Private Yacht Charter Updates & Safety Information

We are excited to get back to cruising and helping you plan an unforgettable private event on the water in Miami! As we resume rentals for all luxury vessels, please know that the health and well-being of our guests and crew members is our number one priority. We are closely monitoring the guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as our local health departments and authorities on the best practices while operating. Our ample yachts feature multiple decks with indoor and outdoor spaces. We will continue to assess, refine, and update our standards to keep you safe as new information is available.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

Social distancing.

• Per current guidelines, our 60” round tables will be set six feet apart for six guests, as opposed to our previous ten, which will offer ample room and additional space between guests.
• Our flow-through dining arrangement will allow us to control the number of guests in the dining area at any one time, as well as the flow to stations, which will limit lines and guest contact.

Employee Requirements

• All employees are required to do a self-check prior to the start of their shift. All staff uniforms will adhere to CDC guidelines. This will include masks constantly and gloves while handling food that will be disinfected/changed for every event.

Cleaning & Sanitation

• We will be providing hand sanitizing stations throughout the vessel, at boarding on the dock, on every deck, as well as near food and beverage areas.
• We will have a specialized team thoroughly clean and disinfect key surfaces and areas before and after each event, with two hours specifically designated to ensure that this task is prioritized.
• To maintain cleanliness throughout the event, cleaning specialists will be tasked with ongoing cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch and common areas, which include but are not limited to handrails, backs of chairs, doorknobs, bars, counters, high tops, low cocktail tables, coffee tables, bathroom sinks, toilet handles, etc. These tasks will be completed per the CDC and Miami-Dade County guidelines.
• Our bathrooms feature ample individual stalls. These areas will fall into our 30-minute cleaning guidelines and will be maintained and serviced by our cleaning specialists. Bathrooms are equipped with disinfectant soap, hand sanitizers, and disposable hand towels.

Serving Procedures

• Glassware, flatware, and tableware will be washed, disinfected, and steam cleaned before and throughout the event. Rolled up flatware and water glasses will be provided for each guest and presented individually at each place setting.
• Welcome drinks are freshly poured upon boarding in sanitized glassware. To curb the need for congregating at the bar or making long lines, our staff will be providing cocktail service to all guests, as well as handing out welcome drinks.
• All food and drinks will be handled, presented, and served to guests to minimize cross-contamination. Butler-passed hors d’oeuvres will no longer be passed. Instead they will be arranged as a station. All platters and food stations will be staffed with an attendant behind plexiglass who will be responsible for personally serving each guest.
• Our new and improved buffet techniques will feature plexiglass to protect the food while guests are served by a gloved attendant. Tables will be called one at a time to prevent crowding. Our existing procedures will ensure that our buffet is staffed to serve guests individually and erase the need for self-service. This measure will prevent serving utensils from coming into contact with any guests.
• Our bread, salad, coffee, and dessert will be served tableside, eliminating the need for self-service. Salt, pepper, and condiments will be individually packaged for each guest.
• If additional steps are required, we are happy to provide them as requested.

Lovely evening. They create a beautiful event which appears to be effortless for the host/hostess and everyone is having a good time.

Love the yacht! My company hosted our Christmas party on the Venetian Lady and we had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helped us find it on the pier. The set up for party was nice and we had the Floridian menu for the buffet option and that was very tasty. We also had open bar with premium liquor so the drinks and food were flowing while we sailed around Biscayne bay and took in the views for the evening. It's definitely a great option for any events you plan in Miami.

These are con artists. We originally signed a contract with them for an event last year during COVID. Ever vendor we dealt with refunded our money except them. We now picked a date with them but they want me to pay 3 times the price saying prices increased. Extremely disrespectful and shady in the way they conducted business. They have nearly $5000 of our money and they refuse to pay. The individuals name is Patrick who's the manager there. Mirna has been helpful but every time she tries to work with us, she comes back with a different reason why they can't do it. It's almost as if they don't want to give refund and finding a way to avoid doing business in order to keep the $5k. Avoid at all cost.

The Venetian Lady yacht was our dream come true wedding venue. Being from Colorado, and our family scattered all over the country we wanted a really cool, unforgettable spot to have our wedding. Working with Dominique and Stephanie through the process was awesome, they were very attentive to my million questions I had, which for me was nerve racking planning from across the country and just hoping everything works out. It worked out perfect, everything was soo beautiful, the staff on board was amazing, I had a girl check on me all night making sure I wasn't hungry, thirsty and my guests never had their drink empty. The vendors the yacht recommended all turned out to be great! Overall I couldn't have pictured a better wedding experience and I hope to use this boat again, maybe for a wedding anniversary :)

HUGE FAN!!! Recently booked the Biscayne Lady for 200 guests for an evening out on the water. It was very simple to book and plan...clear and concise! The yacht is AMAZING!! New and beautiful. The staff is super friendly. The chef is wonderful and ALL the food is superb!!! I was afraid it would be a trade off and would be disappointed with the food, but I was pleasantly surprised!! The tasting was great and recommend all the food! Jay the coordinator was fantastic. He is on top of it all. And the prices are VERY reasonable. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend looking into having a wedding, a party, a cocktail hour, or just pure fun on Biscayne Lady or even the Venetian Lady (both yachts are gorgeous)!!

After months of hard work, I wanted to give my team a truly relaxing experience, so I booked the Venetian Lady for our holiday party. I figured we'd have some decent food and a nice experience relaxing on board, but boy was I wrong. The reality FAR exceeded my expectations! To begin with, the sales person and event coordinator with whom I worked were extremely professional and responsive. Nothing I requested was too much to ask. Once aboard, the service was impeccable. My glass was never empty, and the staff constantly circulated throughout all three decks to ensure everyone was happy and pampered. They were friendly and always smiling. The onboard manager was attentive and responsive, even providing some information on the sights along the way. When I ordered our menu, I figured we'd get some mediocre food, but the cruise was worth that compromise. Again . . . I was SO wrong. The food was delicious, and they made lovely accommodations for our vegetarians, at no additional cost. The boat itself is lovely and beautifully clean, with plenty of available options regarding seating and layout. Every single person on my team loved the experience and already requested a repeat event. I could go on and on, but all I'll say is thank you, Biscayne Lady, for an unforgettable experience.

Had a group of 28 people that joined us on boat for Thanksgiving Buffet dinner. At first we were afraid as it felt jammed in and too crowded but true fully people started to spread out. It was easy to get the food and salad and beverages. Desserts were upstairs. The food was actually very very good. We were all impressed. The service clearing plates and serving coffee or whatever you wanted was amazing . Plenty of staff keeping things ( including bathroom) very clean. The ride was smooth and seeing the Miami skyline was fun. Really great if home party is not an option.

"On any given Sunday you'll find boats galore on Miami's Biscayne Bay. This Sunday however, was more special than any other. Not only was this past Sunday Easter Sunday, but it was also my first time on the Biscayne Lady Yacht Charters Easter Cruise. Walk aboard the three tiered Biscayne Lady and you'll soon see that this is no ordinary yacht. First you walk across the spacious bow as you are greeted with bubbly mimosas, then you walk into a huge dining room with two bars, round tables draped with white linens, beautiful spring flowers, and the smell of delicious food waiting to please your palate. Grab a plate and get in line, you'll soon see that the wait is more than worth it. A long plentiful buffet filled with pastries, chocolate croissants, fruit skewers, quiche, a ham carving station and even a very unique station with toppings and a serving of mashed potatoes in a martini glass. I saw more food than I could eat; and fear not as it did not run out. Once done dining, you can wash up in what seems to be hotel restroom, very unlike what you'd expect on a sea fairing vessel. Trendy sinks, large restroom stalls, and cotton towels for drying your hands. Then you can make your way upstairs to the lounge. Here you were greeted with a cheese platter nestled amongst an array of apothecaries filled with handmade Easter egg decorations. Another bar with the same willing to please staff as in the dining room, a dance floor and music blaring through the speakers awaken your party mood and remind you that after all this is Miami. After a continued stream of mimosas, it was time to tackle another deck of this magnificent yacht, so off we went. Now this is the deck to be on, open top, wind in your hair, the sea breeze tickling your nose. It such a shame that there is no seating on this deck, even still the views of the bay and Miami downtown skyline are postcard perfect. So there we were, once again back at the dock. Countless mimosas drank, scenic pictures taken, all smiles. Feeling like a tourist and only saddened that this cruise had come to an end. But alas, there is always next year!"

We just returned from Miami where our son and his new wife were married. I planned the rehearsal dinner on the Venetian Lady. All the planning was done via phone and internet. I was a bit nervous because I had not experienced them before. I can only say, "First Class." Our guests were delighted, the crew couldn't have been more professional and fun. The food was delicious and they made sure everyone was special and their needs met. Beautiful evening and this will be one of our fondest memories, and this family has had many experiences. Melina was so patient with me and always had time for me when I had a question. Thanks again everyone who helped make our evening unforgettable.

Absolutely great experience. My girlfriend, her mother, grandmother, and I decided to book a charter on their Christmas all-inclusive cruise. We booked through the website.. very smooth transaction process. The food was delicious, everything from the sweet potato , mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables, and salad bar was great. As I'm a vegetarian I did not try any of the turkey or pork dish they served, but it did look great and was very nicely presented & prepared. This cruise was all inclusive, something in which we were not anticipating upon arrival. They served premium liquor and had no issue continuing to serve even after docking. The deserts were delicious as well. We would absolutely book another trip. 5 star rating for our experience. Merry Christmas from us to all. Blessings

We took the Yacht dinner from forte Lauderdale, the dinner their route and the yacht i every good. We really enjoyed the whole cruise

I have had a distasteful experience with Biscayne Lady staff for multiple reasons. They agreed to allow me to reschedule the date of the event and allow use of the deposit towards a new date. I requested information on availability of two dates; one of them being December 31st, 2021. In a follow up phone call with Sales Coordinator Mirna Arce, she stated "we have an image to maintain" with regards to that date. There was no supporting context to this statement and was perceived as a discriminatory remark. I was unsure under what assumptions this statement was being made. She also stated that the fees for that date would be greater, which that part is understandable. I asked for the information for both dates in writing. She stated she would be replying to that email the following business day. Instead I received two phone calls and I submitted an email request for the nature of the phone call. She stated the event had been canceled and was awaiting payment for a new date...but I still hadn't been given information with regards to AVAILABILITY for new dates. There was some back and forth between other representatives of the company including Office Manager Patrick Young and Owner Mike Simpson. They continually contradicted and attempted to retract statements that had been made even in writing with regards to rescheduling. When I initially did a walk through of the yacht, I was also told by Mirna that guest would have a Complimentary Welcome Drink. While doing a secondary walk through with another staff member, I was told my package didn't include a Complimentary Welcome Drink and that it would be extra (which defeats the purpose of it being called a Complimentary Welcome Drink). This was not something I was told by Mirna during the 1st walk through. Although, this was addressed and later corrected, these practices seem deceptive. They also offer a Salsa Band on their Enhancement Sheet for a fair price. When I requested a demo of the band, they sent a demo of a fairly well known artist in the Salsa community. This artist I figured did not go for that rate (most likely more). When I asked if this would be the artist performing, I was told no, a similar artist would be performing. That is false advertising! Had I not been familiar with the artist, I would have seen one thing and received another. I contracted a band on my own, as I was left waiting. They never provided a demo of the actual artist or actual rates for artists on their Roster. I was not comfortable moving forward with the event at any given time after witnessing these numerous deceptive business practices. A report has been filed with the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida and with the Attorney General. In recently noting a previous review on Google where they took a bride's deposit without letting her reschedule during the pandemic, it seems like this is a common practice of this business; pandemic shut down or not. They have kept the deposit even though the event didn't happen, I was never given availability for a new date, and even after stating I no longer felt comfortable moving forward considering the circumstances that had transpired.

Vanessa, after speaking with you in private on multiple occasions we are disappointed to see this review. Based on our legal contract your cancellation meant we were owed all money back. We made multiple attempts to make a concession with no penalties.

We had such a great experience with our team on the Venetian Lady Yacht! The tour was absolutely stunning! Great food and drinks with our team of +40 people, a wonderful show by 2 latin dancers, ambiance with cocktails and handmade cigars. This was an experience never to forget!

I held my wedding on the Venetian Lady Yacht on Sunday, June 25th, 2017. It was beautiful and the staff was great. My experience was good in the beginning. Sasha, the sales rep, explained everything well. She gave specifics and details. She followed up and returned calls/questions immediately. At one point I asked her if she could play 2 roles and also be my event coordinator. Then there was the addition of Rene to the team. Rene was a the best event coordinator. He stayed on top of things, he listened to my needs, he understood how stressful a wedding could be and he did everything he could to make things right. He knows his job, he knows his product and he learns to know his client and what makes him GREAT at his job and that is how he made me feel special as a client and bride. The Food - the food was WONDERFUL. The menu consisted of Prime Rib, Salmon, seasoned mixed vegetables, salad and Rosemary potatoes. Everyone loved the food and the guest had rave reviews about the salmon specifically. There was also a butler pass with coconut shrimp, mini empanadas and pineapple/chicken kabobs. EVERYTHING was great and exceeded my expectations. Alcohol - I chose the open bar & the staff did a wonderful job with ensuring the guest were taken care of. The bartender was a good mixologist. She was able to multi-task. The captain of the boat gave us the best ride around the bay. The views were spectacular. One of my guest - who is a wedding coordinator said about her experience - The Biscayne Staff from the Captain to Security, to Melissa on up were on THE BALL. I would recommend this wedding venue for anyone that wants something fun and different. The music itself was great but the fact that the best audio was only on level 2 was a concern. I could not hear my wedding exit song as only one speaker on the top deck worked and in the dinner area - the music had to be turned up louder than normal in order to be heard on the bottom level (dining area). It was noticeable to me but I don't think it had a big impact on the overall guest experience.

I booked this yacht for my group after a day of meetings. It was well worth it. I was very impressed with the service -- they were very attentive and the food was very good considering it was a yacht cruise. Hire their DJ or bring your own and dance the night away. With a capacity of over 125, my 85 guests had a great deal of space to enjoy the views and the spectacular weather.

We were fortunate enough to have wealthy friends who rented the Venetian Lady for a birthday party of just under 40 guests. The boat itself can hold perhaps 150 comfortably. There are special occasion cruises like for Easter Sunday and other holidays that you can enjoy without having to rent the whole yacht. The ship appears relatively new and elegantly fitted out. The three levels, top with stunning views of the Intercoastal waterway streaming by, the second level for the cocktail lounge and dance floor and the first level where the amazingly well prepared and delicious sit down dinner was served. During the cocktail hour we were served wonderful appetizers including rack of lamb, bacon wrapped scallops and bacon wrapped dates and almonds, cheese stuffed tomatoes, and more. The serving staff were great, attentive, pleasant and all smiles. We had the buffet dinner which included beef loin, sea bass, mushroom risotto, ravioli, sugar and snap peas and salad. In spite of being a buffet, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Don’t pass up a chance on cruising the Intercostal and Biscayne Bay on the Venetian Lady if you ever are given the opportunity and if you are thinking of renting it for a party rest assured your guests will be treated, fed, wined and dined royally.

All menus include tea and coffee service. For those who prefer we can supply gourmet espresso and cappuccino service.

For those brides who want to hold the ceremony on board, there will be an additional fee for the set-up and break-down of the ceremony chairs and the wedding arch. $500 includes setup of white chairs with padded seats and large iron arch. A Captain can perform the ceremony if required for a small fee or you can bring on board your own officiant.

Officiants: Captain Phil, Frank Nunez (Bi-Lingual), Bishop Sean Alexander (all faiths).

We can supply you with any entertainment options such as live bands. Customers who want to bring their own DJ and/or live band will be charged a small fee for the use of the yacht’s equipment and sound system. At time of printing this fee was $250.

Other dock locations may incur a higher dock fee and a delivery fee. The yacht is docked at Miami Marina, Bayside, Miami behind the Hard Rock Cafe.

• We will be providing hand sanitizing stations throughout the vessel, at boarding on the dock, on every deck, as well as near food and beverage areas.
• All team members are trained to thoroughly clean and disinfect key surfaces and areas before, during, and after each tour. This includes but is not limited to handrails, backs of chairs, doorknobs, bars, counters, tables, bathroom sinks, toilet handles, etc. These ongoing tasks will be completed per the CDC and Miami-Dade County guidelines.
• Our bathrooms feature individual private stalls. These areas will be serviced throughout the tour and will be equipped with hand dryers and disinfectant soap.

Endorsements | keeping up with the bezoses: mark zuckerberg buys a super yacht, reports say, a report says that zuckerberg’s luxurious new $300 million vessel was originally was commissioned by a russian oligarch who was the target of sanctions imposed after that country’s invasion of ukraine.

Given that Mark Zuckerberg enjoys a respectable 16th place on a list of the world’s richest people, he probably figured it was time for him to acquire one of the ultimate status symbols for the mega-wealthy — a super yacht.

A new report from The Sun said that Zuckerberg is now the proud owner of a $300 million vessel that he has christened “Launchpad.” The 387-foot-long vessel, which comes with a helipad and a $30 million companion boat, was seen docked this week at Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with its unique chrome finish reflecting in the sun.

This purchase shows, among other things, that the Facebook and Meta founder and CEO has branched out from buying islands and building an underground complex to help him survive the apocalypse. Perhaps, he wants to cruise the Mediterranean this summer and be among the moguls who can play host to Leonardo DiCaprio.

The yacht definitely grants him admission to the watery playgrounds of such multibillionaires as Jeff Bezos, Larry Ellison, Bill Gates and any of the Russian oligarchs who haven’t been the target of sanctions imposed by the United States or its allies over Russia’s 2022 invasion of Ukraine.

In fact, Zuckerberg reportedly came by Launchpad due to the misfortunes of one of those oligarchs. The yacht originally was commissioned to be built by Vladimir Potanin, one of Russia’s richest men who is on multiple sanctions list, according to a report by Autoevolution.com , a transportation industry site. The yacht was known as Project 1010, and the shipbuilder in the Netherlands was legally barred from delivering it to Potanin when it was completed in 2022, though Autoevolution also said that Potanin was not the yacht’s actual owner.

The Sun reported that the yacht recently received “special permission” to be imported. It has since arrived in the United States, a couple months ahead of Zuckerberg’s 40th birthday on May 14 — which raises the question of whether he meant Launchpad as a birthday gift to himself.

It’s quite a gift: Launchpad can comfortably fit 24 guests aboard. It also requires a crew of 48 and is said to cost $30 million a year for upkeep and usage, according to Superyachtfan.com . But shelling out $30 million for maintenance a year shouldn’t be a problem for Zuckerberg, who reportedly earns between $6 million and $12 million a day, The Sun said.

But as spectacular as Launchpad sounds, super yacht fans might say it’s not as spectacular as Jeff Bezos’s super yacht, Koru. The $500 million sailing vessel features very tall masts, a swimming pool, a helipad and room for a second, smaller yacht. The most noteworthy thing about Koru is that Bezos commissioned a special sculpture to decorate its prow. It’s a “curvaceous winged goddess” that is said to bear a striking resemblance to his fiancee Lauren Sanchez.

The Amazon founder, his wife-to-be and the goddess figurehead spent much of last summer sailing around the Mediterranean, cruising from Spain to Croatia and hosting such famous guests as Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom and Usher. The couple also threw a lavish engagement party off the coast of Positano on Italy’s Amalfi coast, attended by another pack of famous friends, including Kris Jenner, Wendi Murdoch and, yes, Leonardo DiCaprio.
