Sauerkraut polyester filler made of highly reactive repair resin with a high proportion of glass fibers for filling large holes as well as for reinforcing surfaces. V11 fiber filler is a filling and bonding compound made of highly reactive repair resin with glass fibers mixed in. Cures quickly. Compared to other standard compounds, V-11 VT has higher strength due to the special glass fiber formulation. Styrene-free, two-component speechtel- and adhesive mass. Processing time at 20 ° C: approx. 4-5 minutes. Shearable at 20 ° C: after 15 minutes.

V-11 VT fibre filler is a styrene-free, two-component thixotropic filler and adhesive made from highly reactive repair resin with mixed glass fibres. Due to the special fibreglass formulation, the spatula has a higher strength than a normal standard mass. The mass hardens quickly and has very low linear shrinkage.

As mounting bonding of wooden strips and fibreglass attachments on fibreglass laminate. For filling out broken woods.

V11 VT est un enduit bicomposant sans styrène, à prise rapide et renforcé de fibres de verre. Ce mastic de réparation convient parfaitement pour renforcer les zones nécessitant un remplissage important. Très bon pouvoir adhésif sur le composite et le bois, le V11 VT ne convient cependant pas aux endroits constamment exposés à l'eau. Applicable par couches pouvant faire jusqu'à 5 mm. Appliquer sur une surface propre, sèche, dégraissée et poncée à gros grains. Proportion du mélange avec le durcisseur BPO : 2-3 % (2-3 g de durcisseur pour 100 g de mastic). Le V-11 VT reste un peu collant après séchage. Il faut donc le recouvrir d'un autre enduit.

Yachtcare V-11 VT Faserspachtel ist eine styrolfreie, zweikomponentige thixotrope Spachtel- und Klebmasse aus hochreaktivem Reparaturharz mit eingemischten Glasfasern. Aufgrund der besonderen Glasfaser-Formulierung hat der Spachtel eine höhere Festigkeit als eine normale Standardmasse. Die Masse härtet schnell an und weist einen nur sehr geringen linearen Schrumpf auf.

CHARAKTERISTIK

V-11 VT Faserspachtel ist eine styrolfreie, zweikomponentige thixotrope Spachtel- und Klebmasse aus hochreaktivem Reparaturharz mit eingemischten Glasfasern. Aufgrund der besonderen Glasfaser-Formulierung hat der Spachtel eine höhere Festigkeit, als eine normale Standardmasse. Die Masse härtet schnell an und weist einen nur sehr geringen linearen Schrumpf auf.

EINSATZGEBIET

• Klebeverbindung von Holz, GFK und anderen Werkstoffen
• Für die Reparatur kleiner Laminatschäden in schwach belasteten Bauteilen als Kleb- und Füllmasse im Überwasserbereich
• Als Montageverklebung von Holzleisten und GFK-Anbauteilen auf GFK- Laminat
• Zum Verfüllen ausgebrochener Hölzer

PRODUKTDATEN

• Inhalt: 200g, 400g, 700g
• Basis: Vinyltoluol

VERARBEITUNG

V–11 VT Faserspachtel wird in Schichten bis zu 5 Millimetern mit einem Spachtel, in dünnen Schichten mit einem Pinsel auf den sauberen, fettfreien, trockenen und möglichst rau angeschliffenen Untergrund aufgetragen. Ein Kilogramm V-11 VT hat ein Volumen von 750 ml. Zur Verarbeitung wird das Faserharz mit 3 Gew.-% BPOHärterpaste intensiv vermischt. Das Produkt kann bis zu Temperaturen von 5º C (bei 4% Härterzugabe) verarbeitet werden. Die Härtung verlangsamt sich jedoch. V-11 VT bleibt an der Oberfläche leicht klebrig und sollte nach deren Trocknung mit einer anderen Spachtelmasse oder Topcoat abgedeckt werden. Bevor V–11 VT Faserspachtel als Verklebung oder zur Laminat-Ausbesserung auf GFK-Untergründen angewandt wird, müssen vorhandene Topcoatschichten (Schlusslack, Gelcoat) bis zum Laminat abgeschliffen werden. Bei der Anwendung auf Blech wird eine Polyester-Spachtelmasse (ohne Glasfasern) als Haftbrücke eingesetzt.

Sauerkraut-Polyesterspachtel aus hochreaktivem Reparaturharz mit hohem Anteil an Glasfasern zum Füllen großer Löcher sowie zum Verstärken von Flächen. Der V11-Faserspachtel ist eine Füll- und Klebmasse aus hochreaktivem Reparaturharz mit eingemischten Glasfasern. Härtet schnell an. Im Vergleich zu anderen Standardmassen hat der V-11 VT aufgrund der besonderen Glasfaser-Formulierung eine höhere Festigkeit. Styrolfreie, zweikomponentige Sprachtel- und Klebmasse. Verarbeitungszeit bei 20° C: ca. 4-5 Minuten. scheifbar bei 20° C: nach 15 Minuten.

Flood warning in effect for parts of Vermont this morning as Hurricane Beryl impacts state

Hurricane Beryl has been steaming along for the past week, and today, Vermont is currently dealing with the affects of the storm.

After hitting Jamaica, Beryl made landfall in Texas, taking a northeastern path through states like Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. Yesterday, the impacts of the storm reached Vermont, causing flash flooding overnight.

There are currently flood warnings in effect for "portions of northeast and northwest Vermont, including the following counties, in northeast Vermont, Caledonia, Essex and Orleans and in northwest Vermont, Franklin and Lamoille," according to the National Weather Service.

The warning is in effect until 10:45 a.m. and replaces the flash flood warning.

What is National Weather Service forecast for Vermont today?

The rain is expected to ease.

The National Weather Service (NWS) stated that Vermont will get " pop -up showers throughout the day today as the center of Beryl`s rotation finally crosses the forecast area."

The forecast added, "Chances of precipitation will be 10-50%, with highest chances stretched from the Adirondacks to the Northeast Kingdom, which is unfortunately the primary area that received heavy rain over the last 24 hours."

Fortunately, the NWS stated that the coming showers will not be as strong as the rain over the last few days, but up to a quarter of an inch of additional rainfall could fall in spots in the state today.

What flooding might Vermont see today?

Flood warnings have been issued for parts of the state, as rivers are swelling because if the recent rain. Many roads are closed or have been damaged in the state, according to the National Weather Service, as a a result of 2 to 4 inches of rain falling.

Locations the National Weather Service included in the flood warning include: Island Pond, Newport City, Lyndon, Enosburg Falls, Orleans, Derby Center, Westmore, Brownington, Charleston, Willoughby, Barton, Brownington Village, Barton Village, Orleans Village, Sutton, Morgan, Sheffield, Newark, Newark Hollow and Derby.

A flood watch is also is effect until noon. The flood watch has been issued for: Caledonia, Eastern Addison, Eastern Chittenden, Eastern Franklin, Essex, Grand Isle, Lamoille, Orange, Orleans, Washington, Western Addison, Western Chittenden and Western Franklin.

What will temperatures be like today?

High temperatures will be in the mid-70s to upper 80s, according to the NWS , which added temperatures this evening will be in the low 60s.

"Patchy fog is possible in the typical valley locations where rain has occurred and light/variable winds are forecast," according to the NWS.

Product details

GELCOAT VT REPAIRKIT is suitable for repairing minor damage, even below the waterline. Various colours are available and can be mixed together. If your exact colour is not available, it can be adjusted with PU pigment paste . The kit contains: 180 g gelcoat, 20 g hardener paste, hostaphan film, tape, sandpaper, plastic spatula and a manual. Cures at +20° in approx. 30 minutes. Tip Instead of hostaphan film, PET film can be used for separation. When using, always apply a layer of at least 1 mm thick to ensure full cross-linking during the curing process.
