Also included in the price is local cruising fuel, cleaning fees, service fees & taxes, and even some gratuity on most charter listings. Most of our boats have a 13 guest max, not including the Captain and Crew.

What should i bring with me?

We provide all Coast Guard required safety gear on all of our boats as  it is not necessary to bring very much with you, however, below is a list of items we suggest you bring.

Towels, sunglasses, sunscreen, long sleeve shirt and hat for sun protection, snacks and plenty of water!

Is there a maximum capacity on each boat?

Yes, each of our boats has a limit on the number of people allowed on the boat is usually between 6-13 max by law.

Can I bring my own food or alcohol?

Yes, you sure can all types of food & drinks are welcome.

Once you confirm your reservation, your broker will process your payment.

• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is confirmed more than 7 days in advance, a deposit of either $1,000 USD or 50% of the total cost of the reservation (whichever is greater) is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 7 days away, the remainder of the amount due is processed.
• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is made 7 days or less in advance, the total price of your reservation is processed immediately.
• If you are booking for a multi-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the yacht is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 30 days away, the other 50% is collected for the price of the yacht, plus the APA, plus the taxes due.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.

Regardless of the length of your trip, you will have access to a large floating “Lily Pad” for swimming safely behind the boat. This floating foam island allows you to rest, kick-back, tan, hang out, or lounge… It is the ultimate water playground for the entire family!

Things to Keep in Mind:

• Per Federal US Coast Guard Regulations, maximum 13 passengers allowed. No exceptions will be made.
• The Yacht has surround system throughout, you can stream your favorite playlist from your i- phone.
• This vessel comes with life jackets, emergency and first aid kits. If you have known allergies or medical requirements, please bring medication in the event of an emergency.
• Your day begins at the time stated in your signed Charter Agreement. If you are late to the dock, we will not adjust the duration of the trip, we must follow the Charter Agreement.
• Children are allowed on board and are counted as a passenger.
• Shoes must be removed before entering the yacht. Barefoot or socks but no shoes allowed.
• We require 50% down to secure the date and the balance is due 20 days prior to your trip.

What Not to Bring:

• Chocolate of any kind.
• Confetti cannons or glitter of any kind are prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed, vaping only.
• Spray sunscreen is not allowed. Lotion only.
• Shoes must be removed before entering the yacht.
• Parking is very limited at the marina, please plan accordingly. Only 2 vehicles allowed.

Important Notes

Parties of 7 or more will be utilizing our bare boat contract. The renter under a bare boat agreement assumes full responsibility for the boat, the equipment, the passengers, and has the right to decide who drives/captains the boat for the day. The renter can choose their own captain, or ask Salt Luxury Charters to assign one for them. If choosing your own captain, we will require that they are knowledgeable of the local waterways, have CPR and first aid valid training with certificate, and are a part of a drug consortium. The charterer may also dismiss the crew at anytime. The charterer is also responsible for bringing the boat and it's equipment back in good, working order. 

If weather and/or wind is undesirable on the day of your tour, we will reschedule or provide a full refund.

The US Coast Guard intercepted two separate boats packed with Cuban migrants trying to set foot in Florida – and sent all of them packing back home, authorities said Tuesday.

In both cases, the migrants were packed into tiny vessels ill-suited for the high seas.

“Under Title 8, migrants who arrive without authorization will be repatriated and deemed ineligible for legal immigration pathways,” Coast Guard Lt. J.G. Nicholas Fujimoto said in a statement .

“Do not risk your life only to be sent back,” he said. “Don’t take to the sea.”

The first boat was spotted about 12 miles south of the Marquesas Keys near Key West on Friday, with 15 Cubans packed into a boat, the Coast Guard reported.

Those migrants were picked up by the Coast Guard Cutter Paul Clark.

On Sunday, authorities in Key West were tipped off by a good Samaritan that another ship with migrants was in the ocean about 26 miles south of Marathon, a city in the Florida Keys.

The Coast Guard Cutter Valiant plucked eight Cubans from that boat and sent them home.

Migrants fleeing the socialist island nation continue to brave the treacherous seas passage between Cuba and the US – and are typically intercepted by the Coast Guard.

Last month, the maritime enforcement agency intercepted 16 Cubans trying to reach American soil in a rickety homemade boat that was barely sea-worthy.

Two weeks later, it was a Carnival Cruise ship that did the job.

Carnival Paradise had just set sail from Tampa when it spotted 27 Cubans in high-seas distress about 20 miles off the coast of their native country – and pulled them to safety.
