Great boat trip
When you've had enough of the beach this is a lovely way to spend a couple of hours! Great staff too!
If you have never been on a boat out on the ocean before then perhaps this is the trip for you. otherwise, don’t bother. we did the 2 hr cruise which was basically leave port, meander slowly up the bay towards torre del mar, and then return. no safety briefing, no commentary or information whatsoever from the crew. nothing of interest to see. there was no snorkeling, swimming, dolphins, no interesting coastline or anything else of interest. certainly, nothing that looked like what is on their website or brochure. I had wrongly expected that we would get to travel north of port and towards nerja to see something different than just torre del mar beachfront. they also didn’t put the sails up at all (the brochure shows the catamaran with sails up). This was disappointing given there were other sail boats out with sails up so it was a perfect day for sailing and it certainly would have made the trip a bit more fun. it was an expensive trip at €25 per person and really not worth it. I don’t recommend for anyone other than people who have never been out on water in a (smallish) boat before.
Not an exciting trip out. Would not bother again. Paella was good but the trip was nothing special. Would not recomend.
We went on a 2 hour catamaran trip at the 11am time slot. I arranged the trip through "PlanAMalaga" and paid for the trip before boarding. As we had 2 children with us 2 hours was plenty of time. We got to swim in the sea (unfortunately my daughter got stung 3 times on her leg). The crew on the boat were very nice to her despite us noth having very little spanish and got her some gel for it. You get a drink on board as part of the package. We didn't get to see any dolphins but they are never guaranteed. 2 of our party got sea sick and ended up getting sick over the edge but DESPITE these incidents it was a pleasant trip out on a very nice catamaran and I would recommend it to people if they just want a little trip out on the water.

Sebastian and his crew have moved to a catamaran having sold their fishing boat. We (a group of 29) boarded, sampled the wines and other drinks on offer (plenty of ice) and headed along the coast towards Malaga. Lunch was paella - both fish and vegetarian, and they explain how it is made according to mama's recipe. It was authentic and delicious. We returned to the linked Chinchin Puerto on our return for coffee, which finished everything very nicely. You can book this service for whatever you want, although if you have a lot of people not everyone can sit under shade.
