Gebrauchtbootkauf : Allrounder Winner 9.50 im Test
Alexander Worms
, Max Gasser
· 20.12.2022

Following the trend of refreshing a classic concept, the new Winner 9 is a very good example. On and below deck, owners will be surprised what can be achieved on a “only” nine 9 meter yacht without compromising the sail performance for what she was designed for. Where many modern yachts are built for comfort only, they lack the joy and spirit in sailing a performance yacht. Steady on the helm, but sprinting to the finish line, the Winner 9 has earned her place. The perfect young family performance yacht. Beating the expensive new build prices, this 1 owner Winner is now readily available.

Neu: Die Winner 9 Speedlight

Best yacht 2023: European yacht of the year winners
- Toby Hodges
- January 21, 2023
The European Yacht of the Year 2023 winners have been announced and comprise the best yacht winners in five categories including a special mention award. Toby Hodges was one of the 12 jury members who test sailed each of the 21 shortlisted yachts before deciding on the winners.
The European Yacht of the Year programme is a highlight of my year as it gives us jury members the opportunity to assemble our shortlist of the best nominees, seatrial each and every one of them and discuss what works and what doesn’t at sea and in port, in order to choose the best yacht of 2023 in a variety of categories. Our trials were held in La Rochelle and Port Ginesta, Barcelona over the autumn of 2022.
This is the 20th anniversary of the European Yacht of the Year awards, which were presented at a gala event on the opening evening of the Boot Düsseldorf Boat Show on 21 January 2023.
Together we comprise 12 magazines across Europe, each the leading voice on boat testing in their respective countries. The result is indisputably the most thorough, impartial and respected awards programme for new production yachts worldwide.
Best yacht 2023
Best performance yacht.
Nominees: Elan E6 ; Beneteau First 36 ; Grand Soleil 40 ; Italia Y 12.98; Solaris 50
Three Italian pure performance cruisers and two very different yachts built in Slovenia made for a varied and exciting Performance category. Where once we could assume a cruiser-racer was a fairly standard format design, over the last decade it’s been much more the sexy fast cruisers the Italian yards specialise in. But as French yards like Pogo and JPK have proven, we salute lightweight planing yachts – and the Beneteau First 36 is the first real production yacht in that spirit.
Winner: Beneteau First 36
Here’s a yacht that puts the focus firmly back into sailing. The First 36 has been kept inviting and approachable – unlike many yachts that can plane, the look is modest, not aggressive. It’s uncomplicated, unfussy and the result is a pleasure for all to sail. It’s more about what you can’t see, the design and engineering, which should ensure longterm demand.
The small, fiddly heads compartment and lack of tiller options are perhaps the only real detraction from an otherwise brilliant collaboration by Seascape and Beneteau, from concept to build quality.
It was their goal to keep this area of the market relevant and prove a mainstream brand can do it, rather than only niche specialist yards. To create a mass produced yacht at this weight and to this foam-cored quality and one that can bring so much fun is a feather in the cap of the First brand.
Price: (ex VAT) €238,813
Jury comments:
“The complete universal cruiser-racer.” Pasi Nuutinen, Fin.
“The truly modern fast cruiser that dares to be different and that not enough yards dare to build.” Jochen Rieker, Germany.
“Fast but easy going, precise but not nervous, and lightweight, yet comfortable.” Marinus van Sijdenborgh de Jong, Netherlands.
Best Luxury Yacht
Nominees: Oceanis Yachts 60 ; Oyster 495 ; Ice 62 Targa
A spacious production yacht, a premium bluewater cruiser and a highly customised Italian performance cruiser shows the variety on offer in the 50-60ft+ market, while giving the jury some tricky comparisons to make.
Winner: Oyster 495
It is hard to imagine that the decor of a yacht can change its look and feel quite this much, yet the layout of this second 495, Eddie Jordan’s dramatic looking Tuga , is in fact identical to the first boat that I spent several days aboard last summer. At its heart is a wonderfully (Humphreys) designed and engineered luxury bluewater cruiser conceived from the ground up, built in a new dedicated facility to a repeatable quality very few yards are capable of.
The 495 offers consistent passage making speeds in real voluminous comfort – whether enjoyed from the deep cockpit or the best-in-class aft cabin. Deck stowage and mechanical space is also superb. Then factor in the family appeal of Oyster’s after sales and world rally programme and you start to appreciate the premium world this sub 50-footer gives access to.
Price: (ex VAT) £1.35m
Jury comments
“So reassuringly strong, so surprisingly quick in straight line speed, so great to helm, so easy to handle and so, so comfortable if you want to retreat to her living quarters!” Jochen Rieker, Germany
“A true blue water cruiser that makes no compromise in terms of comfort, safety or sailing abilities.” Loic Madeline, France
“The entry level of the Oyster range brings with it the build quality and customisation typical of the yard’s largest models… perfect for a couple’s globetrotting dreams.” Alberto Mariotti, Italy
Best Family Yacht
Nominees: Bente 28; Dufour 37 ; Linjett 39
Typically this category brims with midsize cruising yachts from mainstream manufacturers. And while the Dufour flies that flag, when you put these three nominees together you have a diverse selection of interesting new cruising yachts from 30-40ft to suit significantly different budgets.
Winner: Linjett 39
If you haven’t heard of Linjett before, prepare to be impressed. The 39 offers easy fast family cruising and occasional racing in luxurious comfort and proves that classic needn’t be old fashioned.
Linjett exudes Scandi heritage: a third generation 50-year old brand, it’s run by three brothers and has built 900 yachts from its 19th Century Rosättra yard in Sweden. Sturdy and stable the 39 instils instant confidence and proved a delight to sail. The Linjett is set up to easily shorthand it too, with two winches and a bank of clutches each side positioned aft in reach of the helm.
The interior is offered with two or three cabins and the latter we saw had an excellent layout, including separate shower/wet hanging compartment aft. The joiner work is first class, with traditional mahogany used as standard, or the more contemporary European Oak on the test boat.
This is a premium yacht, but you get what you pay for. It will surprise most and ensure everyone steps ashore smiling.
Price: (ex VAT) SEK 4,208,000 (approx €400,000)
“Practically flawless yacht for offshore, coastal and archipelago cruising, peppered with a big spoonful of performance and a strong flavour of luxury,” Pasi Nuutinen, Finland
“Aesthetically immortal because it is impeccably designed and built with modern construction techniques.” Alberto Mariotti, Italy
“A fast luxury yacht that is also the best family yacht… timeless.” Axel Nissen-Lie, Norway
Best Catamaran
Nominees: Balance 482 ; Catana OC ; C-Cat 48 ; Excess 14; Fountaine Pajot Aura 51 ; Lagoon 51; Nautitech 44 Open
What started out as two separate multihull categories – Family and Performance – merged into one once the jury appreciated the boundaries are quite blurred and that some of these catamarans belong in both camps.
All seven of these 40-50-footers merit close scrutiny for anyone after space and cruising comfort. The decision lies with how much you tweak the performance:comfort ratio.
Winner: Nautitech Open 44
We saw a good, interesting battle of the aft helm cruising cats this year in the Excess 14 and the Nautitech. For those who cite a lack of visibility and protection as reasons not to choose this route, try sailing this boat! Direct steering brings so much more helming pleasure – you get the enjoyable feeling and communication more associated with a monohull. I consider this 44 Open to be the ideal size to go distance sailing, with good performance, low draught and space for family and friends.
The interior design is smart and inviting – not as voluminous as some, but certainly enough to be smugly comfortable at anchor. Out of all the multihulls nominated or sailed in the last year, this cat impressed me the most.
Price: €560,800 ex VAT. (€818k ex VAT as tested).
Jury Comments
“This is a catamaran that makes the heart beat out at sea rather than at a boat show.” Axel Nissen-Lie, Norway
“Sailing sensation sets the Nautitech apart. She’s delightfully sensitive in light wind and gets more and more convincing with speed – which she picks up to very decent numbers.” Pasi Nuutinen, Finland
“This shows why the desire for catamaran sailing is spreading: It combines the comfort of two hulls with the good sailing characteristics of a modern yacht.” Lori Schüpbach, Sui
Best Specialist Yacht
Nominees: Astus 22.5 ; Ecoracer 25; Ace 30
Always the most diverse category, once again this did not disappoint with its contenders comprising a plywood IRC scow, a trailable trimaran and a recyclable sportsboat!
Special mention: Sustainability – Ecoracer 25
A reusable, recyclable prototype competitive sportsboat. If a ‘garage project’ such as this can successfully prove that the use of more sustainable materials, such as thermoplastic resins, linen fibre, basalt and recyclable carbon, are a viable solution for boatbuilding already, there is no excuse why the mainstream production yards shouldn’t already be employing them!
While most fibre-reinforced boats are destined for landfill, here the composites can be separated from the resin after immersion in a solvent, to make reusable composite products.
This is an on trend one-off racer, which at 1.1 tonnes and 2.7m beam can be towed when tilted and takes one hour from crane to sailing. It’s so much fun to sail, even in the lightest puffs, and won the ORC sportsboat class on Lake Garda on its debut season.
A shame it’s only a prototype, but the future looks bigger and brighter for this startup brand Northern Light Composites, with a 30ft version going into production. Congratulations on taking the initiative.
Price: Circa €80k
“Without changes the leisure boat market will be regulated and potentially fade away. The 100% recyclable Ecoracer 25 has shown that it’s possible to turn green for real.” Morten Brandt-Rasmussen, Denmark
“Shows that a technically complex sailboat can be built in a better way – without compromising on performance.” Axel Nissen-Lie, Norway

Find out where Powerball tickets worth $50,000 were sold in Delaware. Are you a winner?

The winning ticket was purchased at First State Exxon, 400 Pulaski Highway, near New Castle.
The ticket isn't the only one in Delaware waiting for an owner to step forward. A ticket purchased for the March 9 drawing at Shore Stop, 38 E. Main St., in Middletown was also a $50,000 winner. The winning numbers on March 9 were 30-36-49-52-63 and the Powerball was 16 . The Power Play was 5X .
Did anyone win Powerball drawing, Wednesday, March 27, 2024?
No one won the grand prize, so the jackpot rose to $935 million with a cash value of $449.7 million .

Delaware Lottery: Powerball winning numbers for March 27. Did anyone win Wednesday's $865 million jackpot?
How to play Powerball
To play, select five numbers from 1 to 69 for the white balls, then select one number from 1 to 26 for the red Powerball.
You can choose your lucky numbers on a play slip or let the lottery terminal randomly pick your numbers.
To win, match one of the nine ways to win:
- 5 white balls + 1 red Powerball = Grand prize.
- 5 white balls = $1 million.
- 4 white balls + 1 red Powerball = $50,000.
- 4 white balls = $100.
- 3 white balls + 1 red Powerball = $100.
- 3 white balls = $7.
- 2 white balls + 1 red Powerball = $7.
- 1 white ball + 1 red Powerball = $4.
- 1 red Powerball = $4.
There's a chance to have your winnings increased two, three, four, five and 10 times through the Power Play for an additional $1 per play. Players can multiply non-jackpot wins up to 10 times when the jackpot is $150 million or less.
All prizes are set cash amounts, except for the grand prize. In California, prize payout amounts are pari-mutuel, meaning it's determined by the sales and the number of winners.
What are the odds of winning the Powerball?
The odds of winning the Powerball grand prize are 1 in 292,201,338. The odds for the lowest prize, $4 for one red Powerball, are 1 in 38.32.
According to Powerball, the overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 24.87, based on a $2 play and rounded to two decimal places.

ZEITLOS KLASSE - DIE VORGÄNGERMODELLE
Winner 9.50.

Powerball jackpot soars above $900 million after no jackpot winners wednesday night, officials say.

The latest breaking updates, delivered straight to your email inbox.
The Powerball jackpot has now reached an estimated $935 million after no tickets matched all six numbers drawn on Wednesday night, lottery officials said in a news release early Thursday morning.
The winning numbers for the Wednesday, March 27 drawing were:
37, 46, 57, 60, 66 and red Powerball 8
The jackpot for the next drawing, which is on Saturday night, would be the fifth-largest grand prize in that game's history.
A jackpot winner in Saturday's Powerball drawing could choose to receive the money in annuitized payments or take a lump sum estimated at $449.7 million.
While there weren't any grand prize winners on Wednesday, Powerball officials said three tickets matched all five white balls and won $1 million prizes. Those tickets were sold in Arizona, Pennsylvania and Texas.
Wednesday's drawing came a day after Tuesday's momentous Mega Millions prize. Tuesday's estimated $1.13 billion Mega Millions jackpot was won by a ticket sold in the Garden State, lottery officials said without immediately saying where in New Jersey the ticket was sold.
The second Powerball jackpot to surpass $800 million this year
This is the second Powerball jackpot to surpass $800 million this year. The Powerball grand prize was last won in January, when a ticket in Michigan scored a prize worth $842.4 million. Since then, 36 consecutive drawings have taken place without a jackpot winner, according to Powerball .
Winning the Powerball jackpot means a ticket matched all five white balls plus the red Powerball. The odds of winning any prize in a Powerball drawing are 1 in 24.9, and the odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 292.2 million, according to the lottery.
The largest Powerball jackpot prize – and the largest U.S. lottery prize – ever won was $2.04 billion by a ticket purchased in California in November 2022, according to the lottery.
Powerball tickets cost $2 per play and are sold in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Drawings are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Apple notifies winners of 2024 Swift Student Challenge; gives them AirPods Max
As reported on Tuesday , Apple today notified the winners of the 2024 Swift Student Challenge. For those unfamiliar, the competition encourages developers to show off their coding skills by creating playground projects. This year, some of the winners will attend an in-person WWDC 2024 event at Apple Park.
2024 Swift Student Challenge winners
Esther Hare, senior director of developer marketing at Apple, congratulated the winners in a post on X . “We’re so inspired by the commitment and enthusiasm of all the students who were brave enough to submit their work. HUGE congratulations to all 350 winners and to our inaugural group of 50 Distinguished Winners,” the executive said.
The 350 winners will receive an official Apple certificate and a one-year subscription to the Apple Developer Program, a voucher to take an Apple Developer Program certification exam, and AirPods Max. For the first time, Apple has also chosen 50 “Distinguished Winners” who will have an “extraordinary three-day experience” at Apple Park in June.
In the past, winners have been presented with AirPods Pro , WWDC-themed pins, and an exclusive jacket.

Apple is expected to unveil new versions of iOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, and also visionOS at WWDC 2024. Rumors suggest that iOS 18 will introduce significant changes , including multiple AI-based features and a new way of organizing the Home Screen. It’s unclear whether the company plans to introduce new hardware at the event.

Powerball Jackpot Jumps Past $900 Million—Here’s What The Winner Could Take Home After Taxes
T he Powerball jackpot rose to $935 million—the game’s biggest prize of the year so far—after no tickets matched the numbers drawn on Wednesday night, but the eventual winner will take home a smaller amount after paying their taxes.
If a winner is found in the next draw, they will have to pick between receiving the $935 million amount split across 30 annual payments or a lump sum cash award of $449.7 million—usually the popular choice.
If the lump sum payment is chosen, the prize amount will drop to $341.77 million after a mandatory federal tax withholding of 24% is applied.
Depending on their taxable income, the winner could face a federal marginal rate as high as 37%, which would further slash the winnings to $283.31 million.
If the winner goes the annual payments route, their yearly installment of 31.2 million will drop to $19.6 million if the 37% federal marginal rate is applied.
The winner’s state of residence will also impact their take-home amount as some states like Texas and California don’t tax lottery winnings, while others like New York and New Jersey levy between 5% to 10.9%.
1-in-292.2 million. Those are the astronomical odds a ticket buyer has to overcome to win the Powerball jackpot. This is only slightly better than the Mega Millions jackpot’s abysmal odds of 1-in-302.6 million.
Key Background
A single ticket sold in New Jersey won a $1.13 billion jackpot on Tuesday night. That is now the biggest lottery prize of the year so far, beating the $842.4 million Powerball jackpot won by a single ticket holder from Michigan on New Year’s Day. Tuesday night’s win was the fifth largest in Mega Millions history and the eighth-biggest overall lottery win in the U.S.
What To Watch For
The next Powerball draw will take place on Friday night.

Peter Malnati is a winner again and tired of all the talk about money in golf

Peter Malnati is a PGA Tour winner again and now gets to tee it up with big names at the Houston Open. In his group for the opening two rounds is Scottie Scheffler, the world’s No. 1 player who is going for this third consecutive victory.
But a big part of Malnati is representing the little guy, the career grinders who care just as much about competing without seeing golf through the prism of money.
And there is a lot of it in the game right now, brought on by the disruption of Saudi money funding LIV Golf, and the PGA Tour’s response by creating $20 million signature events for the elite in the game.
Malnati struck a chord with so many for his emotions when he won the Valspar Championship , only his second PGA Tour title and first in more than nine years. He said it was for his family and those who supported him, but also for tournaments that aren’t signature events in a new era that can leave them “wondering where they fit and if they matter.”
He elevated those thoughts Wednesday, saying fans are sick of talking about money.
Malnati recalled watching Michael Jordan’s clutch moments with the Chicago Bulls, or Tiger Woods winning the majors in record fashion.
“I didn’t care one iota what Jordan’s contract was. I didn’t care one iota what the winner’s check at that U.S. Open was,” Malnati said. “And I think people are sick of that. I think people are just sick of the narrative in golf being about contracts on LIV, purses on the tour, guaranteed comp on the tour. I think people are so sick of that.
“I just feel like no kid when they were watching Jordan dreamed of having his salary. They didn’t care about that,” he said. “They dreamed of being in that moment, hitting that shot. I think that’s what our fans care about, too. And that’s what they want to see.”
His comments came one day after Chris DiMarco, a three-time winner on the PGA Tour who has yet to win on the 50-and-old PGA Tour Champions circuit, laughed when he said on the “Subpar Podcast” that “we’re kind of hoping that LIV buys the Champions Tour.”
“Let’s play for a little real money out here. I mean, this is kind of a joke when we’re averaging $2 million (purses),” DiMarco said. “There were like seven guys last week from TPC (The Players Championship) that made more money than our purses.”
For Malnati, it was a career-changer in many ways. In his 10th year on the PGA Tour, he has never advanced beyond the first round of the FedEx Cup playoffs. He has played in only three majors — never on the weekend — and the victory got him into the Masters for the first time.
He also is exempt through 2026, a big deal for a guy who seems to struggle each year keeping his full PGA Tour card.
His career earnings are now just over $9.9 million, a bit more than half of what Viktor Hovland got last year from winning the FedEx Cup. Scheffler already has made more than Malnati’s career earnings in just three months this year.
For now, it’s back to work for Malnati. The Houston Open starts Thursday at Memorial Park, held for the first time since the fall of 2022 because it moved to a new date in the spring leading up to the Masters. The course is different with lusher, green grass instead of the Bermuda grass typical of Texas in the late summer and fall.
Scheffler is coming off wins at Bay Hill and The Players Championship , and he will try to become the first player since Dustin Johnson in 2017 to win three starts in a row.
He said he was worn out from winning back-to-back weeks on strong courses against strong fields. Scheffler is not one to look much further than the next shot, and a chance for three straight wins was not front of mind.
“When you show up at a tournament being No. 1, I don’t start at 1 under, I don’t start at 2 under, I start at even,” Scheffler said. “You’ve got to approach every week the same. You’ve got to put in the same amount of work, you’ve got to show up prepared.”

Mega Millions jackpot rises to $1.1 billion after another drawing without a winner
March 23, 2024 / 9:24 AM EDT / AP
The Mega Millions jackpot climbed to an estimated $1.1 billion after no one matched the game's six numbers Friday night, continuing a stretch of more than three months without a big winner.
The numbers drawn were: 3, 8, 31, 35, 44, 16.
The jackpot increased after a drawing for an estimated $977 million failed to produce a jackpot winner .
No one has won the game's jackpot since Dec. 8, a string of 30 consecutive drawings without anyone taking home the top prize. That has enabled the jackpot to slowly grow, week after week.
The $1.1 billion prize is for a sole winner who chooses to be paid through an annuity over 30 years. Winners almost always opt for a cash payment, which for the next drawing Tuesday night is an estimated $525.8 million.
A lucky player winning the $1.1 billion jackpot would take home the eighth-largest prize in U.S. lottery history.
The other U.S. lottery game, Powerball, has grown to an annuity jackpot of $750 million and a cash payout of $357.3 million. The next Powerball drawing is scheduled to take place Saturday night.
