We thoroughly enjoyed Captain Lindsey. If you can’t hear or understand her, then frankly, you may want to invest in a hearing aid. No loud obnoxious microphone needed, just well thought out historical information regarding Fort Lauderdale, with some funny jokes thrown in for good measure.

Just what we were looking for We have been coming to Ft Lauderdale for decades and have been looking for a sunset cruise to view the magnificent waterways, yachts and homes. We took the 1 1/2 hour cruise. I was impressed with the design and quietness of the battery powered boat. The price was reasonable. Captain Rocco was one of those people who loves their job. He even dropped us off at the 15 Street Fisheries where we had a memorable dinner. A most excellent evening !

Family and pet friendly tour We had a great time on our tour! We opted for a bottle of wine on board and that was really nice to have. Our captain was great at sharing so much information with us about what we were passing by and made a couple of special turns to show us things that interested us specifically. Our dog enjoyed the tour and well and even got a treat! It was a fun, relaxing and adventurous time on the water! Thank you Intimate waterways.

BEST Boat Ride in FL Area

My girl and I booked this boat ride when we went on vacation in the FL area on Aug 19 around 7 pm, wanted to see the sunset. This was the best boat ride we have ever had. Our captain was “Christina”, she shared the town history and showed us all the multi-million dollar homes! Such a fun, safe, relaxing environment, a great way to spend the day! Thank you! We had blast and she also stopped at a nice view to take pictures. Definitely would recommend it!

This was such a great tour! The entire staff was amazing!!! Lisa @ the bar, bless her soul! She was amazing!!! The narration for the tour was fantastic! Don't miss out on this! Perfect few hours in fort lauderdale!

This was great! Great customer service! Only gets 4 stars because it was a little pricey for only 90 minutes. I wish it was longer but it was nice to see the million dollar homes along the water. I loved it. I didn't take any pictures or videos because I was enjoying the moment and was very close to the edge so I didn't want to drop my phone! Great tourist attraction!

This cruise was so nice to take in the beginning of March. The weather was perfect and the views were amazing! Kathy at the ticket book was so welcoming! Captain Jack was knowledgeable and gave a lot of facts out during the 90 minute cruise. There is a bar and snacks on board. We sat up top which is only partially shaded. Downstairs is enclosed though and has air conditioning. Loved seeing all the beautiful homes and yachts, just day dreaming away Would absolutely recommend!

Not bad for a tour of some rather outrageous mansions owned by some super rich people. It sounds like there are times when the waters of this tour can be totally jammed with party boats. The captain keeps up an interesting banter and is quite entertaining. The boat is quite large so is not bothered by any minor swells. You can sit outside on deck or in the covered main deck. Snack foods and drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are available for purchase. Cost for the 90-minute tour in November 2023 is $30 per person. Construction at the dock makes boarding a little tricky (November 2023).

We did the Carrie B tour and really had a blast. Tickets were around $30 per person and you have to be mindful of parking once you get near the dock. They're seats on the top deck of the boat and then seats inside as well. There's a bar inside and even food to you can buy. As we began to sail we learned about the history of the multi million dollar homes we sailed by. I learned more about Fort Lauderdale in that hour and a half that I had ever imagined. The boarding process was very fast and easy. One thing I would note though is that if you plan on being on the outdoor section on the top deck of the boat I would get here extra early as those seats go very fast. Overall a super fun experience.

We had a great time on our tour and learned a lot about the homes on the harbor. -we kind-of want to think twice now though about supporting the mansions of Burger King, Taco Bell & Wendy's (haha). Chris did an awesome job as our guide and was very professional, even when faced with a boat full of loud, drunk youngins right next to us! (And as an NSU student, I loved seeing the oceanographic building!)

We booked this at the last minute because it was recommended by our hotel. So glad that we did it. My mom is 90 and not able to do too much but this was right up her speed. The tour guide was full of info and dad jokes. We saw so many houses - ummm....mansions. It was amazing! They even have a little snack bar and bar. A little pricey but I think that's typical. You can sit inside or upstairs in the shade or sun. We even met the owner and he was very friendly. The bartender was friendly too - I think her name was Laurie but not sure. Everyone was very knowledgeable. Definitely worth it - good for people that can't walk too much.

Me and 11 family members went on a 90 minute tour on July 14. We spent more than $372 on tickets and purchased plenty of food and drink. The tour itself was fine. I gave two stars because somehow a tip of $42 was added onto my credit card. The purchase was $50 (three hot dogs and two drinks). Amex sent me a confirmation email right away about the $50 purchase. Somehow, a few days later when the final charge came through it was $92.40. I followed up with a phone call to the company and was asked if perhaps one of my family members used my card. Wrong answer. We all paid separately that day with either cash or cards. Plus it was the same purchase. I am disputing with Amex but I am very annoyed I have to go through this with as much $$ as we spent that day. I'll never use them again.

Booked it on a whim after seeing it online, turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. The ninety minute duration was always full of interesting sights and the narration helped provide important context and information to the surroundings. The top deck had a shaded area we sat under which kept us mostly out of the sun. Convenient location downtown on the river walk was very easy to find and accessible. Would definitely recommend and do again.
