stated he and his brother owned the RV park, he denied the damage. What a great place! it's quiet, peaceful and clean. The owner is super nice, he was a great help. There are many full hook ups to choose from (if you get there before there taken) but there usually always available. If you end up making it too late there is an over flow that has that has GORGEOUS sunsets during the evening looking over the fields. It is close the the town near the university and other attractions. It is a work in progress but I definitely recommend staying here. Best RV park in town.

Bring your own water. I would never stay here again, in fact, if I wasn't so lazy, I would have left and disputed the charges. Not all sites had water hookups. I was told I could fill up my freshwater tank, but my water pump in the cabin was burned out. I was there so I could check in early at Moscow RV to get it replaced. I had brought some jugs so I went to fill them up. The water was green. I just could not even think of boiling the water to drink it. I showed it to the female owner. She told me it wasn't green. I've had my eyes checked, I'm not color blind. I asked them to give me water out of their tap. They wouldn't do it. They said it was the same. I chatted with some other campers. They said they thought the water was green because there were new campsites being put in. I checked out the new campsites. They all had water spigots. The water coming out of them wasn't green. These guys are not ethical.

This is a low budget place to stay, while the price is pretty low its nothing more than a gravel parking lot. The pictures on the website are not where you are going to be staying. The biggest problem here is the water, its brown and smells horrible. I didn't read the reviews before booking this but afterwards I seen all the complaints about the water. Its not even safe to wash dishes or take a shower in, it stinks!!!! I have a brand new trailer and it stained my toilet. I now understand why they make you pay full price up front for all nights when you book, you are stuck when you get there. Do yourself a favor and go to Pullman WA to stay.

Stay away... Their website claims "...Full Hookup, Full Service RV Resort ..." but that is a scam!!! Only the 10 long term residents have full hookups. And Full Resort??? Uh, it is literally a PARKING LOT! Don't be fooled by the address on Yelp either, it too is a hoax. Same address as 1651 Carmichael Rd, Moscow, ID 83843. They created a rock parking lot in the back they will direct you to. It has 1 dump station & water spigot and 3 power poles around the lot. They will offer you extension cords, but that could be a 300' run. New lot..., I don't understand why they just didn't build it right so they could advertise it correctly. Anyway... Brother-A is pretty nice on the phone. Brother-B (jerk) lives onsite & stood there arguing with my wife that he reviewed with his brother the "talking points" & do not make the full hookup claim. As a military veteran, I don't expect the best but I expect honesty if I am buying a service. He could have just said he would review the website & talk to his brother. But if you're asking $30/night & claiming you are a full service RV Resort... you don't stand there arguing about a conversation you were not part of. There are at least 7 other RV parks or campsites within 10 miles of this place & you don't need the aggravation.

Very basic RV park. Full hookup for $25 a night with a monthly discount. There is no reservations. Site was gravel pad. Not the most level site, but we had no issues with water or power. We talked to the owner for a few minutes, he was pleasant and very laid back.
