The Mamba 29 is a moderate weight sailboat which is a high performer. It is very stable / stiff and has a low righting capability if capsized. It is best suited as a fast cruiser. The fuel capacity is originally very small. There is a very short water supply range.

Mamba 29 presenterades i början av 1980-talet. Jag tror att tillverkningen upphörde i slutet av 1980-talet. Hon tillverkades av BK Marin AB, senare Mamba Boats AB i Forshaga. Under slutet av 1980-talet såldes hon av Beckerbåt på Lidingö. Enligt uppgift var kölen för lätt på de första exemplaren. Därefter fick hon en tyngre köl.

Direkt till babord om nedgångstrappan finns navigationsplats. Till styrbord finns stickkoj som rymmer två personer. Salongen består av en U-formad soffa till styrbord. Längs babordssidan finns pentry med dubbla diskhoar. För om salongen finns toalett till styrbord med utdragbart handfat och garderob till babord. Traditionell förpik med två kojer.

There is full standing height (186 cm) in the salon, longitudinal pantry, toilet, and sleeping space for 5-6 people. Mamba boats

Anyone have hands-on experience with these boats/brand? I see a lot of 1 yr old or less used ones for sale and prices 40-50k less than a new one. I don't believe that someone would take a 50k hit in 1 yr for their new boat on order shtick. They look alright, priced a lil high for that style of boat though.  

Guides just trading it for a new one, and most of them are sponsored, so that helps with costs. But yeah, from some guys that run them, they love them.  

1yr old Mamba for 40-50k less than new - not likely but I hear ya. Tourney guys most likely.  

Shoot, they quoted me a price of 155k + for a new one. I see 2022's for 110k. Never thought about a tourney guy with sponsor scenario though, makes sense. Wish I was a better fisherman and could get a new boat each year!!  

Yeah, i'd love to have the black one in the classifieds, and the only reason he's selling is to get another. He gets a new one every year.  

It's a cut down copy of a Blazer Bay. With premium rigging to reflect the price you see. Proven hull. No issue there....but whoa boats have gotten silly.

MIAMI – Surveillance video allegedly shows Carlos Guillermo Alonso with his 42-foot Boston Whaler in Coral Gables after he unintentionally struck and killed Ella Riley Adler on Saturday off Key Biscayne.

According to Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission Officer George Reynaud, Ella was in the water after falling off a wakeboard waiting to get back on a 42-foot Hanse Fjord.

Alonso’s attorneys claim the 78-year-old experienced boater was passing by and did not realize he had struck and killed the 15-year-old Ransom Everglades student.

Ella’s funeral was on Monday at Temple Beth Sholom in Miami Beach. FWC investigators found Alonso’s boat and seized it on Tuesday, as the investigation continued.

The FWC released a report on Wednesday identifying Alonso, who was cooperating with the ongoing investigation. It’s unclear if Alonso will be facing any charges.

Ella, a Miami City Ballet ballerina, is survived by her parents, Amanda and Matthew Adler, and her paternal grandfather Michael Adler, the U.S. Ambassador to Belgium.
