Palmer and Johnson launched the 84ft M/V CAPTIVATOR in 1984, in 2011 the yacht received an extensive refit. 

M/V CAPTIVATOR features an elegant neutral décor. Her salon and dining are a modern and social open plan. The lounge is aft with ample plush seating, coffee table and full entertainment center. Forward is the formal dining table. Thanks to the surrounding panoramic windows, the salon and dining receive plenty of natural light, whilst enjoying optimum views.

The salon leads out onto the upper aft deck offering shade and an alfresco dining option. Further aft, a lower aft deck is perfect for sunning, fishing and entertaining. The swim platform is effortlessly accessed through an aft gate, making water activities easy for all.

She sleeps 6 guests, the sumptuous master suite has a California King Bed, walk-in closet, luxurious ensuite granite bath, TV, CD and DVD. The two guest staterooms have ensuite heads with granite counters and showers, two twin beds, and ample storage space for personal belongings.

Graham Barnes

Graham just celebrated his 11th year captaincy of the M/Y Captivator. Born in Leeds, Yorkshire; he immigrated to South Africa in 1984 as a ten year old. Educated and schooled in Johannesburg and Cape Town, Graham grew sea legs at an early age. Wanting to travel, Graham left South Africa after 4 years of service as a Navy Deep Diver Combat Operator. He served as Senior Diver aboard a Torpedo Recovery Vessel, and then worked for 2 years in operations for an Operational Diving Team assisting British and American Militaries in various operations around the world. After the Navy, Graham lived and worked in Nassau, Bahamas for 2 years as a Dive/Charter Captain. In 1999, Graham charted his way back to the United States. After working on various yachts, he assumed command aboard Captivator, a Palmer Johnson Yacht, built in Sturgeon Bay, WI. Captivator spends 4 months a year on Lake Michigan where Graham continuously captains the boat north and south each year. He has over 35,000 miles on our country’s inland waterways and lakes. Lake Michigan in general is his favorite. Graham actively supports environmental awareness in the industry and its beneficial properties for the cause of emissions into our environment. He is also a father to two little girls who motivate him to protect our natural resources.

Kathy Goulard

Kathy Goulard, Chef/Stew Kathy is a native of South Carolina. She’s a highly experienced chef, having worked on yachts for 10 years. An experienced restaurateur, Kathy previously owned a highly acclaimed bistro in Charleston where guests enjoyed her take on traditional Southern foods, as well as classic French fare. She is equally comfortable with family style dishes as well as high-end multi course dining. Whatever her guests preferences, Chef Kathy delivers with warmth and a smile!

M/V CAPTIVATOR features an elegant neutral décor. Her salon and dining are a modern and social open plan. The lounge is aft with ample plush seating, coffee table and full entertainment center. Forward is the formal dining table. Thanks to the surrounding panoramic windows, the salon and dining receive plenty of natural light, whilst enjoying optimum views.

The salon leads out onto the upper aft deck offering shade and an alfresco dining option. Further aft, a lower aft deck is perfect for sunning, fishing and entertaining. The swim platform is effortlessly accessed through an aft gate, making water activities easy for all.

She sleeps 6 guests, the sumptuous master suite has a California King Bed, walk-in closet, luxurious ensuite granite bath, TV, CD and DVD. The two guest staterooms have ensuite heads with granite counters and showers, two twin beds, and ample storage space for personal belongings.

This boat offers all the comforts with forward seating with pneumatic actuated backrests, automatic door to access high ceiling head, with sink and shower. Upgraded helm seat to the "Sport Edition" that has bolstered seats with arm, head, and foot rests.  The aft facing helm seat is protected and comfortable.  

The SeaVee 39 Z is a fishing machine. With Gemlux hardware throughout the boat there are over 24 rod holders and the Gemlux 22' Carbon Fiber Outriggers.  You can easily troll with 10 lines in your spread.  The boat is also equipped with electric reel outlets on either side midship for kite reels, or deep drop reels. She has both forward and aft cockpit facing spreader lights, underwater, gunnel, and hardtop lighting offering Blue, Red, White, or auto changing atmospheres.

Having been part of a yacht program this boat is equipped with a factory installed tow eye, and an emergency evening flasher for easy night visibility. The boat is factory equipped with a sea chest system allowing constant raw water supply pressure to its washdown and live well systems.

For diving and swimming there is a hull side dive door with a retractable stainless-steel ladder that disappears in the deck when not in use.

Boat comes with custom covers fabricated for the seated areas of the boat to extend the life of the seats and cushion integrity.

She is equipped with Garmin Electronics throughout. Updated and calibrated regularly, features include: relief shading, BlueCharts mapping, Fully integrated with a Garmin autopilot, and 4' Garmin HD open array Radar she's ready for the open seas.

A JL Audio system professionally tuned, offers great sound utilizing 18 speakers that include two 10' subwoofers mounted on the helm, with their own amplifier.

September 17 was marked by meeting of the UFI Executive Committee. During the event, the Committe approved the admission of Crocus Expo IEC as a full member of UFI in categories of “Exhibition Organizers” and “Exhibition Centres. Moscow Boat Show has been granted the status of “UFI Approved Event”.

UFI, The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry is the association of trade show organizers, fairground owners, national and international associations of the exhibition industry, and its partners. As of 2012, it has 608 members in 224 cities from 86 countries covering 6 continents. The association members are responsible for the management and operation of over 4 500 profile events. The association represents more than 1 000 000 of exhibitors and more than 150 000 000 visitors.

The Crocus Expo Exhibition Centre is a listed member of the International Association of Congress Centres (AIPC), the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs, the Guild of Exhibition and Fair Operators by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Donald Tramp fund has awarded Crocus Expo IEC Diamond Excellence Award.

Crocus Expo IEC is an ideal venue for running of large international and national exhibitions of different profile including congress events, conferences and scientific symposiums.About 50% of all exhibition events of Moscow take place in Crocus Expo and average exposition space load comprises 85%.
