This is a rare opportunity to own a classic Midnight Lace 52 in excellent condition. The yacht's second (current) owner has kept her continuously upgraded and meticulously maintained since his acquisition in 1998. She was repowered in 2003 with Cat 3126 Bs and new ZF gears. She has had the Cat after cooler upgrade in 2013. She has also had a Northern Lights 9Kw genset installed in 2006. At 26 knots the fuel consumption is 40 GPH., at 22 Knots the consumption is 25 GPH., at 7 Knots the consumption is 8 GPH. Generator burn is a little over 1 GPH.  She has spent all but about 18 months of her life under cover and it shows. She is loaded with up to date decor and equipment and is "turn key" ready to go. Beginning first forward in front of the bow cockpit is the anchor rode locker accessed by a hinged door.

Next aft is the bow cockpit. This area can be used as a unique seating area and for line and anchor handling. There is a hatch down into the master stateroom so the area can be reached by walking up the quarter decks or through from the inside. At anchor with the hatch open the breeze is captured and blows through the vessel making it very cool and great for sleeping without the air conditioning on.

Next aft is the master stateroom with a double berth diagonal to port, storage forward and to stbd., and a vanity with hinge out stool to stbd.. There is a flat screen TV to stbd. forward with its own dedicated satellite receiver. 

There is a companionway to aft on the stbd. side.

The master head is to port aft of the master stateroom and across from the guest stateroom. The master head has a tub/shower aft in the compartment and marble counter top.

The guest stateroom has upper/lower bunks outboard with storage forward. There are felt lined drawers for storage throughout.

There are ample opening deck hatches with aluminum framed smoked lexan lights to let in light and air.

Aft of the guest stateroom is the guest head with a diverter type shower with curtain, a Teak grating for drainage, and a marble counter top.

To port aft across from the guest head is the galley open up to the salon. The galley has a high gloss finished Teak deck.

The staterooms, companionway, and salon have wall to wall carpeting.

Galley and salon counter tops are custom black granite.

In the salon to port forward is a bar counter open down to the galley. The bar counter is finished in high gloss violin maker's burl veneer.

The salon has a large flat screen TV to stbd. forward which can be used to view satellite TV from its own dedicated receiver, broadcast TV, cable TV, and the on board computer for internet etc..

The salon also has a convertible sofa aft that forms another double berth.

Under the salon sole is storage for spare propellers (included), tankage, and other systems.

Next aft is the aft deck with the engines under hinged hatches. The engine compartments are roomy because the technical equipment has been distributed between under the salon, the engine compartments, and the aft generator compartment.

Next aft under the curved aft deck settee is the generator compartment accessible through hatches in the settee top. The placement of the generator here makes it very quiet being segregated so far from the accommodation spaces.

There is a short ladder up to the flybridge control station which is fully enclosed and covered from the sun.

The interior is in excellent condition.

MOTOR YACHT SIRENA is a TOM FEXAS designed 52 Foot MIDNIGHT LACE EXPRESS CRUISER, manufactured in 1986 by Golden Wave Shipyard (CHEOY LEE). Commissioned in 1987, it was placed in service by its original owner in Lake Erie (freshwater) where it cruised for 8 years, then moved to South Carolina until it was purchased in 1998 by its current (2nd) Owner who moved it to Tampa, Florida where it was under cover for 17 years. NICK OF TIME has many features and equipment normally found on much larger motor yachts. Luxury interior with polished cherry wood floors, marble and granite counter tops and high-end fixtures. Two master staterooms with two full heads and open galley arrangement. More powerful CAT engines were added for higher performance. Originally custom built for the owner of Hargrave Yachts with no expense spared. 

ACCOMMODATIONS AND WALKTHROUGH

AFT DECK Boarding from the aft deck you will find large bench seating with a teak table, teak sole and a ladder to port leading up to the open flybridge. There is also an aft deck docking control station, salon access door and engine room hatch entrance.

MAIN SALON Entering the main salon is leather L-shaped sofa to port and a pair of armchairs to starboard. High gloss cherry wood and burl wood accent panels are featured throughout the salon, with plenty of hidden storage, coffee table and large windows to brighten the space. The lower helm station is forward to starboard.

GALLEY Just steps down from the main salon, high gloss cherry wood continues into the forward galley. The open layout features granite counter tops and backsplash, stainless steel appliances, Grohe fixtures, ample storage and satin finished cherry wood flooring.

MASTER STATEROOM To starboard across from the galley is the master stateroom with queen berth and ensuite head with shower. High gloss cherry wood, textured cane wall upholstery and luxurious fabrics in a pleasing color scheme complete this warm and comfortable stateroom.

VIP STATEROOM Forward is the VIP Stateroom with queen-sized V-berth, elegant bedding and ensuite head with shower. A marble vanity in the VIP head and high gloss cherry wood throughout recreates the same level of luxury as found in the master stateroom.

FLYBRIDGE The open design flybridge features a large settee aft, where your guests can keep you company while navigating at the flybridge helm station, with two helm seats.

Price BEST OFFER! WHAT A FIND! This 52' Choey Lee Midnight Lace fiberglass hull Yacht is quite a steal. Fully operational to cruise immediately. Take off and cruise the Gulf Coast, Key West, Miami, etc. This 1983 classic boat was re-powered with new Cummins 5.9 QSB engines in 2005, yet only has 500 engine hours. The bottom was repainted in January 2019.You will enjoy three air conditioning systems, a main salon, two state rooms (three beds), two heads (one shower/bath, the other shower stall), galley equipped with refrigerator, stove top, oven & amp; microwave. The boat needs some TLC which most of it can be done yourself or for this great price, hire someone to do it. It has very unique forward bow and aft deck seating areasA plus with this boat is that it can be handled by one person. Although the beam is only 13, you can entertain large numbers of guests as there are plenty of seating areas. Where else can you find a 52' yacht of this caliber for this price?

1982 Midnight Lace Rumrunner 44 1982 Midnight Lace Rumrunner 44' designed by renowned naval architecht, Tom Fexas.  This is one of only 20 44' Midnight Laces fexas produced.  Read more about this rare classic here: http://www.cheoyleeassociation.com/Power/PowerMLace.htm As you can tell from the price, this boat is not turn key.  My understanding from when I purchased the boat in 2013 was that it came up from Florida on its own power in 2011 and was pulled from the water for a full interior retrofit.  The retrofit was started, interior removed for the most part, windows were rebedded, headliner replaced, but the owner was then unable to complete the work and the boat was listed for sale.  Unfortunately, I have not put the time into it that I thought I would and so it sits inside my garage. The power was redone with Cummins 5.9L diesels with ZF Hurth V-drives.  Hour meters show 1122 and 1195 hours.  Lots of work was already done on the exterior shortly before it was pulled from the water in 2011.  If you are serious, give me a call and we can talk through all the details.  610-427-8766
