Great place to spend a weekend to relax and enjoy what Subic Bay has to offer. The double bed (real mattress not foam) and pillows were very comfortable. Sunday buffet was very good despite the limited selection. Within walking distance to malls and resturants. Very quiet and exclusive.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the monuments in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. The room was nice with good aircon and tv stations. Remote is in Korean but has a translation for the buttons in the hotel guide. We stayed one night and had no problems.

SBPH is a good place to stay in Subic Bay. The staff are friendly and they will attend all your need once you call them in reception. The place is Good also. Relaxing ambiance.

We stayed in the Deluxe with Veranda and the Presidential Suite. The Deluxe had a good view, but the bathroom wasn't working properly. I must say the Presidential was amazing! Still cheap by American standards and the balcony sunsets every night made our visit to Subic delightful. The staff was consistently excellent (with the one exception of not helping me, or really even wanting to direct me, how to find a car and driver back to Manila). The restaurants in the hotel and Gerry's across the street were just what we enjoyed, and we were glad to be set apart from "the strip" of hotels and bars further down the road. We kept mentioning how perfect the location was for our hope of a relaxing vacation. I would stay here again, and will recommend it to others traveling to Subic Bay.

Our check in was quick and there was ample parking space across a vacant lot of the hotel. The room is moderately furnished, the bedsheets are old, however, the towels are white and fresh. Overall, we had a pleasant overnight stay after our long and tiring day.

This hotel treats you great and it is super modern. Lots of space, high tech controls for fans and lights. Staff is very helpful. I would stay again. The Spa is amazing and food is really very good. It also has a mini fridge, a cabled tv that has a usb port if you would like to watch a movie that you brought through a usb storage device. So far i like my experience with this place. Guests also has pool access ,however due to time constraints i was not able to examine the pool area. The complimentary breakfast is okay, but it has room for improvements. The staff is really responsive and accomodating, unlike in most hotels I have booked with. I will gladly recommend this place to my friends and if ever I shall visit Subic Bay i think I will consider booking with them again.

Fully carpeted as you step on the stairs and all the hallways. It was clean as per my standard. Just for its value of money. The room is equiped of water heater for coffee lover guests like me. The water supply was good except for the cr which was noT built with videt. It was hard to you know what i mean. But aside from that, our stay at Subic Bay Venezia was good.

I specifically requested for a bathtub that works (for an ice bath after running a full marathon) only to find out later that the bathtub in our room did not have a drain stopper and the one that was sent did not do a good job of plugging the leaks. Overall, it was still a good stay.

I stay here every 2-3mths as my fiance has family nearby. There is off street parking, air conditioning, and WiFi in each room now. Breakfast is ordinary but I drive a few km to New Hung Feng on Subic Bay beachfront for their American breakfast for 160pesos(under $5 AUD)

subic bay travelers hotel is located at the heart of subic bay freeport zone. it's very close to all the buildings in the sbma area. the price of their hotel accommodation is very affordable. the staff are friendly, the hotel room is cozy and relaxing. the only thing i didn't enjoy is the ceramic floor tiles (kinda cold on the feet) and the water closet which is american in style (using tissues). i'm more of a wet water closet type of guy. but other than those 2 things, everything is perfect with the subic bay travelers hotel. i'll give it a 4/5 rating, 5 being the highest.

We were there for some peace and quiet which we got. After a scenic trip from Manila, it was simply good to lie down and chill. We took time to go around the subic complex but we pretty much preferred to stay in the room. The service is friendly but not obtrusive and the food, while it could be better, is alright.
