As for accommodation all cabins are located on the lower deck and have en-suite facilities. More analytically, the largest owner suite lies forward. It has full width layout, with walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower room. Two twin cabins located on the midship, with en-suite bathrooms and Pullman berths available on each cabin for child use only. On the aft, two double cabins for guests located with en-suite bathrooms.

O’PATI is based in Greece and is available for luxury cruising around the Ioninan Sea and the Greek Islands as well as the rest of the Eastern Mediterranean, including Turkey. She is powered by three MTU 16V 2000 M91 diesel engines enabling her to reach an impressive maximum speed of 32 knots and a cruising speed of 24 knots, making her an ideal vessel for island hopping.

O'PATI Specifications

O’Pati has a fuel consumption of 400 litres per hour at an economical speed of 12,5 knots, using two engines. She is fitted with two 50kW Caterpillar C4.4 generators with a consumption of 320 litres per day. Fuel consumption at 24 knots is 850 litres per hour.

In 2017 O’Pati has received a refit that included an interior makeover, with new carpeting in the VIP and guest cabins, new roman blinds, new Bimini tent as well as new linen. Previous refits were undertaken in 2016, 2015, 2014 and 2013, demonstrating that the yacht is being well taken care of and constantly maintained in a top condition.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

This open-style yacht was built with aluminium hull as well as superstructure and offers three double cabins and two twin cabins in her layout. A crew of eight professionals is available to cater for all your needs and wishes, sleeping in two Pullman, one king, two queen and four single beds. Charter guests will find accommodation aboard O’PATI very comfortable and inviting, offering luxury amenities and great attention to detail. The suites include one master cabin located on the lower deck which features a king-sized bed. Two queen-size cabins and two cabins with twin beds are also situated on this deck, with twin cabins boasting an additional Pullman berth each. All cabins have their own en suite bathroom facilities.

Charter Amenities and Extras

Water toys and extras include 2One ZAR 5.30m tender with 140hp outboard, one Kawasaki three seat jet ski, sea bob, water ski equipment, wake board, tubes, stand up paddle SUP, fishing and snorkelling equipment. Fly board is available upon request and only rendezvous diving is possible. Furthermore, the yacht is equipped with LCD monitors, a Home Cinema System and AV surround system in all staterooms and saloons. In addition renting O’Pati, you will have CD/DVD/Blue Ray/MP3 player, PS3, PS4, satellite receivers, iOS devices compatibility, Airplay, Apple TV and iPads at your disposal. SATCOM, Satellite and 4G Internet is available in all areas.

Josh, it was a very good charter. The crew was wonderful, especially the cook. Unfortunately we could not go and visit the islands in Aegean Sea because of windy weather and had to hang around main land, Corinthian straits, Peloponnese and some islands Ionian Sea. The boat was very nice. The Capitan made a right decision to stay close to shore and take no chances. I guess we will see Aegean island next time. Otherwise we are very happy with the trip. How to book a yacht charter?

Our dedicated charter consultant will help you select the right yacht, based on your needs and preferences, plan your itinerary and help arrange all logistics before, during and after the charter.

How much is the crew gratuity (tip)?

A crew gratuity is customary but at the Charterer’s discretion. Usually varies from 10% to 20% of the charter fee, based on the charterer’s satisfaction.

What is the Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA)?

The Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) covers any running expenses while on board (e.g. transport, fuel, food & drink supplies, berthing dues, harbor charges, agency fees, equipment requested etc.). The APA is usually calculated as 30-40% of the charter fee, depending on the yacht. At the end of the charter, the captain will present to the charterer a detailed analysis of all expenses. Any APA not spent or any costs not covered sufficiently by the APA, will be settled between the parties at the end of the charter.

How is the charter rate calculated?

The charter rate, usually different for high and low seasons, is quoted per week.

For charters longer than a week, the charter rate is calculated by dividing the weekly rate by seven and multiplying by the number of charter days.

Charters lasting less than a week are usually calculated by dividing the weekly rate by six and multiplying by the number of charter days.

What support does OCEDA offer during the charter process?

We remain on hand throughout the charter to assist in any support required by our charterer clients such as organising an event onboard, booking restaurants, activities and handling any health and safety emergencies.

Oceda also can provide full support to the crew onboard via our agency team such as itinerary planning, the handling of all port formalities, provisioning and fuelling of the yacht.

What are the charter duration and booking lead time?

The charter duration depends on the yacht’s availability. A charter can last from 1 day (for some of the yachts) to more than a month, also depending on how long the charterer wants to charter. To ensure finding the perfect yacht for you we recommend that clients reach out to us at least 6 months in advance to the high season and up to three months in advance for off-peak season.

What are the costs the charter fee covers?

Under MYBA terms, the charter fee only covers the hire of the yacht with the crew on board. All additional expenses are covered by the chartering party. To cover such expenses an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is required to cover any provisioning, fueling mooring and legal fees. Any APA not spent or any costs not covered sufficiently by the APA paid will be settled between the parties at the end of the charter. The APA is usually calculated as 30-40% of the charter fee. The charterer should also consider VAT and potential gratuities to the crew for their decision on a yacht.

What kind of yachts are available for charter?

There is a huge selection of yachts available for charter with motor and sailing yachts ranging from a few meters to 90m plus. What are the main charter seasons?

There are two main peak seasons in the yachting industry – summer and winter. The 95m/311'8" motor yacht 'O'Pari' by the Greek shipyard Golden Yachts offers flexible accommodation for up to 12 guests in 14 cabins and features interior styling by Studio Vafiadis.

Built in 2020, O'Pari is designed for exquisite indoor/outdoor living and boasts voluminous interior and exterior spaces across several decks: ideal for bronzing, lounging or entertaining. She is equipped with a helipad, underwater lights, beach club and gym.

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 16 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 18 knots with a range of up to 8,600 nautical miles from her 326,920 litre fuel tanks at cruising speed. An advanced stabilisation system on board reduces the side-to-side roll of the yacht and promises guests exceptional comfort levels at anchor or when underway.

Onboard O'Pari has a large selection of toys and accessories to keep you and your guests entertained on the water throughout your stay. Principle among these is a Bouncer 16′ waterslide for guests of all ages to enjoy. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Another excellent feature are towable toys offering fun and adventure. If that isn't enough O'Pari also features waterskis, a seabob, wakeboards, kayaks and inflatable water toys. Diddy's son king combs sued for sexual assault during 2022 yacht party, diddy's son king combs sued for sexual assault ... during 2022 yacht party.

Diddy 's son, Christian "King" Combs , is being sued for sexual assault, and the alleged victim claims she has audio recordings of him forcing himself on her during a yacht party ... and another accuser, Rodney Jones , is involved in this too.

Grace O'Marcaigh just filed the suit against King in L.A., alleging she was working as a steward on a yacht she claims Diddy himself chartered a few days before New Year's Eve in 2022.

In the suit, O'Marcaigh alleges she was doing her job during the shindig -- which she claims was advertised as a family-friendly excursion -- and King came on, after which she claims he immediately became fixated on her, uncomfortably so.

She alleges King had her take a shot of liquor, and she claims she immediately suspected it was spiked ... but despite that, she was able to tell him to get off of her and leave her alone. She claims King was trying to kiss and grope her, despite her protestations.

O'Marcaigh's lawsuit purports to describe audio recordings of what she claims depict her telling King she's not interested in sex with him and trying to get away from him while they were together in a studio on the yacht. Eventually, she says she was able to get away -- but claims King insisted she find him a place to sleep, so she says she led him to the theater.

Once there, O'Marcaigh claims King cornered her again and attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him -- but she says she fought him off, and includes in the docs photos of her forearm, which she claims was bruised in the altercation.

Eventually, O'Marcaigh says she was able to escape ... but claims to have suffered mentally and emotionally ever since. BTW, she claims Rodney Jones -- Diddy's formerly-hired music producer, who's also suing Diddy -- was in the mix for this yacht party, and she's being repped by Tyrone Blackburn , the same lawyer who filed Rodney's lawsuit.

Diddy is named as a defendant in this lawsuit as well ... accused of being liable for actually chartering the yacht. O'Marcaigh also claims to have witnessed Diddy onboard with women she calls "sex workers" ... and that Diddy exposed himself to Yung Miami while they played a game of "Careesha Please." Interestingly, she says that was all recorded by a Hulu camera crew.

O'Marcaigh is suing Diddy, specifically, for aiding and abetting King in the alleged assault.

Blackburn's filing of O'Marcaigh's suit comes 2 days after he himself got into some legal hot water. He will have to go before the Grievance Committee of New York's federal court system for improperly filing cases in federal court "to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly." Worst case scenario is the Committee could recommend he be disbarred.

Diddy's attorney Aaron Dyer tells TMZ ... “We have not seen this woman’s claim but I’m sure we can expect the same kind of manufactured lies we’ve come to expect from Tyrone Blackburn and his clients, just as we saw in Rodney Jones’ lawsuit – which has yet to be served." He adds, they learned about the lawsuit "the same way anyone hears about Mr. Blackburn’s filings: through the media.”
