Built with a composite hull and composite superstructure, she has impressive speed and great efficiency thanks to her planing hull. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 20 knots with a range of up to 550 nautical miles from her 14,000 litre fuel tanks.

When not cruising Sea Breeze One has onboard an incredible selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to connect with the waters around you. Measuring 31.00m (101' 8”), luxury motor yacht SEA BREEZE ONE (ex Perfect Harmony) was built by Kaiser Werft and launched in 2004. Refitted into a beautiful, elegant motor yacht, she can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 deluxe cabins, while serviced by a crew of 4 ensuring all guests have a wonderful and relaxing charter vacation on board.

NOTABLE FEATURES OF SEA BREEZE ONE: ~RINA class ~Salon and formal dining area in dedicated spaces ~Split-level Master suite with Jacuzzi ~Top speed of 28 knots ~Air conditioning ~Wi-Fi

From the lower deck, boarding platform guests have access to the main deck aft, where a sofa curves around an elevated oval table designed to serve up to eight guests while dining alfresco. A starboard staircase connects to the flybridge aft, where the tender is stored along with the stern and a circular table and curving sofa provides a second place for guests to lounge outside or gathers as a large group for an alfresco meal.

The foredeck provides a final sitting and sunbathing area, with a broad sunbed placed in front of the pilothouse and a loveseat along the stern.

The lower deck places the guest accommodation forward of the engine room, with the crew accommodation and amenities behind. The split-level Master suite is placed on the main deck forward with the foyer and galley behind connecting through to the main salon. Within, the lounge boasts plenty of room for family and friends to relax together while watching a film on the forward widescreen TV. A plush aft-facing armchair is placed port and starboard, while the central area is furnished with a circular coffee table and curving sofa. A bar is placed in the aft port corner and a starboard sofa beneath the large window.

SEA BREEZE ONE Specifications

The formal dining area is placed on the upper deck and the intimate setting contains an oval table and seats up to eight guests.

Twin MTU 16V 2000 M91 engines produce a top speed of 25 knots, a cruising speed of 23 knots and a range of 550 nautical miles.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 8 guests across 4 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 1 VIP stateroom, 1 double cabin and 1 twin cabin. ~ The main deck forward hosts the Master suite, which is split-level and has an aft lounge with the forward lower level furnished with a king-sized bed. The upper-level en-suite bathroom has his-and-hers sinks, a toilet, bidet, shower, bathtub and Jacuzzi. ~ The VIP stateroom is placed forward of amidships on the lower deck and comes with a sitting area, desk and wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower, a toilet and a sink. ~ Forward of the VIP stateroom, the double cabin is placed to starboard and the twin cabin to port, each with a toilet, sink and shower. ~ The professional crew of 4 will provide stellar service throughout the cruise.

SEA BREEZE III, previously named Ulysses was the first of the Ulysses series of superyachts . She is a stunning classic motor yacht that was built in 1976 at Millkraft in Australia and fully refit ted in 2009 and 2021 .

SEA BREEZE III combines the timeless elegance of a classic yacht with modern styling.

The rich mahogany wood throughout the yacht combines beautifully with the new modern interior, upgraded in 2021. The interior styling of the vessel honours the yacht's past, keeping much of the original classical textures, combined with carefully chosen touches of colour and modern soft furnishings , offer ing a stylish contrast of old and new. The original furniture has been repurposed & covered in luxurious and beautiful fabrics from Atelier, including Pierre Frey, Mariaflora & Manuel Canovas. SEA BREEZE III accommodates 6 guests in 3 spacious guest suites. The bedding of choice is Matouk that has handcrafted luxury linens from the world’s finest materials for nearly 100 years .

With capacity for up to 6 0 guests for day trips SEA BREEZE III is a spacious and large volume vessel with plenty of deck area for lounging dining or entertaining. Several different dining & entertaining areas have been created with options, both al fresco or inside the salon.

When in Auckland she i s based in the centre of Auckland at the viaduct marina, conveniently located for an easy embarkation before departing to explore the endless surrounds. The yacht and crew specialise in exploring the Hauraki Gulf Aucklands surrounding islands such as Waiheke and Great Barrier and cruising the Bay of Islands during the New Zealand summer months and the islands of Fiji from May to October.

Captain, Mario Mijic, Croatian Mario was born in Split, Croatia in 1979. When he was a small child he knew that his profession will be strongly connected with the sea. Mario is a real can-do captain and has sea salt running through his veins. Dynamic and professional, he is good with children and demanding charter guests at the same time. Mario started his career after finishing Maritime high school and Maritime Management in Split during which time he has already delivered luxury motor yachts from shipyards, attended yacht surveys, as well as being appointed as the first captain on private and commercial yachts measuring 21-33m including also larger passenger ships. Mario joined SEA BREEZE II in January 2023 having taken care of the refit. Sociable and with a smiling face, Captain Mario makes sure guests will feel at home away from home. Mario speaks native Croatian, English, Italian as well as passive German. He is a non-smoker and practices various sports in his free time ranging from swimming, skiing, sailing, tennis, and football with a big passion for MTB riding and even participating in cross-country races. Jakša Radić Vržina, Chef, Croatian Jakša was born in Split, Croatia in 1992. Working as a chef since 2010 Jakša gained experience in several luxury restaurants along the Croatian coast and in a Dutch restaurant specialized in French and Asian Cuisine. His love for the sea took him on luxury crewed charter yachts where he worked on several large luxury sailing yachts including 46m S/Y DALMATINO. Jakša joined SEA BREEZE II in 2023 and is an expert in Mediterranean dishes including seafood and mouthwatering fish dishes. He can easily adapt to Asian fusion dishes if requested making sure no guest wishes will remain unfulfilled. If you do not meet Jakša out on the sea, you might probably meet him in the mountains. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing and hiking, whereas he has a passion for growing and taking care of Bonsais. Ivona Koren, Hostess/cook, Croatian Ivona was born in 1988 and grew up in Germany. She holds a master´s degree in political science and is working on her Ph.D. in Psychotherapy. Ivona originates from a strong hospitality background having worked also 2 years in New York. Her love for the sea brought her back to the Adriatic where she started to work as a hostess and chef on the board of yachts on the Adriatic for the last 6 years. Ivona is characterized by excellent communication skills, comes with a smiling face and nice attitude assuring guests on board SEA BREEZE II have a pleasant stay. Her food skills cover Mediterranean, traditional Croatian, and American food as well as vegan and vegetarian gluten-free dishes. Her meals are prepared with fresh groceries only, with love and high aesthetic criteria reflected in a delicious presentation of the dishes. If you do not meet Ivona cooking or baking something, you will probably see her traveling as this is a big hobby of hers. Ivona speaks Croatian, English, as well as German fluently and she has average knowledge of the Spanish language.

Captain, Mario Mijic, Croatian Mario was born in Split, Croatia in 1979. When he was a small child he knew that his profession will be strongly connected with the sea. Mario is a real can-do captain and has sea salt running through his veins. Dynamic and professional, he is good with children and demanding charter guests at the same time. Mario started his career after finishing Maritime high school and Maritime Management in Split during which time he has already delivered luxury motor yachts from shipyards, attended yacht surveys, as well as being appointed as the first captain on private and commercial yachts measuring 21-33m including also larger passenger ships. Mario joined SEA BREEZE II in January 2023 having taken care of the refit. Sociable and with a smiling face, Captain Mario makes sure guests will feel at home away from home. Mario speaks native Croatian, English, Italian as well as passive German. He is a non-smoker and practices various sports in his free time ranging from swimming, skiing, sailing, tennis, and football with a big passion for MTB riding and even participating in cross-country races. Jakša Radić Vržina, Chef, Croatian Jakša was born in Split, Croatia in 1992. Working as a chef since 2010 Jakša gained experience in several luxury restaurants along the Croatian coast and in a Dutch restaurant specialized in French and Asian Cuisine. His love for the sea took him on luxury crewed charter yachts where he worked on several large luxury sailing yachts including 46m S/Y DALMATINO. Jakša joined SEA BREEZE II in 2023 and is an expert in Mediterranean dishes including seafood and mouthwatering fish dishes. He can easily adapt to Asian fusion dishes if requested making sure no guest wishes will remain unfulfilled. If you do not meet Jakša out on the sea, you might probably meet him in the mountains. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing and hiking, whereas he has a passion for growing and taking care of Bonsais. Ivona Koren, Hostess/cook, Croatian Ivona was born in 1988 and grew up in Germany. She holds a master's degree in political science and is working on her Ph.D. in Psychotherapy. Ivona originates from a strong hospitality background having worked also 2 years in New York. Her love for the sea brought her back to the Adriatic where she started to work as a hostess and chef on the board of yachts on the Adriatic for the last 6 years. Ivona is characterized by excellent communication skills, comes with a smiling face and nice attitude assuring guests on board SEA BREEZE II have a pleasant stay. Her food skills cover Mediterranean, traditional Croatian, and American food as well as vegan and vegetarian gluten-free dishes. Her meals are prepared with fresh groceries only, with love and high aesthetic criteria reflected in a delicious presentation of the dishes. If you do not meet Ivona cooking or baking something, you will probably see her traveling as this is a big hobby of hers. Mario started his career after finishing Maritime high school and Maritime Management in Split during which time he has already delivered luxury motor yachts from shipyards, attended yacht surveys, as well as being appointed as the first captain on private and commercial yachts measuring 21-33m including also larger passenger ships. Mario joined SEA BREEZE II in January 2023 having taken care of the refit.<br /> Sociable and with a smiling face, Captain Mario makes sure guests will feel at home away from home. Mario speaks native Croatian, English, Italian as well as passive German. He is a non-smoker and practices various sports in his free time ranging from swimming, skiing, sailing, tennis, and football with a big passion for MTB riding and even participating in cross-country races.<br /> <br /> <br /> Jakša Radić Vržina, Chef, Croatian<br /> Jakša was born in Split, Croatia in 1992. Working as a chef since 2010 Jakša gained experience in several luxury restaurants along the Croatian coast and in a Dutch restaurant specialized in French and Asian Cuisine. His love for the sea took him on luxury crewed charter yachts where he worked on several large luxury sailing yachts including 46m S/Y DALMATINO. Jakša joined SEA BREEZE II in 2023 and is an expert in Mediterranean dishes including seafood and mouthwatering fish dishes. He can easily adapt to Asian fusion dishes if requested making sure no guest wishes will remain unfulfilled.<br /> If you do not meet Jakša out on the sea, you might probably meet him in the mountains. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing and hiking, whereas he has a passion for growing and taking care of Bonsais.<br /> <br /> <br /> Ivona Koren, Hostess/cook, Croatian<br /> Ivona was born in 1988 and grew up in Germany. She holds a master's degree in political science and is working on her Ph.D. in Psychotherapy. Ivona originates from a strong hospitality background having worked also 2 years in New York. Her love for the sea brought her back to the Adriatic where she started to work as a hostess and chef on the board of yachts on the Adriatic for the last 6 years. Ivona is characterized by excellent communication skills, comes with a smiling face and nice attitude assuring guests on board SEA BREEZE II have a pleasant stay.<br /> Her food skills cover Mediterranean, traditional Croatian, and American food as well as vegan and vegetarian gluten-free dishes. The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption). You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled). SEA BREEZE III combines the timeless elegance of a classic yacht with effortless and energetic modern styling. Among the many enhancements during the 2021 extensive refit was a full "mid century" modern interior fitout. The interior styling of the vessel honours the yacht's past, keeping much of the original mahogany and classical textures, balanced by splashes of colour and modern soft furnishings to offer a stylish contrast of old and new. Based in the centre of Auckland at the viaduct they are in the centre of the action and conveniently located for day charter as well as long term charter specialising in harbour cruises, exploring the Hauraki Gulf, day trips to Waiheke and luxury pamper packages.

When in New Zealand she's based in the centre of Auckland at the viaduct marina, conveniently located for an easy embarkation before departing to explore the endless surrounds. The yacht and crew specialise in exploring the Hauraki Gulf Aucklands surrounding islands such as Waiheke and Great Barrier and cruising the Bay of Islands during the New Zealand summer months and the islands of Fiji from May to October.

Super nice RV park. I'm going to go with "Likely nicer than 97% of the RV Resorts you will ever stay at." The place is new, clean, super organized. Easy to pull through. It has one of the best designed traffic flows I have seen. You drive to the back, find your row, take a left and pull into your slot. Look on their web site if this doesn't make sense. It's super easy. Every site is a very flat concrete pad with plenty of room. All roads are asphalt and are in perfect condition. It's the easiest place to get into and out of that I have seen. They have all the expected connections at every site. No cable, but there are more than two dozen channels available via antenna. They pick up your trash. Super nice pool. Golf carts for rent. Places for kids and dogs. The grass is very nicely maintained. The place is secure with a real gate that they give you a card to open. Everything here is first rate. The staff was super nice. We got an Amazon delivery but we're off at Bald Head Island near closing time they called us about it and we said just leave it by the door... someone took the time to bring it to our site! While you are there, definitely take the ferry out to Bald Head Island. It's not far. I definitely recommend this place and honestly will say that it deserves more than five stars.

Great NEW campground very close to Holden Beach NC. FULLY paved roads with concrete pads and full hookups. Nice pool, kids play area and nice boathouse. Very reasonable summer rates in the $95 (2023) range per night. You have convent grocery shopping at Food Lion, Walmart and NC Alcohol Beverage Control store. Beach is less than 3 miles away!!
