What Amenities are Included on Superyachts?

Owning a superyacht is a sign of wealth and prestige, and many of the worlds most prominent billionaires have their own vessels.

The most expensive superyacht in the world is owned by the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, while other notable owners include Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich, Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.

How Much Do Superyachts Cost?

who owns helios yacht

When it comes to superyachts, the sky is the limit when it comes to cost.

These luxury vessels come with hefty price tags that can range from anywhere between $30 million to over $400 million.

So, if youre in the market for a superyacht, youre looking at an investment that could easily break the bank.

The cost of a superyacht is driven by a variety of factors, including size, amenities, and customization.

Generally, the larger the yacht, the more expensive it will be.

Superyachts typically range in size from 100 feet to over 200 feet, and they can be as wide as 40 feet.

The bigger the yacht, the more luxurious features and amenities it will have.

Amenities also play a significant role in the cost of a superyacht.

While some owners prefer to keep their yachts out of the public eye, others have made headlines with their extensive amenities.

From swimming pools and helicopter pads to on-board cinemas and spas, the sky is the limit when it comes to customizing a superyacht.

The more amenities a superyacht has, the more expensive it will be.

Finally, customization is another major factor that will drive up the cost of a superyacht.

Many luxury vessels have custom-designed interiors that are tailored to the owners tastes.

From custom furniture and artwork to lighting and audio systems, the cost of a superyacht can quickly escalate depending on the level of customization.

In short, the cost of a superyacht can vary widely depending on its size, amenities, and customization.

While some may be able to get away with spending a few million dollars, others may end up spending hundreds of millions of dollars on their dream yacht.

No matter what your budget is, its important to do your research and find out exactly what youre getting for your money before signing on the dotted line.

Keeping Superyachts Out of the Public Eye

When it comes to owning a superyacht, some owners prefer to keep their vessels out of the public eye.

Understandably, these individuals are concerned with privacy and discretion, and therefore tend to take measures to ensure their yachts are not visible to outsiders.

For instance, some superyacht owners opt to keep their vessels in private marinas, away from the public areas of larger ports.

Additionally, some yacht owners may choose to hire security guards to patrol and protect their vessels while they are moored or sailing.

In addition to physical security, some superyacht owners also use technology to keep their vessels out of the public eye.

For example, a yacht owner may choose to install a satellite-based communications system that allows them to keep their vessel completely off-radar.

This system works by bouncing signals off satellites rather than transmitting them, making it virtually impossible for anyone to track the yachts movements.

Finally, some superyacht owners also choose to limit the number of people who have access to their vessels.

For instance, the owner may only allow family members and close friends to board the yacht.

Additionally, the owner may choose to employ a limited number of staff to help maintain the vessel and keep it running smoothly.

These individuals may be required to sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure they do not disclose any information about the yacht or its owner.

Overall, while some superyacht owners may choose to keep their vessels out of the public eye, there are still plenty of other ways to show off the opulence associated with owning a superyacht.

From swimming pools and helicopter pads to on-board cinemas and spas, there are many luxurious amenities that can make a superyacht the envy of any jet setter.

Final Thoughts

Superyachts are a symbol of luxury and status, and the list of yacht owners reads like a who’s who of billionaires.

From the Emir of Qatar’s world-record breaking $400 million yacht to Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen’s vessel with a helicopter pad and on-board spa, the amenities of these luxury vessels are truly stunning.

With prices ranging from $30 million to over $400 million, owning a superyacht is an expensive endeavor.

Whether you’re looking to purchase one or just curious to learn more about the owners and their amenities, this guide will provide you with all the information you need to stay up to date with the superyacht scene.

Delta is excited to announce the launching of its latest custom motor yacht, Arianna.

Designed and engineered by the Delta Design Group, Arianna is the largest all composite 50-metre, full-displacement motor yacht in the world. With more than 780 gross tons ITC, a beam of nearly 34 feet, and over 7,500 square feet of living area Arianna has more interior volume than any other yacht her length. Built to travel and explore, Arianna is capable of transoceanic cruising with fortitude and grace.

“It is exciting to see Arianna materialize and retain the original vision of her owner without compromise.” said Dovi Frances, co-founder of SG Private Wealth Advisors. “From the start of the project, SG Private Wealth Advisors has overseen all elements of the design-and-build process for Arianna, and we are extremely excited that her owner has chosen us to manage all of her marketing efforts.” Arianna will be made available for charter shortly after her maiden voyage.

The Delta Design Group implemented the owner’s vision of a Polynesian-inspired interior. The interior is adorned with rare tropical hardwoods, including Mascassar ebony, Wenge and Koa. Balinese inspired touches, such as a solid slab dining table with natural unfinished edges, and colorful blown glass lighting are just some of the elements. Other details include inlaid silk carpets, organic fabrics and textures, woven leather and natural stone.

Aside from her large interior volume, a design element of particular note is the large owner’s suite, located on the upper deck, including a stately lounge, private outdoor deck, dining area, and a customized room for children or family members. Forward on the main deck, where the master is traditionally located, is a fully-equipped gym with a sauna, and a private office with an antique, German-built safe. Both of these areas include stained glass skylights and large hull-side windows.

Outdoors, Arianna has a variety of areas for alfresco dining or lounging in the sun. There is a large aft seating area on the main deck, and the sun deck features a day head, Jacuzzi tub, sunning chairs, and a large island bar. Guests are shaded by a lightweight carbon fiber bimini, and an elevator, which travels to all four decks, allows guests easy access to her teak-deck.

Arianna is equipped with twin Caterpillar 3512B engines, which give her a cruising speed of 14.5 knots and a maximum speed of 16 knots. She carries 21,900 U.S. gallons of fuel and has a range of over 5,000 nautical miles. Her main tender is stowed in a float-in garage with a smaller tender stowed on the sun deck.

Hi Amanda! Sorry for taking this long to respond. Again, we all loved our time in the boat. Helios crew is superb and really make a difference! Here is my contribution. The boat setup is very good; I really like the equal sizes of the 3 master bedrooms. Internal decoration is good. The double berth rooms are ok for 3 kids if they aren’t grown ups, which is our case. The jetski was heavily used, and my kids had a blast. Nico was a great professor, and taught them all the radical tricks. They loved him! Finally, I would upgrade the AV to make it very easy to use iPods or cel phones, so customer can easily play their music. The food and drinks: We love Greek food, and the menu served was right on the spot. Their Greek wine selection was already good enough, but Babis surprised us with the wine from my previous list to Good life! Very nice from him! The itinerary: Can’t add anything to it. It was perfect! At the end, everybody loved everything. We are all looking forward to the next! M/Y HELIOS / Corfu / July 10 – 17

Orcas Sink 50-Foot Yacht Off the Coast of Morocco

T he boat-ramming orcas are back in action: Two people had to be rescued from a sailing yacht in the Strait of Gibraltar after the black-and-white marine mammals damaged the vessel so badly it later sank, reporters Reuters ’ David Latona.

The incident occurred around 9 a.m. local time Sunday, some 14 miles north of Cape Spartel in northern Morocco. Passengers aboard the 50-foot Alboran Cognac felt blows to the yacht’s hull and saw that the rudder had been damaged. As water began leaking onto the ship, they contacted the Maritime Rescue Coordination Center in Tarifa, Spain, which directed them to prepare for an emergency rescue.

About an hour later, a nearby oil tanker picked up the two crew members, who were customers of Spain-based Alboran Charter , which owns the yacht, reports the Washington Post ’s Dan Rosenzweig-Ziff.

The boat took on more water and sank soon after. It’s not clear how many orcas targeted the vessel.

The sinking of the Alboran Cognac is the latest in a string of incidents involving orcas and ships in the Strait of Gibraltar. The highly intelligent, social marine mammals made headlines last spring , when they sank a Swiss yacht called Champagne off the coast of Spain. In November, they brought down another ship , a Polish sailing yacht called the Grazie Mamma .

But the animals’ unusual behavior goes back even further: Since 2020, mariners have reported 700 interactions between orcas and ships in the Strait of Gibraltar, per Reuters. The Alboran Cognac is the fifth vessel orcas have sunk in the last three years, reports Live Science ’s Harry Baker.

Most of the incidents have been recorded in the Strait of Gibraltar, a waterway linking the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. The strait, which is bordered by Morocco to the south and by Spain to the north, is home to a distinct—and critically endangered —subpopulation of fewer than 50 orcas .

However, last June, orcas also rammed into a ship in the North Sea between Scotland and Norway, roughly 2,000 miles away from the Strait of Gibraltar. Scientists weren’t quite sure what to make of that incident, which raised the possibility that the destructive behavior was spreading to different groups of orcas.

In the meantime, authorities are urging mariners in the Strait of Gibraltar to exercise caution this summer. Spain’s Maritime Safety and Rescue Society recommends avoiding a large area between the Gulf of Cádiz and the Strait of Gibraltar; the agency also suggests that mariners sail as close to the coast as possible, especially from May to August, when orcas are more likely to be in the region.

If sailors do encounter orcas, the agency recommends they keep the vessel moving and head toward shallower waters. People onboard the ship should remain in the middle of the vessel and not approach the sides, where they may be at risk of falling overboard.

The agency also asked mariners to notify authorities of any orca encounters and, if possible, to take photographs of the creatures for identification.

Scientists remain puzzled by the orcas’ destructive behavior. A leading hypothesis is that a female nicknamed “White Gladis” started ramming into ships after having some sort of traumatic run-in with a vessel; she may also have been pregnant when she first started targeting ships. Since orcas are social creatures, other members of White Gladis’ group may have simply followed her lead and mimicked her actions.

“The idea of revenge is a great story, but there’s no evidence for it,” said Lori Marino , a neuroscientist and the founder and president of the Whale Sanctuary Project, to BBC Newsbeat ’s Shaun Dacosta last year.

Another possibility is that the orcas are curious about ships, or maybe, they’re just having fun.

“They’re probably socializing, yucking it up with each other about their adventures without realizing the terror they’re creating in their moments of joy,” said Andrew Trites , a marine mammal researcher at the University of British Columbia in Canada, to Business Insider ’s Erin Heger last summer.

Orcas have also been known to temporarily exhibit other unusual behaviors, like placing dead salmon atop their heads. The boat-ramming behavior may be another, similarly short-lived fad that the Strait of Gibraltar orcas will eventually move on from.

And they may already be doing just that: Between January and May 2024, the number of reported interactions with orcas was 65 percent lower than during the same period in 2023 and 40 percent lower than the average for those months across 2021, 2022 and 2023, according to the Atlantic Orca Working Group .

Whatever the orcas’ motivations, scientists have urged onlookers to avoid assigning human emotions to the animals’ behaviors. Though the boat-ramming killer whales have given rise to internet memes and merchandise that suggests they’re plotting an “ orca uprising ,” researchers argue that the marine mammals are not acting with malicious intent.

A subpopulation of orcas in the Strait of Gibraltar (not pictured) have interacted with roughly 700 boats since 2020, causing five of the vessels to sink.

Orcas Just Sank Another Yacht

Orcas have once again attacked and sunk a boat near the Strait of Gibraltar, a behavior that has scientists stumped

The orcas are at it again.

A group of the highly social marine mammals, also called killer whales, attacked and sank a 50-foot-long sailing yacht on Sunday, the New York Times reported . Two people had to be rescued from the waters near the Strait of Gibraltar.

The incident was yet another in a startling spate of such attacks by orcas ( Orcinus orca ) in the area since 2020—an apparently emerging phenomenon that has researchers stumped.

“It is a rare behavior that has only been detected in this part of the world,” said Alfredo López, an orca researcher at the Atlantic Orca Working Group (GTOA), in an interview with Scientific American last year.

In the more than 500 cases GTOA has documented of orcas reacting to boats, most often the animals have only approached the vessels. In the fraction of reports that have included physical interactions, the orcas have usually bit at a vessel’s rudder. The attacks have usually lasted less than 30 minutes, but some have gone on for up to two hours.

So far there are two main hypotheses regarding the baffling behavior. One is that it is a fad, which orcas seem to engage in just like humans do. Orcas in one Pacific Northwest group famously spent the summer of 1987 sporting dead salmon on their head, for example.

The other is that the new trend stems from past negative experiences with boats, which can strike and severely harm marine animals. The Iberian orca population is critically endangered; migration routes put its members in the path of many fishing, military and recreational vessels. But researchers caution against attributing malicious intent to animals. Deborah Giles, science and research director of the Washington State–based nonprofit conservation organization Wild Orca, previously told Scientific American that orcas in the Pacific Northwest were relentlessly pursued by humans in the 1960s and 1970s—but never attacked people or boats.

Scientists are gaining a greater awareness and understanding of the these clever predators by studying not only the boat attacks (which GTOA has said have declined overall so far this year, compared with previous ones) but also other behaviors. The first recorded instance of a group of orcas killing a blue whale was observed in 2019, and single orcas have been documented killing great white sharks . Recent research has also suggested that orcas in the Pacific Northwest should actually be recognized as two different species versus part of a single global species. It is possible that other groups that are currently considered subpopulations of that one species are also separate ones.

Who is Optum Health? Everything you need to know the company bidding on Steward Health Care

who owns helios yacht

BROCKTON — In March, Steward Health Care, the for-profit corporation that owns Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton and Morton Hospital in Taunton , announced that it had plans to sell their now-bankrupt company to Optum , a division of the UnitedHealth Group .

The deal would involve Optum acquiring all issued and outstanding capital stock of Steward Health Inc. , which includes the company's physicians in nine states, including Massachusetts, according to the notice of material change form.

“As described in the notice, this is a significant proposed change involving two large medical providers, both in Massachusetts and nationally, with important implications for the delivery and cost of health care across Massachusetts," the Health Policy Commission (HPC) announced in a press release on March 27.

" Details of the proposal will be reviewed by the HPC to examine potential impacts on health care costs , quality, access and equity," they wrote.

Despite concerns from politicians, patients and physicians, Steward said they do not anticipate that the proposed deal with Optum will harm the patients and employees of their hospitals, eight of which are in Massachusetts.

While the HPC continues to review the deal, here’s everything you need to know about Optum, the company vying for Steward Health Care.

What is Optum Health?

Optum was founded in 2011 as a division of the UnitedHealth Group. The company consists of three core businesses — Optum Health, Optum Insight and Optum RX:

  • Optum Health consists of more than 2,000 medical groups and ambulatory care centers that provide primary care, specialty care, urgent care and surgical care in 25 states, according to the company’s website.
  • Optum Insight helps clients with data, analytics, research, consulting, technology and managed services solutions, according to the website. This includes helping hospitals reduce administrative costs, meet compliance mandates and improve clinical performance.
  • Optum RX consists of pharmacy care services. According to its website, Optum RX fills more than 1.5 billion adjusted retail, mail and specialty drug prescriptions annually.

What other deals has Optum done in Massachusetts?

In 2015, Optum bought MedExpress , which consists of more than 120 urgent care facilities on the East Coast, three of which are in western Massachusetts.

In 2018, Optum acquired Reliant Medical Group , which provides primary and specialty care services at locations in 11 Massachusetts towns, most of which are in the central and western parts of the state.

In 2022, Optum received approval from the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office to purchase Atrius Health , a system of health centers in eastern Massachusetts.

How many physicians does Optum already employ?

Optum directly employs 310,000 employees worldwide, according to the company’s website. Around 90,000 of those are physicians — which government officials say comprise 10% of the country’s physician workforce. If the deal with Steward goes through, Optum would acquire more than 5,000 more physicians.

Optum makes bid for Steward Health

In March, Steward revealed plans to sell ownership to Optum, according to a  Health Policy Commission notice of material change form  that is under review.

According to the notice of material change form, the deal would involve Optum acquiring all issued and outstanding capital stock of Steward Health Inc., which includes the company's primary care doctors and clinicians in nine states, including Massachusetts.

Steward Operative Holdings (SOH), the sole stockholder of Steward Health Inc., said they do not anticipate that the proposed deal with Optum will have an immediate impact on reimbursement rates, care referral patterns, access to needed services or quality of care. “Over time, SOH expects the material change to improve Stewardship’s ability to care for its patients and to provide high-value care,” they wrote.

As of May, the Health Policy Commission is still reviewing the deal.

The commission cannot block Steward’s deal with Optum, but they can inform state and federal antitrust investigations of their findings, according to reporting by the Boston Globe. Only the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office has the authority to block the deal under the state’s antitrust laws.

Why the deal has politicians concerned

Delegates are urging federal agencies to scrutinize the proposed deal between Optum and Steward carefully, citing concerns over potential increases in healthcare prices and concerns that eight of Steward’s Massachusetts hospitals could close.

In a letter addressed to Steward Health Care CEO Ralph de la Torre, UnitedHealth Group President John Rex and Optum Health CEO Heather Cianfrocco, nine members of Congress and U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren expressed their concerns regarding the deal.

“Our profound concern with Steward’s operations in the state is closely tied to the prevailing trends of increased healthcare costs and consolidatio n that have been prominent in Massachusetts over the years,” they wrote, citing a concern over access to healthcare for Massachusetts’s residents.

“In July 2023, UnitedHealth reported that Optum Health posted a 6.4 percent operating margin in the second quarter — the lowest since 2012. This has raised concern that the acquisition of more physicians may be an attempt to offset these lower margins, potentially compromising the autonomy of physicians who may be pressured to prioritize efficiency over personalized care,” they wrote.

“There is also a worry that Optum may direct patients from the expanded physician network to its own urgent care or surgery centers, potentially disregarding what is best for patients.”

Owner of classic sailing yacht Eros reveals the reality of life on board

Ever wondered what it’s really like to cruise on board a classic superyacht? The owner and crew of 35 metre Eros have now given viewers an inside look with a new series of YouTube videos detailing life on board the charter yacht.

First delivered in 1939 by Brook Marine , the wooden schooner boasts a colourful history and has retained many of the original, classic interior features.

The sailing yacht was formerly owned by Greek shipping tycoon Stavros Niarchos and was once chartered by the former King of Spain Juan Carlos I during his royal honeymoon. Having been meticulously maintained with a refit in 2016, Eros can now welcome up to 10 charter guests on board.

To give prospective charterers and classic yacht enthusiasts a closer look inside the superyacht, owner Cameron Riddell has created a series of YouTube videos to document day-to-day excitement and activities on board.

Offering winter cruises in the Caribbean and summer season charters around New England, Eros is “an amazing platform for a lot of great things to happen” comments Riddell, describing “sailing races, family trips, charters and crossing oceans” as some of the opportunities offered on board.

The first episode of Sailing Eros gives viewers a virtual tour of the yacht and introduces members of the crew. Following episodes document the sailing and regatta experience on board, show how repairs are conducted on a classic yacht, and feature clips and highlights from previous cruises.

For charterers keen to know more about the classic yachting experience and what Eros has to offer from toys to itineraries, the videos offer valuable insight and insider knowledge from those who know her best.

Eros is managed for charter by Classic Charters , with a weekly winter rate starting from $42,000. To watch more episodes of Sailing Eros , click the button below.

Steward Health Care files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy

By Matt Schooley , Christina Hager , Michael Kaplan

Updated on: May 7, 2024 / 9:37 AM EDT / CBS Boston

BOSTON –  Steward Health Care , the struggling health care provider that relied on backing from private equity investors to quickly acquire dozens of community hospitals, including facilities in Massachusetts, Texas and Florida, announced Monday that it is filing for bankruptcy.

Steward, which is millions of dollars in debt , said it has "commenced an in-court restructuring process through the filing of voluntary petitions for relief" under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. It submitted the filing in the Southern District of Texas.

The Dallas-based company currently owns 30 hospitals across eight states, including nine in Massachusetts, where its smoldering financial crisis has raised concerns about patient safety .

Steward has been one focus of a year-and-a-half-long CBS News investigation revealing how private equity investors have siphoned hundreds of millions of dollars from community hospitals with devastating public health consequences . Records reviewed by CBS News showed Steward hospitals around the country with a trail of unpaid bills, at times risking a shortage of potentially lifesaving supplies.

Last year, CBS News found Steward redirected money away from hospital operations by selling off the real estate of San Antonio's Texas Vista Medical Center before closing the facility altogether.

The company's bankruptcy filing lists 30 creditors who are owed a total of more than $500 million, including the U.S. government, which is owed more than $32 million to the federal government in reimbursements for insurance overpayments.

Experts tell CBS News that Steward's debts are likely much higher, and when the dust settles, it could be one of the largest hospital bankruptcies in U.S. history. In a statement, the company said it is relying on its landlord, Medical Properties Trust, to provide sufficient funding to allow its hospitals to continue to operate through bankruptcy.

"The Company is finalizing the terms of debtor-in-possession financing from Medical Properties Trust for initial funding of $75 million and up to an additional $225 million upon the satisfaction of certain conditions acceptable to Medical Properties Trust," Steward said in a statement.

No day-to-day impacts expected, Steward Health Care says

The company said declaring bankruptcy allows it to "continue to provide necessary care to its patients in their communities without disruption."

Both Steward and Massachusetts officials said they expected no interruptions in day-to-day operations.

"Steward hospitals remain open, and patients should not hesitate to seek care," said Massachusetts Health and Human Services Secretary Kate Walsh in a statement, adding that the state "is working with Steward and any potential partners to support an orderly transfer of ownership that protects access to care, preserves jobs and stabilizes our health care system."

"It is safe to get care in Steward facilities. The facilities are open. You should not drive past it if you are having chest pains, if you're a pregnant person about to deliver, please go to the hospital closest to you," Massachusetts Public Health Commissioner Dr. Robert Goldstein said.

Despite those assurances, anxiety over the future viability of the company's hospitals runs deep, particularly in Massachusetts. For months, health care workers have voiced concern over the impact of any potential closure.

"The potential loss of any of these facilities will have devastating consequences for hundreds of thousands of residents from the South Shore to southern New Hampshire," the Massachusetts Nurses Association said in a statement. "However, Steward going through the process of reorganization provides an opportunity for other stakeholders to take long-awaited action and center the voices of caregivers and patients," the statement said in part.

And patients are concerned about the hospitals in their neighborhoods.

"We need this hospital. This is a nice hospital," said Riaz Udein, who's been going to the same doctor at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston for 22 years. "The neighborhood and everybody need it."

"It's needed," said Zadani Mehdi, walking into an appointment at St. Elizabeth's on Monday. "I hope they do keep this hospital open, honestly. There are a lot of patients that come here. I've been coming here since a little kid."

Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey promised that the state would help Steward patients and that they would ensure that a situation like this does not happen again.

"I do not want to lose sight of the fact that the situation stems from and is rooted in greed, mismanagement, and lack of transparency on the part of Steward leadership in Dallas, Texas. I have been clear about that, and I will continue to be clear about that. It is a situation that should never have happened, and we will be working together to ensure that there are steps taken to make sure that this does not happen again," Governor Healey said.

The Healey administration has launched a hotline (617-468-2189) and website for patients who have questions.

Private equity's impact on health care

A spokesperson for Steward previously told CBS News company executives always put patients first and said they "deny that any other considerations were placed ahead of that guiding principle." The spokesperson said Steward "has actively and meaningfully invested" in its hospital system since its formation, including in Massachusetts, where it took over hospitals that were "failing" and "about to close."

"Steward's investment has taken the form of facility upgrades, equipment, technology, and other meaningful improvements," the spokesperson wrote.

Yet Steward has become synonymous with the perils of private equity investment in health care. The company started buying up Massachusetts hospitals in 2010, with hundreds of millions of dollars in backing from private equity giant Cerberus ,

Cerberus shed its stake in Steward by January 2021, after making an $800 million profit in a decade, according to a report from Bloomberg . Financial records show Steward has also sold off more than $1 billion of its hospitals' land and buildings since 2016 to Medical Properties Trust, which has made a business of buying up hospital real estate from private equity investors.

A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission from 2021 shows Steward's owners also paid themselves millions in dividends. Around the same time, Steward CEO Ralph de la Torre acquired a 190-foot yacht estimated to be worth $40 million. In an email to CBS News, Steward confirmed de la Torre owned the yacht.

"Steward Health Care has done everything in its power to operate successfully in a highly challenging health care environment," de la Torre said in the company's statement, released at 3:30 a.m. Monday morning. "Filing for Chapter 11 restructuring is in the best interests of our patients, physicians, employees, and communities at this time."

Massachusetts Sen. Ed Markey tweeted , "De la Torre and his morally bankrupt business model have failed our hospitals, our providers, and our patients. He and his private equity allies must be held accountable. I'll keep fighting to keep hospitals open and protect patients and providers."
