Do NOT under any circumstances use this company to move your boat! I booked 3+ weeks in advance and called twice in between to confirm and they no-showed for my appointment. No phone call, nothing. After I called they said they would pick it up later that week, then the next week and no-showed again both times, I gave up and used another company. Never responded to emails. Absolutely terrible.

THINK TWICE BEFORE USING JOULE YACHT! I paid a few thousand extra because I thought they would provide the best job. They picked up my boat in Miami on April 17th, and told me it would arrive in New Jersey 2-3 days later. They kept it in their Florida yard for 13 days and it finally arrived on May 3rd. There was some damage to the boat and they told me they would cover the repairs, then they changed their mind.

Do not use Joule yacht transport, their dispatchers are terrible, they never communicate properly, they hardly ever pick up on time, they are a dysfunctional company, go elsewhere for your boat moving needs

The Driver did a good job, first off I was charged about 2000 more than other carriers because the other carriers said they had a load going that way so would be cheaper to pick mine up and bring back to Texas. So he did have a load going to Ca. and still charged me extra 2k. When the boat got here on a Friday it was raining bad so we had to sit out the weekend. Of course they wanted to charge me an extra 1000/day but said he would give me a break at 500/day. That was until Monday noon. I don't know what the charge would have been after that. If you want this company to move your boat deal with Joule Yacht direct not any third party partners sucking money out of them. Also they only will accept wires or cashiers check, no credit cards. FYI.

38' Beneteau GT from San Diego to Fort Lauderdale Details of faultless experience. From the extremely competitive quote, to coordinating the move Dave Thompson did a marvelous job. We had an extremely tight timeframe and Dave was able to get the project underway taking into consideration he had Christmas and New Years Holidays to contend with. No matter what question we had he responded with knowledge and immediately. We can't say enough about the driver Richard "Rick" Randall who is as good as they come. From being early to pick up the boat, to meticulously loading her to being early with the delivery in spite of the Christmas and New Years restrictions he did an excellent job. You can imagine that moving your "baby" cross country would engender a lot of anxiety but our experience with Joule Yacht Transport made the move painless and they instilled a great deal of confidence with their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended.
