What can we say about a Gulet Cruise holiday?

Morning Routine 

Breakfast is served at our outdoor dining table at 8 a.m. Stern deck is also perfect for relaxing with a drink and a read.

How far do we sail?

We sail up to 4hrs a day. We love islandhoping and we go from secluded bays where we swim during the day to site seeing towns where we dock in the evening to spend the night.

Where do we lunch?

Exquisite 4 course lunch is served daily at 14h hours. We like to stay at the bay of choice during the day, so we can swim, eat and relax.

What happens in the evening?

We dock at around 18h, we will be spending the night here, and we encourage our guests to take in a unique atmosphere that ancient towns of Croatia have to offer.

What does our crew do?

During cruises, four crewmembers are at your disposal for anything you may need. Our captain, chef, bartender, and deckhand will take care of navigation, all service and safety on board.

There were 10 of us sailing from Split to Dubrovnik and right from the start we knew we would all enjoy the time on board. The crew are professionals - the food equivalent to top restaurants fare. The final day was incredible when all the sails went up and the motor switched off and we sailed with just the sound of the wind and waves. If you are looking to sail anywhere on the Croatian coast - do not even think beyond going on any gulet but Linda with her amazing crew headed by Captain Pasko. This was a bucket list trip and there is absolutely nothing you can fault about this trip. The food was outstanding, the gulet was in pristine shape and the cabins really comfortable. Then there is the wonder of Croatia and its myriad of interesting coastline, islands, history and traditions. This is a trip of a lifetime! Highly, highly recommended.

We traveled during the month of June 2022 for our friends. Pasko and crew provided 5 star service for our entire trip. We had a total of 11 people, each with our own cabin and bathroom. The yacht is exceptionally clean and the accommodations were amazing. We travel all over the world and hands down the best meals I have ever had were aboard the Linda. We loved our trip and would highly recommend this for a great family or friends vacation. Truly the only way to experience Croatia!

My family of eight enjoyed a week on Linda in July, walking on the boat and rolling off at the other end after being very well fed and watered!! A very comfortable yacht in all respects from bathrooms, bedrooms to the fabulous deck offering plenty of space to lounge whilst enjoying the stunning Croatian scenery. Pasko and his fabulous crew couldn't have done more to make our time on the boat interesting and relaxing. We swam, walked, visited beautiful towns, ate in great restaurants and loved every minute!

I would have given the Linda 10 stars ++ if that were available on the rating scale! We travel quite a bit and this vacation was one of the very best and far exceeded our expectations.

SUMMER PRINCESS is a beautiful, newly refurbished boat that would be ideal for luxury family gulet cruises in Croatia. The team that run it have been in the cruising business in Croatia for over 12 years, so they have plenty of knowledge of the area and know what pleases their guests. The accommodation comprises 5 double cabins, sleeping up to 10 guests. The boat is traditional in style and made with wood throughout. It has a length of 25.8 meters and a beam of 7.8 meters, which is unusually wide for a boat of this length, so it has loads of deck space on which to walk around or relax in the sun. The boat also has a huge stern deck area with a large dining table and soft seating where you can enjoy fantastic dinners during the balmy evenings. Having worked with the team who run the boat for 12 years, I couldn't recommend them more highly, and many of their bookings are from repeat clients, some of whom have come back several years running, which speaks for its itself. The boat really sails too, so is ideal for clients interested in sailing.

Charter price includes

The crew (specified above), water, electricity, clean bed linen, clean shower and sunbathing towels (changed at least twice a week), a free welcome drink, fuel for 4 hours cruising a day (which is usually more than enough), Wi-Fi Internet connection, personal injury insurance while on the boat, and free use of onboard equipment specified above.

Charter price doesn't include

Harbour fees (see above for estimate of cost, which can be reduced by anchoring outside the ports on some nights), meals & other drinks aboard (specified above), transfers between the airport and boat, National Park entrance fees and tips to the crew.

Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a percentage of the charter price to be paid in advance to cover your expenses during the cruise, such as meals, drinks, harbour fees, etc. The APA is held on account on your behalf and at the end of the week the total of all your expenses will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to you (it does not include tips to the crew, which need to be paid separately). Not all boats ask for an APA (see above) but ask for meals and all-inclusive drinks to be paid on arrival and harbour fees to be paid locally as you arrive in each port.

The boats' charter season is usually from the beginning of May to the end of October and this is usually divided into 3 price periods, with Low Season usually comprising May & October, Mid Season usually comprising June & September, and High Season usually comprising July & August. Some boats, however, can have as few as 2 different pricing periods and some as many as 4 or even 5, and the dates for these can vary, so if you are confused, which is understandable, please don't hesitate to

Talk to your salesperson and captain about gulets with large deck spaces and routes with more natural bays and a mild climate. Remember, safety is always a top priority.

Yes, it is possible to change group members during a gulet cruise, but it is essential to inform the captain beforehand. It will require some maneuvering in organizing the route, but it is not impossible. The destination of the port where people change must be settled in advance, and our customer support experts will be happy to tailor the route to your liking. Just inform your sales expert, and he will do his best to take all your wishes into consideration.

Embarkation usually starts around 4.00 PM or 5.00 PM, and the ship will embark from the port after settling in. The crew will prepare you a welcome drink and your first dinner. Disembarkation takes place after breakfast, latest until 9.00 AM or 10.00 AM, depending on the gulet and destination. The captain will dock at your port of check-out one day earlier or, according to your wishes, stay in a bay nearby away from crowds.

Yes, most gulets have mobile broadband internet, but not satellite-connected, and coverage can be limited in remote areas. In Croatia, coverage is about 80%. Downloading videos or streaming movies is not recommended due to internet limitations. Prepaid internet sim cards are available, and many harbors, restaurants, and bars offer free internet in Croatia. Some deluxe gulets have satellite connections, but this is rare and should be arranged in advance.

In the event that a charterer cancels their reservation, the deposit paid for the gulet rental is non-refundable. Additionally, if the charterer cancels the reservation, no payment will be refunded.
