The 36.9m/121'1" motor yacht 'Namaste' by the Italian shipyard Benetti offers flexible accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 cabins and features interior styling by French designer Zuretti.

Boasting an array of sumptuous living areas laid out invitingly to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere onboard, motor yacht Namaste is the perfect luxury charter yacht for friends and family. She is equipped with underwater lights and gym.

Guest Accommodation

Built in 2013, Namaste offers guest accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising a master suite located on the main deck, two double cabins and two twin cabins. The master suite incorporates its own study and dressing room as well as a his and her bathroom. There are 5 beds in total, including 1 king, 2 queen and 4 singles. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

On your charter, you'll find plenty to keep you busy and entertained, particularly a gym with all the latest equipment to maintain your fitness routine. Sit back with a glass of champagne in the deck jacuzzi.

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you, particularly the underwater lights, adding spectacle and style after dark. Whether you want to work, use social media or stream movies on board this yacht, you can with Wi-Fi connectivity plus you can stay comfortable on board whatever the weather, with air conditioning during your charter.

Performance & Range

Namaste is built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 10 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 3,400 nautical miles from her 42,500 litre fuel tanks. An advanced stabilisation system on board reduces the side-to-side roll of the yacht and promises guests exceptional comfort levels at anchor or when underway.

Namaste knows a thing or two about fun on the water, with a selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to enjoy whilst on charter. You'll be loving the huge adrenaline rush as you zip over the water on one of the two WaveRunners. Another excellent feature are towable toys offering fun and adventure. Additionally, there are two SEABOBs providing agile cruising and diving. If that isn't enough Namaste also features wakeboards, kayaks, fishing equipment, paddleboards and snorkelling equipment. When it's time to travel from land to see, it couldn't be easier with a 13m/42'8" Intrepid Tender.

Adorned with Italian marble and custom American cherry wood, NAMASTE for charter has a classically styled interior that is timeless and broadly appealing. From the extended sundeck with a retractable sunroof, the voluminous layout of NAMASTE is inviting and the perfect place to decompress during a remote family vacation. Sleeping 10 guests comfortably, each of the five cabins feature a private bathroom and are furnished and fitted with Italian marble. The full-beam master suite features 11 windows generously offering 180-degree panoramic views that can be enjoyed from a plush king-sized bed.

Feature-rich with technology, each cabin, and lounge area are equipped with the latest entertainment provided by a Crestron Audio/Video system recently installed in 2019. The bridge is equipped with the latest in navigation and communication technology for worldwide cruising. Mechanically fitted with MTU 2000 M72 series motors, Northern Lights 90KW generators, and 42,500 liters of fuel, NAMASTE can reliably take guests anywhere they would like to cruise. For ultimate guest comfort, NAMASTE has zero-speed stabilizers to ensure a peaceful time with friends and family.

U.S. duty has been paid and NAMASTE is available for charter to U.S. residents while in U.S. waters. NAMASTE is accepting charters for New Years’ in The Bahamas.

The spacious sun deck offers a bar, BBQ, jacuzzi, large sunpads forward and several sun loungers offering the choice between shade or sun.

The yacht has zero speed stabilisers fitted and an array of watertoys for perfect enjoyment in the water. These include a Sea-Doo jetski, SeaBobs, tows - all brand new.

Referred to as the Lagoon 42 TPI, NAMASTE should not be confused with the more recent French-built Lagoon 410 Catamaran. She was built to yacht grade specifications by Tillotson Pearson in Rhode Island. This one has been meticulously maintained and continuously upgraded throughout her life. She is hull #50 of only 51 built.

She is the coveted owners-version, with 2 double aft staterooms plus 2 heads, and a custom workshop forward. Full galley and electronics, including a new Mexican Starlink system.

Referred to as the Lagoon 42 TPI, she should not be confused with the more recent Lagoon 420 catamaran. Built to yacht grade specifications by Tillotson Pearson, Inc (TPI) in Rhode Island.

First introduced in 1991, the Lagoon 42 is a boat of the style, build and layout quality that accelerated the popularity of the cruising catamaran in the USA. The Lagoon 42's were made by TPI with their state of the art resin infusion process, and designed by the innovative French naval architects Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot Prevost. The optimized hull construction using balsa and vinyl ester resin saves weight, which improves performance and sea-keeping. With striking good looks the catamaran received a lot of attention at her introduction to the market. Accentuated curves of the bridge deck cabin give the design panache as well as keeping the windage low and allowing her to point higher when close hauled. As planned, many Lagoon 42's were sold into the charter market, yet the boat is much more than just a party platform. She is a thorough blue water cruiser with excellent seakeeping, handles easily, points well and can cruise at high average speeds in comfort. Awarded Sailing Multi-hull and overall Boat of the Year 1991 by Sailing World.

They also note that traditionally, the fall-winter period has always been considered a time of low demand for houses for sale in Russia; however, the opposite is now the case.

Here are the Moscow real estate categories to consider when buying a house in Russia:

• By direction and location (Rublyovka, Novaya Riga, Barvikha);
• By classification ( luxury , business class, economy);
• By development format (townhouses, detached private homes).

When purchasing homes in Moscow, Russia, a good rule of thumb is to select houses within an 18.6-mile (30 km) radius from the center of Moscow. This ensures you will get a well-developed infrastructure, and that the chosen location will be replete with hospitals and schools.

We recommend considering the West, South and North directions just out of Moscow. You may notice that country houses are noticeably cheaper on the capital’s Eastern side. The least expensive house here costs 1.5 million US dollars and has a floor area of 656 sqft (200 m²). This gated community is just 10-20 minutes by car away from Moscow itself.

We encourage you to consider some of the following elite locations as you decide where to purchase your ideal property: Etude Family Club, La-Mansh, Western Residence, Yusupovo Life Park, Odintsovo, Novaya Riga and Pirogovo. There you will find everything one requires for a comfortable life, at the price of 300 to 500 thousand US dollars for a residential home.
