Below deck sailing yacht: what happened to georgia grobler after season 1.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 1 star Georgia Grobler has moved on from her career in yachting. Find out what Georgia has been up to recently.
- Georgia Grobler, a former reality star on Below Deck Sailing Yacht, has moved on from her yachting career and is now focusing on modeling and music.
- Despite her initial lack of experience in yachting, Georgia found her groove on the show and became a master in the laundry room.
- Georgia had a platonic friendship with first mate Paget Berry, despite having a small crush on him, and never acted on her feelings.
Georgia Grobler seems to have moved on from her career in yachting since appearing on Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 1. During her time on the show, Georgia worked as the third stew alongside second stew Madison Stalker and chief stew Jenna Macgillivray. In the beginning, Georgia felt like a fish out of water considering that she had very little experience in the yachting world prior to Below Deck . Even though Jenna was a bit hard on her at first, she had Madison to keep her from quitting.
As Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 1 went on, Georgia found her groove and became a master in the laundry room. She even developed a close working relationship with her chief stew, despite Madison's hatred towards her. Georgia even had a small crush on first mate Paget Berry. However, Paget happened to be in a relationship with deckhand Ciara Duggan, who ended her engagement with Paget in 2021. Nonetheless, Georgia never acted on those feelings and kept her friendship with Paget as platonic as it could be.
Georgia Began Modeling After Below Deck
Georgia has been dabbling in the modeling world for the last couple of years. Georgia also loves to sing and shares videos of her music on her YouTube channel. With most posts showcasing modeling, traveling, and singing, it seems like the former reality star has chosen to put her yachting career behind her. Besides her work, Georgia was back in the Below Deck chatter after Mzi Dempers from Below Deck Mediterranean revealed that they knew each other.
Georgia and Mzi's Past Explained
Following the Below Deck Med season 6 premiere, new deckhand Mzi admitted that he hooked up with Georgia a few times in the past. During an interview with CheatSheet , Mzi revealed that he and Georgia began their friendship after they met in 2017. " I wouldn’t say it was necessarily dating, but it was like hooking up every now and then over a period of time ," Below Deck Med season 6 star Mzi said of their relationship.
Despite both of them having careers in yachting, the pair met while on land in South Africa. They met after a friend invited Georgia as Mzi's date to a formal dinner, a tradition that is popular in South Africa. Interestingly enough, they didn't speak much before he joined the show. However, they did reconnect after he returned from filming. Mzi revealed that he and Georgia bonded over comparing notes regarding their experiences in the Below Deck franchise.
Since leaving Below Deck Sailing Yacht behind, Georgia has seemingly left the yachting industry for good. For now, she's been focusing on her career in modeling and music instead. As for a return to the yachting industry, it seems like Georgia is doing just fine with her current career path as a model, singer, and newly-minted yoga instructor.

Here’s What the Cast of Below Deck Sailing Yacht Is Currently Up to Now
Are Jenna and Adam still together?
From a spontaneous proposal failing spectacularly to a joke about being breastfed as an adult, Sailing Yacht was as much a dramatic success as the other franchises. It also left fans wondering about what's happening to the crew since the show wrapped. Did chief stew Jenna and chef Adam stay together? What's going on with Georgia's music? And most important—is Captain Glenn really as cool as we think he is?
Here's what the cast of Below Deck: Sailing Yacht is up to now:
Jenna MacGillivray
When the Canadian stepped onto the Parsifal III, fans got exactly what they hoped for in a chief stew—a no-nonsense leader who also had a romantic spot in her heart for the chef in the galley. Though her relationship with Adam Glick proved to be tumultuous, the two dated for some time after the season wrapped, even taking some time to road-trip together.
These days, Jenna is enjoying some time off from yachting, but given her recent IG pics, she's excited to come back to another charter season.
Madison Stalker
Wherever Madison went, drama always seemed to follow the second stew during season one of Below Deck: Sailing Yacht . In between epic meltdowns (including a major one between her and Jenna over her lack of enthusiasm for her job), she left the boat a better person and leaving fans ready to see more from their new favorite cast member.
Judging by her Instagram account, she's taken a break from yachting (perhaps until next season of the show).
Georgia Grobler
As good of a third stew Georgia was on deck, fans were more invested in her budding music career and growing feelings for a very taken Paget. She proved she was great at her job and could make a career out of yachting.
While it's unclear whether she stayed in the yachting industry post- Sailing Yacht , Georgia's working on music, premiering new music videos on IGTV during the quarantine.
Below Deck Med fans were so excited when Adam joined the crew as the chef for Sailing Yacht . While he abided by the preference sheets this time around, he also began a rocky romance with chief stew Jenna, making most of the crew members wonder if he was there for his job or the girl.
Since the show wrapped, Adam's busy onshore, cooking, and traveling with his adorable puppy. Oh, and Adam has a web series, Stoked , where he travels across the country to meet with local chefs and learn about their regions... all while over a campfire.
Paget Berry and Ciara Duggan
If there was any couple to root for from the entire Below Deck franchise, it's Paget and Ciara. The duo made a great team on deck, and mostly kept their relationship to a minimum on cameras—a first for Bravo! As they were the most familiar with the Parsifal III, the couple was the most reliable, and fans loved seeing their relationship continue blossoming post-filming.
These days, the couple has a lot to be excited about—they're now engaged. While they're soaking up their romantic bliss, they're also still working in yachting, although it's sadly on separate boats.
Byron Hissey
As the chief engineer of Parsifal III, Byron was clearly there to just do his job. But, given how he was the only cast member to have a wife and child back home, he also became the dad of the group, taking care of the other crew members.
Since filming wrapped, it looks like Byron is back on a boat doing exactly what he does best—fixing and making sure the engines run smoothly.
Parker McCown
Relatively new to the yachting industry, fans are more likely to remember the deckhand for his enraged rant about being breastfed by his mother. While he didn't necessarily have all the skills to make it as a deckhand, he definitely had a soft spot for his ex-girlfriend Kaiti, whom he eventually left Parsifal III to go back to at home.
It looks like the decision to leave the show worked out for Parker, as he's now engaged to Kaiti and writing some tunes while onshore.
Chris Miller
As Parker's replacement for the latter half of the season, Chris proved a great deckhand and an asset to the team, all while battling an injury.
These days, Chris seems to be taking some time off from yachting to travel across Europe.
Captain Glenn Sheppard
Captain Glenn was tough, fair, and not afraid to have a good time, which both crew and guests very much appreciated.
Thankfully, his reality TV experience hasn't turned him off yachting forever. Glenn is still the captain for Parsifal III and traveling through the Mediterranean.

‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht’: Georgia Completes Her First Rite of Passage — Crying In The Laundry Room

'below deck' exclusive clip: barbie pascual refuses to change her signature margarita recipe for fraser olender, 'below deck' chief stew fraser olender has a "love interest" of his own this season: "i've always been a third wheel", former 'below deck' charter guests hit choppy waters as they are charged with identity theft in prescription drug scheme.
We saw our first tears of Below Deck Sailing Yacht this season and not just the ones that belong to the one-month-old baby on board.
In the most recent episode of the newest Below Deck franchise on Bravo, it was a discussion about Adam’s chef coat that had stewardess Georgia in tears due to chief stew Jenna’s stern management style. It’s ok, girl — laundry room tears are simply a rite of passage on this show!
“It’s a fucking shitshow and you need to get it together,” Jenna said of the current laundry sitch on the boat, noting that there were still incidents where clothing wasn’t being returned to its rightful owner.
“I was never given a system to work with,” Georgia defended herself. And then came the case of the missing chef’s coat. “I always give it my best shot but Jenna will like, come into the laundry and nitpick at things that actually haven’t even happened that she’s presumed I’ve done wrong,” Georgia explained in her interview. “I feel like it’s a bit of a testament to her not paying attention to anything outside of the galley, which is infuriating Madison and myself. She doesn’t know what’s happening in her own department,” she said, referring to Jenna and Adam’s friendly yet flirty relationship so far.
“This fucking pisses me off,” Jenna sighs about the coat. “Just get your shit together and organize the fucking laundry,” she says in her interview. “Not that complicated!”
This causes Georgia to cry in the laundry room, while telling herself to “harden the fuck up,” and explaining, “I don’t like sharing emotions. If people can see your emotions, that’s a really big weakness. I just think I have more control of the situation if they don’t see all my cards.”
Meanwhile, Jenna tells the other stew, Madison, that, “I made her cry, I just yelled at her.” Georgia refuses to let Madison in to talk with her, let alone hug her, and confesses, “I just want Jenna to see that I’m not a fucking moron.” She goes on to say, “I’m not crying because my feelings are hurt, I’m crying because I’m frustrated.”
For her part, Jenna said, “I don’t set out to make people cry. It is my job to hold you accountable, just suck it up and do what I’m telling you to do.”
The two have a “calm chit chat” where Jenna tells Georgia, “I don’t want you to feel upset but also I have to do a job as well, right?”
“Jenna, you are 100% right. I don’t have any problem,” Georgia says, but refuses to let her boss give her a hug.
However, outside of the laundry room, the two seem to be doing just fine, with Jenna posting this sweet picture to her Instagram and providing more context for the situation. Oh, and the chef’s coat was in the washing machine the whole time.
View this post on Instagram Good morning everybody! Wow! Last night’s show was a doozy! This is a picture representative of Georgia and I. She and I had some heartfelt conversations one one one, during the season. We have a similar sense of humour. She is sweet and kind hearted. Georgia hadn’t previously worked with a Chief Stew. I was new to joining a yacht with an entirely new crew starting with a 24 hour time frame to meet everyone and get the boat ready for our first charter. We are all human. I empathize with Georgia for a moment of struggle, I have been there many times myself. Yachting is tough when you no longer have space for yourself, and you are constantly under the microscope of your fellow crew members who literally know every move you make. On top of the aforementioned challenges, Georgia and Madison had to share a cabin with me, their Chief Stew, further adding to the lack of any space for private release of any feelings whether they be positive or negative. When Georgia was upset, I did giggle. I can’t deny that. Was I laughing at her pain or discomfort? Absolutely not. Analyzing it now, the laughter came from my shock, and also I tend to laugh or smile at all situations that are uncomfortable for me. This is something I try to work on. I am a leader, but I certainly don’t wake up everyday looking forward to telling people what to do all day, I prefer us to work together. I love most when on a yacht we work together and our system flows, knowing what we’re responsible for and getting that done, leaving time for us to enjoy each other’s company because that’s what we have while we’re at sea. It takes time to build this team. Our beginnings were shaky, trying to figure it all out. I used some absurd language about an absurd situation when I vented to Adam. The only regret I have is letting an inconsequential situation get to me, which led me to vent. But I’m happy I vented to Adam opposed to being reactive to Georgia. Georgia knows I respect her and value her as a person. She is a hard worker, and while we had a tough start, both learning to work with each other, things will hopefully begin to improve on Parsifal, at least in terms of Georgia and I working together. 'Below Deck' Finale: Did Paget just confess his love for Georgia? Fans say it's evident the 'douche' wants her
Bravo aired the finale episode of 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' this week. Over 17 weeks, the crew entertained charter guests and viewers alike with their services and pot-stirring tendencies, respectively.
And the tradition continued even as they served the final group of charter guests, especially Georgia Grobler, who almost created a wedge between Paget Berry and Ciara Duggan. On Ciara's birthday, Georgia told her that she had feelings for Paget. It was a few seconds laced with awkwardness, guilt and tension. Ciara said she knew about it and didn't say a word to Georgia and that offended her because, in her head, it meant Ciara never considered her competition enough and was probably never scared to lose Paget to Georgia.
A fan had the perfect explanation as to why Ciara couldn't care less about the situation at hand: "Ciara and Paget are just very settled and complacent. They’ve hit that comfort zone. Not to mention it’s convenient. I feel like Ciara is like 'he’ll come around eventually... hopefully'. As Paget calls himself Georgia's number one fan while she plays his favorite song on the guitar, fans implied that he may be fighting his feelings for Georgia. This is because he said he couldn't have gotten together with her in this life because he's with Ciara. "In this life I could have never had, obviously, acted on that," Paget told Georgia as she wiped her tears.
In his green room interview, Paget shared that he couldn't fathom what Georgia must have gone through because underneath that funny exterior lies a sensitive person who is sharing all her feelings and emotions on the last day of charter. He did put out a request for those who are only genuinely interested in Georgia because she deserves someone who would treat her right. "Paget loves the attention from Georgia and obviously wants her too... him and Georgia are so out of line. Ciara needs to drop Paget... she could do way better! #BelowDeck #BelowDeckSailing," a fan expressed, while another shared: "Wow why is Paget talking to Georgia alone... Ciara you deserve to be treated better! #BelowDeckSailing."
"All I heard Paget say is, "I settled for Ciara. If I knew I could get someone like you years ago, Georgia, I would have picked you," a user tweeted. "Okay y’all if I was Ciara I would have a. Knocked Georgia the eff out and b. Left that douche immediately," another posted.

By Editorial Team 20 December 2019
After exclusively breaking the news about the brand new 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' series earlier this year, YachtCharterFleet can now unveil more details about Bravo's latest addition to the Below Deck franchise.
Set to hit our screens on February 3, 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' will follow a new crew of yachties as they set sail around the coastlines of Greece .
This is the first series in Below Deck history which features a luxury sailing yacht, with the 180ft sailing yacht Parsifal III playing the starring role.
The new series joins the original Below Deck, which premiered in 2013, and Below Deck Mediterranean, which premiered in 2016.
Promising even more action on the high seas, a new trailer gives us an insight into what we can expect from the show's first ever season.
Get ready for a new Below Deck yacht with a new crew on board (and Chef Adam)! ⛵🌬️ The SERIES PREMIERE of #BelowDeckSailing sets sail February 3! https://bravo.ly/BDSYFB Publiée par Bravo sur Mercredi 18 décembre 2019
What's different about the new series?
This is the first ever time Below Deck has branched away from motor yachts, and the sailing vessel component of the new series is expected to inject even more drama to the show.
This is partly due to the fact that the design of luxury sailing yachts leads to far more confined crew areas than we are used to seeing on the original Below Deck.
Although the 180ft Parsfill III is the 59th largest sailing yacht ever build, her interior volumes are much smaller than a motor yacht of the equivalent length. Motor yachts are typically wider, and have more decks- Parsifal III has just three slim decks.
Sailing yachts also heel (lean) from side to side while under sail, creating plenty of problems for the interior team as you can see in the trailer above.
Sailing yachts generally feature smaller galleys, tiny stew stations and cramped crew quarters which are in closer proximity to the guests’ living areas, making it more challenging for the crew to deliver their signature silver service.
Sailing yachts also heel (lean) from side to side while under sail, creating plenty of problems for the interior team, as you can see in the trailer above.
In addition, we can expect to see the deck crew placed in a far more demanding role, with sailing yachts requiring accuracy and skills to manoeuvre safely.
Furthermore, plenty of deck duties take place in the midst of guest areas, so the pressure will be on as the sailors struggle to keep their cool in front of their charter guests.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht Cast: New crew and a familiar face
The crew is helmed by the yacht's full-time captain Glenn Shepherd, a keen sailor with 10 years of experience on board Parsifal III. This is unusual for Below Deck, as the full-time crew are usually replaced with a temporary cast during filming.
Long-time Below Deck fans will spot a familar face in the crew; chef Adam Gliick, who made his debut appearance in Below Deck Mediterranean season 2 and is returning for the first season of the new Sailing Yacht series.
There is also a couple onboard, which is common in yachting, but has never been seen before on Below Deck. Ciara Duggan and Paget Berry also work full-time on Parsifal III, but the pair has never worked in the same department before. Berry works as the yacht's first mate, while Duggan will be stepping in as deckhand.
The interior crew is headed up by chief stewardess Jenna MacGillivray. She will need to have a firm hold on her crew and an even firmer hold on her interior, as unsecured items will wreak havoc when the yacht catches wind and heels (leans). She is joined by second stewardess Madison Stalker and third stew Georgia Grobler.
Where was Below Deck Sailing Yacht filmed?
Filming for the new series took place around the Greek island of Corfu in the Ionian Sea. The yacht's homeport for the series was Corfu Yacht Harbour; this is where we can expect to catch our first glimpse of the charter guests as they embark and disembark the yacht.
When will Below Deck Sailing Yacht premiere?
The new Sailing Yacht series premieres Monday, February 3rd at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo TV.
How much does it cost to rent the Below Deck Sailing Yacht?
Parsifal III charters from $195,000 per week plus expenses. This does not include the price of food, drinks, the cost to dock, or fuel costs associated with water toys.
If you are interested in chartering S/Y PARSIFAL III for yourself, please get in touch with your preferred yacht charter broker .

Below Deck Sailing Yacht's Georgia Says "It Was Worth It" to Tell Ciara About Her Feelings for Paget
The third stew explains why she wanted to own up to her flirting during the charter season.
The inaugural season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht came to a close on May 25, but not without one last jaw-dropping moment.
How to Watch
Watch Below Deck Sailing Yacht on Peacock and the Bravo app .
Following the final charter of the season, Georgia Grobler admitted to Ciara Duggan that she had "been having a bit of a thing" for her boyfriend, Paget Berry . But what was most surprising about this encounter is that Ciara didn't seem shocked by the news at all. "Yeah, I already knew that," she told Georgia. "That's not a surprise."
Georgia went on to tell Ciara that she "felt guilty" for what went down with Paget, even though really all that transpired between them was some flirting . "I just kind of wanted to say it to you, and I haven't planned on doing anything. I've never wanted to cross any lines or anything," Georgia shared. "So I just wanted you to know. I'm sorry."
Here's How Ciara Really Feels After Watching Paget's Flirting with Georgia on Below Deck Sailing Yacht
Ciara assured Georgia that everything was fine, and the two seemed to end the conversation on good terms. However, Georgia didn't exactly feel relieved after opening up to Ciara, she explained in an interview during the episode. "It's humiliating for me to open up like this and for her to say, 'Yeah, I know, but I never considered you a threat,'" Georgia said. "Very much twisting the f--king knife."
Still, Georgia said she knows she did the right thing by being honest with Ciara while looking back on the moment on Twitter following the Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 1 finale. "My friendship with [Ciara] is more important than how I feel and having known that she would find out when she saw the show, owning up to it was the respectful thing to do and it was worth it," Georgia tweeted.

It looks like this Below Deck Sailing Yacht friendship was able to withstand this uncomfortable moment. Ciara responded to Georgia's message on Twitter with several heart emojis .
Ciara, Georgia, Paget, and the rest of the Parsifal III crew will look back on this season's buzziest moments during the Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 1 reunion on Monday, June 1 at 8/7c.

When does Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5 premiere?
Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5 has been on fans’ minds since the end of the explosive Season 4 reunion.
There was a major rift between Colin MacRae, Daisy Kelliher, and Gary King that left fans wondering what would happen next with the dream team.
The anticipation for Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5 was heightened after sexual misconduct allegations against Gary broke last summer, and he was removed from BravoCon.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans will soon have the answers to some burning questions about Season 5 as the premiere nears.
As Monsters and Critics previously reported, Captain Glenn teased the next season of the sailing show would hit Bravo airwaves this summer, but we have narrowed it down more.
When does Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5 premiere in 2024?
Below Deck, Season 11 has entered the back half of the season, and we are closer to Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5. Based on the mid-season trailer for Below Deck, the Season 11 finale will air on Monday, May 20.
That means Season 5 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht should premiere on Monday, June 3. The reason for the two-week break will be for one of two reasons.
One is a Below Deck Season 11 reunion that will air on Monday, May 27. At this time, we don’t know if a reunion will happen, but fans shouldn’t get their hopes for a reunion. Below Deck reunions seem to be a thing of the past.
If there isn’t a Below Deck reunion, Below Deck Sailing Yacht will likely still air on June 3 because Monday, May 27, is Memorial Day. Odds are Bravo won’t air the premiere of a new season on a holiday.

This means that in less than two months, Below Deck Sailing Yacht will be back on the air.
When will a Below Deck Sailing Yacht trailer drop?
While we wait for the Below Deck Sailing Yacht premiere date, Bravo should be giving fans a trailer for Season 5 in the next couple of weeks. Bravo tends to share more cast news and a teaser for new seasons about 4 to 6 weeks from the premiere date.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans can definitely expect a trailer before the end of April. Along with a teaser, we will learn about the cast or, instead, what we don’t already know.
Spotted filming in Ibiza! by u/Successful-Will-95 in belowdeck
Captain Glenn, Daisy, and Gary are all back for another stint on the Below Deck spin-off, as photos from filming last summer were leaked. The picture was revealed before the allegations against Gary, so it’s unclear as of now just how much Below Deck Sailing Yacht will portray him.
Are you ready for Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 5?
Below Deck Sailing Yacht is currently on hiatus on Bravo. Seasons 1-4 are streaming on Peacock.

Jill Zarin blamed “Below Deck” head steward Fraser Olender for her “disaster” megayacht outing, which was documented on an episode of the Bravo series last week.
The “Real Housewives of New York City” alum said she didn’t have any regrets about her behavior, which included taking issue with the food service, requesting a specific type of ice and even suggesting guests be given a bell to summon crew members.
“I went into it with the attitude that I want to make a good show. I was me, I literally was me. I was me the way I am in my real life,” Zarin, 60, told Heather McDonald on Tuesday’s episode of her “Juicy Scoop” podcast .
“If I like my Diet Coke then I want another. If I don’t like it then I will send it back. If I don’t like my food then I send it back. Most people do,” she continued.
“I think if the crew had a different attitude toward me and said ‘Jill, she’s a little pushy, she’s a Jewish mother, she’s a little bit of a know it all’ I think everybody would have leaned into it.”
The reality TV star went on to detail the two-day stay, which cost her pal an eye-watering $45,000 for “five meals” along with lodging.

“You get on the boat at 12 and right away you get lunch,” she said. “You get an explanation — which I actually taped on my phone that I am going to post — of Fraser [Olender] explaining the layout of the next two days.”
Zarin continued, “In fact, one of the things he emphasized which is ironic is that there would be snacks and food all the time everywhere. He actually emphasized and completely didn’t deliver. When I think about the trip, it was the head stew’s job to make sure things went seamlessly, and I kind of blame him for the trip being a total disaster.”
The Bravolebrity noted that she “felt terrible” for her friends who paid for the trip.

“They spent an enormous amount of money [and] I wanted them to have an amazing experience,” she said.
“I did this show because my friends wanted to go on TV. I don’t blame them, a lot of people do. [But] I didn’t mind doing it with them because as long as I am me, I am good.”
“Below Deck” cast member and stewardess, Barbara “Barbie” Pascual, later admitted Zarin “was right” about some of her seemingly outlandish requests on the show.
“You guys, I watched the show back, and I don’t think that Jill was as bad as it looked, and I just wanna also say that there were so many other moments where she was super fun and sweet and nice,” Pascual said on her Instagram Story last week.
She acknowledged that the former “Housewife” was “demanding,” but she was “not rude” and was making requests that were “actually normal yacht requirements” and “pretty logical.”
“She was right. She just wanted nugget ice in her Diet Coke, that’s not a big deal,” the stewardess added.

However, during the episode, Pascual said Zarin was “too much” to handle.
“I think she’s annoying. You’re a freeloading guest who’s extremely demanding. This is too much for me. I need another stew just for Jill,” she said in a confessional.
Meanwhile, Olender quipped, “Jill is crawling into my brain and eating away at my soul.”
Chef Anthony Iracane also took a swipe at the Jill & Ally founder in his confessional.
“I think the primary, she’s OK, but her friend taking over the boat, it’s like she’s a f–king captain. Like taking over the ship,” he said.
“Below Deck” airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo
