HOEK DESIGN ESSENCE 33 – HULL # 07

The Essence 33 design is the elegant result of the collaboration between Hoek Design and the producer Yagt.

The Essence 33 was designed as a daysailer, but is also a seaworthy yacht. One sails the Essence 33 in the company of good friends. A day on the water, surrounded by freedom and luxury, with a nice glass of wine and a well-filled cool box. Both the interior as well as the deck will give you plenty of space for these purposes. Despite its considerable size, the ship can be trailered so there is no need to worry about expensive moorings in the warmer regions. You are maneuverable, flexible and free to go wherever you please.

The Essence is one with the fanatic sailor, who also wants to enjoy the good life. The exterior is prepared for spectacular sailing perfomance, but is also perfect for a sunny, lazy afternoon with one less sail in the bay. The seating comfort is excellent and is characterized by a natural nonchalance, with taut pillows in stylish shades. The teak deck has white accenting lines. Overall, simplicity dominates: what normally a lineage disturbs, has been eliminated, so nothing distracts the attention from the boat. The most important part is that everything is correct and is in balance with each other. Both the concept and styling of the Essence are like a classic jewel, but the technique is hypermodern.

The Essence is based on a beautiful design, with a tight interplay of lines and a sportive touch. The interior styling is perfectly suited, and includes a sophisticated finishing touch and surprising combination of materials. Of course we offer the oppurtunity to integrate your own preferences into the end result. We work primarily with hightech materials such as carbon, which is not only lightweight but also beautiful and strong. We create an exclusive appearance, which is both warm and welcoming, through the use of hand selected fabrics, colors, and stitching patterns. The standard layout utilizes every square centimeter and emphasizes the essence of the boat: class and quality.

The Essence 33 is a very successful Hoek Design daysailer, with 6 boats that already have been sold and sailing in various regions over the world. For instance hull numbers 3, 5 and  6 are sailing in the waters of Long Island NY.

Sanlorenzo Motor Yacht Essence for Sale

The 31.7 metre motor yacht Essence has been listed for sale by Cedrick Leclerc at Breeze Yachting in Switzerland.

Built in GRP by Italian yard Sanlorenzo with an exterior and interior by Francesco Paszkowski, she was delivered in 2012 as one of the yard’s ever popular SL104 models and fully refitted in 2016. Accommodation in a neutral coloured but bright and airy interior is for eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for up to five crew aboard this yacht for sale .

A large saloon with panoramic windows allows guests to bask in the natural daylight on comfortable seating including an L-shaped settee and armchairs, while a full wet bar and an entertainment centre including a large screen television are also on offer. Forward is a dining area with seating for eight guests.

The aft deck has al fresco dining facilities at a large table and chairs seating eight guests and leads down to a generous swim platform. Up on the flybridge the easy pace of outdoor relaxation continues, offering sun pads, loungers, a spa pool and a wet bar.

A planing hull and twin 2,400hp MTU diesel engines give this fast motor yacht a cruising speed of 24 knots and a range of 1,460 nautical miles at 11 knots.

Essence is asking €5,400,000 with tax paid.

Essence magazine owner Richelieu Dennis is mystery buyer of Diddy’s TV network Revolt: sources

Richelieu Dennis will be the new owner of Diddy’s TV venture, Revolt, Page Six is told.

Diddy founded the network back in 2013. But after his longtime girlfriend, Casandra Ventura (the singer known as Cassie), sued him in November claiming that the rap mogul had raped and abused her, he sold off his shares in Revolt.

Now — as the dust settles from the shocking Homeland Security raids at the mogul’s home in Los Angeles and the Miami area — we’re told Dennis is new owner of Diddy’s portion of the company.

Dennis made his fortune in the skincare business. He co-founded Shea Moisture in Harlem in the 1990s and sold it to household goods giant Unilever.

In 2018 he made a bold foray into the media world by purchasing the storied Essence magazine from Time Inc.

As Page Six has previously reported, his tenure got off to a bumpy beginning.

Dennis quickly resigned as interim CEO of the company after an anonymous letter called for a change of management . (He remained as the chairman, and bosses insisted that the letter wasn’t the cause of his exit).

“The deal is already done, and they are getting ready to announce it in the upcoming days,” an insider told Page Six of the Revolt sale. “But of course, now with the raid and everything else going on, it will appear as though he is purchasing after the fact.”

“It was important [to] Sean to get a buyer that was African American because he wants to keep the legacy of having a Black-owned business,” said the insider. “He started it off that way and he wants it to continue on that path.”

The network airs news and entertainment related to both mainstream and Black culture.

Ventura dated Diddy for 10 years, and late last year the “Official Girl” singer sued her ex.

Diddy denied the allegations, with his lawyer suggesting the claims were shakedown attempt. But they settled out of court within 24 hours of the filing.

Soon after, Diddy was sued by five other alleged victims. He has consistently denied wrongdoing.

After the raids, Diddy’s attorney Aaron Dyer released a statement to Page Six calling them a “witch hunt.”

Revolt and Dennis have not returned a request for comment.
