NAUTIC TOPCOAT VT ist ein styrolfreier, kobaltbeschleunigter Polyester-Schlusslack mit sehr guten Verarbeitungseigenschaften für die manuelle Applikation. NAUTIC TOPCOAT VT wird mit einem CHP-Härter gehärtet und bildet eine klebefreie Oberfläche.

EINSATZGEBIET

Schlussanstrich für GFK-Formteile und Bootsbeschichtungen zur Bildung einer klebfreien Deckschicht.

• Inhalt: 0,5 kg, 1,0 kg (inkl. Härter)
• Farbton: weiß
• Basis: Vinyltoluol

VERARBEITUNG

NAUTIC TOPCOAT VT wird mit einem Pinsel oder Fellroller auf das klebrige bzw. geschliffene Laminat gleichmäßig aufgebracht. Bei dem Auftrag mit einer Fellrolle wird unmittelbar nach dem Auftragen mit einem Feinschichtpinsel verschlichtet. Es ist dabei zu beachten, dass die aufgebrachte Schichtdicke mindestens 1mm beträgt. Diese Regel gilt auch für den Randbereich der Beschichtung. Ansonsten kommt es nicht zu einer vollständigen Aushärtung von dem NAUTIC TOPCOAT VT. Der Verbrauch beträgt ca. 200 g/m² pro Quadratmeter. Wegen der Paraffinhaut an der Oberfläche ist nur ein Auftrag möglich. Die Aushärtung erfolgt durch Zusatz von 2% CHP- Härter. Dosierungsbeispiel: 100 g Topcoat + 2 g CHP-Härter. Die Topfzeit beträgt bei dieser Zugabemenge ca. 20 Minuten bei 20ºC. Die volle Belastbarkeit ist nach 5 Tagen erreicht. Die ideale Verarbeitungstemperatur liegt bei 18º- 25ºC. Nicht bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung verarbeiten.
