Power Book II: Ghost Recap: Reunited, But Does It Feel So Good?
Power book ii: ghost.
Reunions typically evoke feelings of excitement, nostalgia, and appreciation — especially when a loved one returns home from jail. But reunions can also trigger feelings of resentment, anger, and tension — especially when a loved one returns home from jail. The Tejada family has been reunited, and to celebrate the real leader of the Tejada operation’s return, they host a welcome home party for Lorenzo. Everyone appears to be enjoying themselves except Monet and Cane. Rather quickly, they realize the roles they played and the power they acquired while Lorenzo was away are now in jeopardy. As he strategizes how to insert himself into the drug game, Lorenzo chooses Dru over Cane to be his right-hand man and praises Diana for getting him out of jail. He intends to prepare Dru to be in the position to run the Tejada operation if something were to ever happen to him and allow Diana to enroll in school. For Lorenzo, Diana belongs in a boardroom, not the streets. His renewed vision for the family surprises both Monet and Cane. Monet doesn’t think Dru is ready or even built for the job her husband is asking of their son. And Cane’s ego doesn’t allow him to understand why his father is playing Dru close instead of him. The way he sees it, his work while his father was locked up shows he has more experience and heart than his younger brother. He overlooks the fact that he also made many mistakes and often leads with emotion. Lorenzo recognizes that Dru has the qualities necessary to survive in the streets — a cool head, decision-making abilities, and strength. When Monet pushes back to inform her husband about their son’s “weakness,” Lorenzo reassures her he knows exactly who his son is.
There continues to be a power struggle between Monet and her husband as well as between Monet and Diana throughout the episode. He wants her to play her part as a kept wife, and she wants him to stop treating her like one of the kids and include her in all decisions. To protect her individuality, Monet secretly builds an alliance with the son she once abandoned. Ever since Lorenzo picked Dru over Cane and requested to meet his connect, Cane has become resentful toward his father. Monet uses this to her advantage.
When Zeke arrives at Lorenzo’s welcome-home party with a few of his teammates, Lorenzo treats him like a stranger. Monet quickly reminds him that Zeke’s her nephew, and though Lorenzo has heard a lot about Zeke, he claims never to have met him. After being frisked for weapons, Zeke and his friends are permitted to join the festivities. Scoping the party scene, Monet spots Dru’s boyfriend, Everett, and forces him to leave after telling him he isn’t ready for her son (remember, Everett snitched on Dru).
Meanwhile, Tariq appears in front of a judge, and attorney Sullivan makes a convincing case to prevent him from getting bail. Tariq tells Davis and Saxe he needs bail to take care of Yas. Saxe believes Tariq belongs in jail and will never get it. Davis shuts Saxe down, telling Tariq the right appellate judge can help. Tariq tells Davis and Saxe to arrange a meeting with Tate.
Back at Stansfield, Lauren confronts Carrie before class about Tariq’s arrest. Despite once being a suspect in the same murder case herself, the professor tells Lauren that not only is her boyfriend a cold-blooded murderer, her wire is what helped to secure key evidence in the case, and Lauren will have to testify. Lauren quickly realizes Carrie knew all along Tariq was the real target and lied to her. During class, Tariq’s guilt or innocence becomes the topic of conversation. The majority have decided he’s already guilty, and they question whether he can return to campus. In response, Carrie reassures them Tariq will go to prison for the rest of his life (she must not watch Power ).
Tariq’s arrest has everyone shook, including Lorenzo. He’s well aware that if Tariq goes down for Ramirez’s murder, it can easily trace back to his family. Thinking Monet and Cane set Tariq up together, he reprimands his wife by questioning her decision-making abilities. Monet sets out to make it right by visiting Davis MacLean. She offers him $250,000 in exchange for any information on the case that could involve her family, and in response, Maclean demands double that amount. After confronting Cane about framing Tariq, Monet decides to come up with the extra $250,000 for Maclean through CourseCorrect (i.e., without her husband’s help).
Keeping their promise, MacLean and Saxe set up a visit with Tariq and Rashad Tate. During Tate’s visit, Tariq promises the councilman tangible dirt on Brayden’s uncle, Rick Sweeney. Tate agrees to help Tariq find the most appropriate appellate judge by pulling some strings. We then meet Judge Kenneth Lucas, a self-identified BIPOC ally who feels empathetic toward Black men trapped in the racist justice system. He reviews Tariq’s case and finds that Detective Ramirez’s badge, which was found in a shared dorm room with no forensic evidence tying Tariq to either murder, is grounds for granting him bail.
While being fitted with his ankle monitor, Saxe repeatedly reminds Tariq to avoid any criminal activity as Davis explains the terms. Tariq is not permitted to leave Manhattan without permission, he’s allowed to visit MacLean’s office as he pleases, and authorities will know his location at all times. He has to stay on campus or at the apartment he’s renting from Lauren. Saxe’s previous encounters with the St. Patrick’s family begin to influence his judgment of Tariq. He continues to imply Tariq’s guilt and even flat-out asks him why he killed the cop, but Tariq never folds because he didn’t kill the cop. He asks Davis if they got in touch with his mother, and Davis tells him no. After Tariq leaves, Saxe confirms Tasha’s in New Mexico, but they agree it’s best not to tell Tariq. Davis makes Saxe give his word never again to ask Tariq for a confession.
Now free (kind of sort of), Tariq heads to his dorm room to take a shower and find out if Brayden was in on setting him up. Brayden admits to kicking it with Cane — the robberies, shoot-outs, moving of a dead body, but he assures Tariq he wasn’t aware of Cane’s agenda and only participated in helping Tariq get the money he needed for his sister. Hearing about Cane and Brayden’s budding friendship for the first time, Tariq lashes out at Brayden. The two get into a heated argument about who told whom what, rich fathers, access, and privilege. Tariq questions Brayden’s motives for wanting to be involved in street life, and he reminds Tariq he made the same choice Tariq did.
Still pissed at Brayden, Tariq sees Lauren for the first time, and she immediately notices his ankle monitor. He communicates his disappointment — Lauren never showed up to support him in court. She tells him she is confused and doesn’t know what to think especially since Professor Milgram shared with the class that there was enough evidence to convict him. Tariq reveals that Carrie is smashing Zeke and that her only agenda is to protect him. After hearing enough and realizing Lauren can’t be down for him the way he needs her to be, he ends the relationship. Before Tariq storms off, Lauren asks for her keys to the apartment back. He promises to return the keys once he retrieves his belongings.
Effie shows up to check on Tariq. Because she understands his lifestyle, he can vent to her about all that happened. He vents, and they have sex. With the help of Effie’s perspective, Tariq squashes his beef with Brayden. Brayden comes clean about his pitch meeting with the Tejadas, and Tariq comes clean with Brayden about 2-Bit and the GTG pool murder as well as Jabari. Tariq asks Brayden to get him the photo album he promised Tate, and the two agree for Brayden to continue his bromance with Cane. They expand their business by officially making Effie a crew member in charge of re-ups and transportation. Brayden will cover the meetings with Bash and handle the app and tutors. And until the heat passes on campus, they will stop dealing on Stansfield. Though Tariq feels he can’t trust Monet, the two need each other, so they continue doing business together, but this time Effie will be Tariq’s main point of contact.
With new information about Milgram, Lauren confronts her again, and this time, she doesn’t back down. Carrie continues to play dumb and dirty. But her manipulative ways will more than likely backfire. Saxe, about to enter Jenny’s office, overhears Jenny arguing with Lauren about testifying, but he’s unfamiliar with Lauren’s voice; he realizes this is the witness who helped get Tariq arrested. Saxe doesn’t know who she is to Tariq but gets a glimpse of Lauren as she exits. If he pushes to get Lauren’s testimony thrown out, it will likely ruin his relationship with Jenny.
Back at the Tejada household, Lorenzo shares what he thinks is exciting news with Diana. She will be attending St. John’s University. Diana is pissed and tells her father Stansfield is her dream school, not St. Johns. Once he shares that St. Johns was her mother’s choosing, Diana spills the beans about Monet’s exit plan that didn’t include Lorenzo. Lorenzo asks Dru about Monet’s exit plan. Dru tells the truth about Zeke and the draft, but of course Lorenzo isn’t down for it. Working for Zeke is not an option. Dru tells his father he and Monet need to get on the same page to keep the family together. Lorenzo agrees and decides to take his earlier advice on eliminating his competition. He challenges Dru to tail Kino that night, and Dru agrees.
The Tejada family isn’t unified at all. Cane plays his father’s face by not giving him the connect’s information. Jealousy pushes Monet to choke Diana and even threaten to kill her. Monet is still hiding that Zeke’s her son, not nephew. What will happen when Lorenzo finds out the connect is his wife’s sneaky link and former lover. “What’s Free? ” reminds us that not every reunion is a happy one.
• Cane has lost his damn mind. The shit he pulled only proved to Lorenzo why choosing Dru is the best choice.
• Milgram has also lost her mind. She’s become obsessed with Tariq, and her manipulative interactions with Lauren have gone too far.
• Poor Lauren. She didn’t sign up for any of this. And that’s going to be hard for Tariq to believe.
• Will Dru live up to his father’s expectations? I sure hope so.
• What is Mecca going to do after meeting Lorenzo?

Power Book II: Ghost Season 2 Episode 6 – “What’s Free?” Recap
On Power Book II: Ghost Season 2, Episode 5 we received a devastating blow to the gut when Tariq was arrested on campus for the murder of Professor Jabari Reynolds and Detective Ramirez. Although we knew it was coming since Cane planted Detective Ramirez’s badge in Tariq’s dorm, we know how inconvenient getting arrested for murder would be for Tariq. On Power Book II: Ghost Season 2, Episode 6 Tariq sits in a jail cell for a few days after being denied bond by the judge. Davis makes it clear that his only chance at getting out on bond is getting someone with powerful connections to get him a favorable judge. Tariq makes a deal with Rashad Tate to get dirt on Braden’s uncle since he plans on running for Congress. Tariq ends up getting a bond, but he has to wear an ankle monitor which prevents him from stepping foot outside of Manhattan. Davis and Saxe tell Tariq that he needs to do his best to stay out of trouble while out on bond. Tariq asks if they were able to locate his mom. It turns out that Tasha is in Mexico and she’s been asking to speak with Tariq. However, Saxe and Davis agree that letting Tariq speak to his mother isn’t a good idea right now. Possibly because they need to present a clear-cut case and Tasha in Tariq’s ear could sabotage their efforts.
Meanwhile, after a decade the Tejada family has finally been reunited. To celebrate the real leader of their organization coming home, they host a big welcome home party. Usually, reunions evoke feelings of happiness and excitement. However, Monet and Cane are tense and resentful as they realize that the power they acquired during Lorenzo’s absence is now in jeopardy. Now that Lorenzo’s home, he’s ready to resume leadership, and he strategizes on how he’s going to make his big comeback in the drug game. What has Monet on edge the most is the new vision that Lorenzo has for his family. He chooses Dru to serve as his right-hand man, despite the promises he’s already made to Cane. Lorenzo also believes that Diana doesn’t belong in the streets and that it’s time for her to enroll in college. Monet knows that Dru isn’t built to run the Tejada organization while Cane’s ego is hurt that his father would disregard all the work that he put in the streets while he was away and choose his younger brother when it’s clear that Dru doesn’t have the qualities needed to survive in the street.
Back on campus, Tariq doesn’t know who to trust. He finds out about Cane playing Brayden and feels betrayed. Tariq decides to cut ties with Lauren because she doesn’t know what to believe. “You’re either with me or against me. And you’re against me,” are his last words to her as he officially breaks things off. Effie steps up to the plate big time in this episode. She’s Tariq’s most valuable confidant and she helps him put things in perspective which is kind of ironic since she crossed him in the past. Effie reminds Tariq that he needs Brayden because he needs to make money. She also tells him that Brayden deserves a second chance because he wasn’t intentionally disloyal and Tariq did keep Brayden in the dark.
Monet and Cane decide to work together to keep moving drugs at Stanfield behind Lorenzo’s back. Brayden informs Monet that Tariq is out on bail indicating that Cane doesn’t have as much control over Brayden as he thought he did. Although she didn’t agree with Cane setting Tariq up, she gives Davis $250,000 to give her any information regarding Tariq that could potentially hurt her family. Cane brings Brayden to meet with Monet to convince her that they won’t need Tariq to continue to move product at the school. Tariq finally makes contact with Monet. Monet promises Tariq that she had no idea that Cane was setting him up and she gives him her word that she’s going to watch Cane. She also makes it clear that touching Cane is off-limits because that’s her son. Tariq sends Effie to meet with Monet. Monet is a bit skeptical about Effie because this is their first time meeting. But Effie kind of removes us of a young Monet. She’s sharp, she’s confident and she knows what she’s doing. Monet just might be impressed. Monet tells Effie that she’ll be in touch.
Lauren confronts Professor Carrie about manipulating her into wearing a wire to clear herself as a suspect in Professor Reynold’s murder. When Carrie tries to manipulate her further, Lauren threatens to expose her affair with Zeke. Tension is rising in the Tejada household. Lorenzo doesn’t see that Monet is no longer just some housewife, but a valuable player in the game. Dante is determined to meet his son Zeke although Monet feels that it would negatively affect his basketball career. What will happen when Zeke finds out that Mecca is his father and Monet is his mother? What will Lorenzo do when he discovers that their new plug is his wife old lover?

Power Book II: Ghost Season 2 Episode 5 Recap
Things get intense for Tariq St. Patrick in episode 5, titled ‘Coming Home to Roost.’ He struggles to accept the death of his father, Ghost. He is aiming to become a drug dealer, but he can’t concentrate as long he is haunted by thoughts of Ghost. The father has left behind considerable wealth for his son, but he needs to graduate in order to receive it. So Tariq enrolls in Stansfield University, where he sells drugs to support his family.
However, when Tariq’s professor Jabari finds out, he persuades the young lad to write a book about him in exchange for his silence. The approach ends up costing Jabari his life as Tariq and Cane Tejada kill him. Tariq saves himself from all the murder charges by framing Officer Danilo Ramirez. The police have also started to discard the idea that Ramirez was hired by Zeke Cross to murder Jabari. After discovering Jabari’s book, investigators seem closer to unraveling the truth.
In the end, they arrest Tariq after charging him with murder. At police headquarters, Tariq is visited by his father’s old friend Daniel Warren. Daniel hands over a letter that Ghost wanted Tariq to receive on the occasion he gets arrested for homicide. The words in the letter mock Tariq besides telling him that he deserves to be in prison. The letter also opens the likelihood of Ghost coming back sometime in the future.

A Breakdown of "Power Book II: Ghost"'s Shocking Season 2 Finale
Updated on 3/13/2023 at 3:25 PM
Season two of "Power Book II: Ghost" was a complete whirlwind from start to finish. The final episode, which aired on Feb. 6, 2022, took viewers on a roller-coaster ride with its many twists and turns, but one thing's for sure: things are even more screwed up than they were in season one — and the drama only gets juicier in season three .
One of the biggest shocks from the season two finale revolves around Diana (played by LaToya Tonodeo), her father, Lorenzo (Berto Colon), and the ripple effect from their actions that opens up a whole new can of worms in season three. "It's just so much deception, and that's what happens when there's so many layers of lies," Tonodeo previously told POPSUGAR. "Then people take matters into their own hands and things go haywire."
From the fallout of Tariq's (Michael Rainey Jr.) trial to the Tejadas' family drama to more dead bodies turning up , "Power Book II: Ghost"'s season two finale plants a lot of seeds for trouble up ahead. Some old characters resurface, while others are tragically eliminated, and new plot lines for season three form.
So if your head is still spinning from the episode, read ahead for a full breakdown.
Does Lauren Die in "Power Book II: Ghost"?
Last we saw Lauren (Paige Hurd), she was taken to the woods by Brayden (Gianni Paolo), where she thought he was giving her an out to leave town safely. Instead, Effie (Alix Lapri) shows up to kill her for catching Tariq, Brayden, and Cane (Woody McClain) on a wire and messing up their drug business. Though episode nine teased the possibility that Lauren could still be alive , the finale hints that her tragic death was caused by a "car accident."
During a run-in with Cooper Saxe (Shane Johnson) at a bar, ADA Jenny Sullivan (Paton Ashbrook) reveals that locals outside of the city found her body. Saxe's guilty conscience prompts him to relay the news to both Tariq and his partner, Davis Maclean (Method Man). He tells the latter, "We have blood on our hands," as they're responsible for letting Tariq know that Lauren was working with the prosecutor on his case. Tariq has his own suspicions around Lauren's death, knowing it likely wasn't an accident, but he still doesn't know who's really responsible for it.
What Happens to Tariq in "Power Book II: Ghost"?
After Councilman Rashad Tate (Larenz Tate) embarrasses ADA Jenny Sullivan during Tariq's trial, she tries to bring in Brayden to attest to Tariq's criminal activity. But Brayden quickly flips the script on her when he covers for Tariq, confessing that he's been the one dealing drugs at Stansfield University under Course Correct and the real subject of Jabari Reynolds's (Justin McManus) novel. The full immunity deal Brayden previously arranged gets him off the hook and Tariq's murder trial subsequently dismissed.
Now that Tariq's free, he attempts to part ways with the drug game once and for all so he can gain custody of his little sister, Yasmine (Paris Morgan), again. He tells his lawyer, Davis, that after he reunites with Yasmine, he'll no longer need his services. But Davis is quick to remind him that he will, in fact, need him in the future if Sullivan decides to come after him again with more criminal charges. Still, Tariq is determined to do things on his own terms, so he bets on Mecca's money to give him the out he needs. He teams up with Monet once again to secure the funds, agreeing to help her with her plot for Mecca. Part of Monet's plan involves Tariq helping Cane murder his own father — a subject Tariq knows all too well. While in his dorm room with Cane, Tariq warns him not to take the task lightly. "You'll never be the same again," he says.
Later in the episode, Tariq meets up with Daniel Warren (Geoffrey Owens) — the executor of the St. Patrick estate — and learns custody of Yasmine has been reversed back to him. But then Cooper Saxe shows up with some terrible news for Tariq: Lauren is dead. The news immediately sets off suspicions for Tariq, but he has nothing to go off of. Meanwhile, his mother, Tasha, is still in protective custody, but Tariq makes an executive decision to send Yasmine to live with her. Together, the two can have a normal, safe life without Tariq's interference — for now, at least. Tariq ends up sneaking a note to Tasha that reads, "Ma, I will do anything to get back to you and Yas. It will take time, I'll need money and power to do it, but I promise I will do whatever it takes."
Tariq later joins Cane to help execute the plan against Mecca and Lorenzo. But he finally reveals to Cane that the real target isn't his father and stops him from killing him just in time. With Mecca's bag in his possession, Tariq arrives at the former's apartment but finds that Monet has already killed him. Without Mecca's money for his exit from the drug game, Tariq and Monet find themselves back in business together. But trouble is just around the corner after Tariq is spotted on security footage at Mecca's apartment building around the time of his murder — by his old nemesis, Detective Blanca Rodriguez, nonetheless.
What Happens to the Tejadas in "Power Book II: Ghost"?
After Monet gets ousted from her family for hiding a shocking secret, the rest of the Tejada clan struggle to come together. But Monet's plan to eliminate Mecca and save her family offers her a chance to get back in their good graces. Together, the Tejadas come up with a plot to recover the precious bag Mecca has been looking for (hidden by Tariq) and kill him all in one fell swoop. Everything goes smoothly until Diana — who was instructed not to look in the bag — tells Lorenzo what she discovers inside of it: papers with bank accounts made out to everyone except him, courtesy of Mecca.
Lorenzo's pride gets in his way when he runs off to Mecca's private jet, hoping to kill him himself. But instead, he accidentally shoots and kills Zeke (Daniel Bellomy) — whom he mistakes for Mecca — as he's boarding the plane. Unbeknownst to Lorenzo, Monet has already killed Mecca. Lorenzo finally realizes his error when he sees the news report that Mecca's body was found at his apartment, not his private jet. The last scene of the finale shows Detective Kevin Whitman (Jeff Hephner) calling Monet to tell her Zeke is dead.
What Happens to Mecca in "Power Book II: Ghost"?
From the very beginning, Mecca has been plotting something bigger than just being the connect for the Tejadas. While we know he's been trying to be active in his son Zeke's life, Mecca's also been on a mission to reunite with his childhood love, Monet. And he planned to do so by getting Cane to kill his father, Lorenzo, so he could whisk Monet and Zeke away from New York City on his jet. However, Mecca's plans go awry when Monet fools him into a trap, killing him in his own apartment. She shoots him right in the head, leaving his lifeless body for the police to discover.

Power Book II: Ghost season 2 episode 6: The trouble ahead for Diana
Power Book II: Ghost January 6, 2022
So, for the sake of this article, let’s have a discussion all about Diana? There are a few things to get into here as we look more towards the future.
Watch our latest Power Book II: Ghost video now! Take a look below to get some more insight on the most-recent episode of the show. Once you do just that, remember to SUBSCRIBE to Matt & Jess on YouTube! There are other updates coming and we don’t want you missing any of them.
Diana’s whole story was basically set on fire at the end of the most-recent episode of the show, mostly in terms of how Tariq exposed that she’s the one who took the money. Basically, it’s Diana’s fault now that Lorenzo is out, and that’s going to cause Monet huge problems in her attempt to get back with Mecca.
As we get into the second half of this season, be prepared for Monet to be forced to see her daughter in a different light. This is not someone who wants to be protected; rather, she is eager to be a part of this world and make some moves of her own. This is why we’re interested to see more of her and Effie working together; it’s an unlikely partnership-of-sorts that we saw briefly in the first half of the season, but we have to imagine it’s going to be expanded moving forward.
Of course, there’s also the relationship between Diana and Tariq. What is she going to do when she realizes that her own brother Cane is the person responsible for setting Tariq up? You have to think that’s going to lead to some trouble as well.

Power season 2 episode 6 review: why her.
There was an eeriness that just lingered throughout those sixty minutes, wasn't there?
I felt like I was watching a horror movie for the first time, my body tensed and my heart just waiting for something to shock me. That same sense of paranoia surrounded me during Power Season 2 Episode 6 , as it just felt like something bad was about to happen.
It wasn't a death that eventually scared me, though, it was the episode's ending, which saw the full on deterioration of my favorite character. Thinking about the rage and anger in Tommy's voice as he yelled for Holly is going to give me nightmares.
I've disliked Holly from the start. To me, she was always a liability. She was the prototypical dumb girlfriend who ended up getting the main character killed at the end.
From stealing Tasha's earrings and name dropping Ghost like they were old buddies, it was clear she was going to be a problem. Ghost knew it. Tasha knew it. And Tommy secretly knew it, as well.
It didn't make that final scene any less chilling though.
Who do you choose? Ghost or me? Holly [to Tommy] Permalink: Who do you choose? Ghost or me?
Ghost! The answer is always going to be Ghost. She was obviously fooled by the non-romantic proposal Tommy bestowed upon her into thinking that she could possibly compete with Ghost. But she can't.
It's kind of sad if you think about it, because does anyone think that Ghost would chose Tommy over Angela? Or Tasha?
Speaking of that triangle, they all came face to face tonight. and it was as awkward as you can imagine. I was with Tasha when she noted the looks on Ghost and Angela's faces when they saw each other. Even with Tasha standing there plain as day, they couldn't keep the affection off their faces.
Ghost can keep telling himself that he's sticking around to get more information and Angela can do the same, but it's been obvious since they bumped into each other in the club that there was love there.
When Angela showed up at his hotel, I truly thought for a second she was going to spill the beans that Holly told her about Ghost. I guess in hindsight that was a silly thought, because it's way too soon to pull that card out. Their scene was still chock-full of amazing tension and restraint by the actors.
Lela Loren has truly been a revelation this season, and the look on her face as she struggled with her attraction and her fear was wonderful. She's always going to give in, just as he is.
The scene between Ghost and Tasha was great for a number of reasons too, but the revelations were particularly telling. Tasha is smart, and she made a very big sacrifice by basically pimping out her husband for the good of her family. If Ghost goes down, she goes down, and then what becomes of her kids? She's not willing to find out.
She's gonna arrest Tommy. This bitch you brought in our lives is a fucking cop. Tasha [to Ghost] Permalink: She's gonna arrest Tommy. This bitch you brought in our lives is a fucking cop.
I'm glad Ghost was finally honest with her. because she deserved to know. I understand why he hasn't told Tommy; he who giggles when a rat is placed into a burlap sac on someone's head. But Tasha deserved to know, because who do they always come after in cases like these? The wife.
With Ghost out handling his business, it was good to see Tasha handle her business with Shawn. Shawn is kind of ho-hum as far as characters go, but I like him a lot more when he's around Tasha. Maybe these two crazy kids can make it work!
Everything Else You Need To Know
- Another week with no Kanan, and I haven't missed him at all. We did hear his name mentioned a few times, namely during that interesting meeting between Ruiz and Dre. I predicted in my review of Power Season 2 Episode 5 that Ruiz would turn on Ghost and company eventually. Now that he's promised to back Dre, that seems like a definite when Dre eventually flips on Ghost. But where does Kanan fit into all this?
- That Serb guy is terrifying.
- Would Holly really be dumb enough to have Angela saved in her phone as "Angela"? Yes.
- Greg is onto Angela, and he is going to blow things up for her. You can only screw around and lie to a guy for so long before he turns on you.
- Stern is getting divorced and moving his money all around. This seems like good information for Ghost to have.
- Tommy will forever be my favorite, but I can't stress enough how scary he was at the end. Holly better never come back.
This show just keeps getting better and better. "Why Her?" was another exhilarating ride and we need to talk this out. Will Holly disappear for good? Will Tasha and Shawn become a thing? What's the next move against Stern?
Make sure to comment so we can continue talking this week. There's only a few episodes left guys!

Holly: Listen, when you and Ghost are working, I want you to be careful, okay? I mean, if you ever got hurt or arrested, I don't know what I'd do without you. Tommy: Awe, I'm too smart to get shot.
