Living by the beach, he surfed every day growing up and has a strong passion for the ocean. He always knew he wanted a career being on the water. So after school, he began his journey in the yachting career. With over 5 years’ experience in yachting, his job has taken him all around the world. He enjoys hiking in new places, exploring historic cities and landmarks, and experiencing different cultures and cuisines. SECOND STEWARDESS: MOLLY TOFTEFORS JOINED SWEET EMOCEAN: APRIL 2023 Molly grew up in southern Sweden, where she for several years combined high school with working in hotels and restaurants. She has always had a great passion for the ocean, and moved to Thailand after graduation, where she completed her PADI Divemaster course. For two seasons she worked for several dive centers around the island. On her travels to South Africa, she came to meet her partner, Brandon, who introduced her to yachting. Combining her earlier service and diving experiences she felt that this industry was a perfect match. With a wealth of knowledge of all areas of the interior, she has mastered keeping the interior spotless, while providing excellent service. She can’t wait to welcome guests onboard M/Y Sweet Emocean this season. This yacht offers all inclusive pricing

Five cabins offer accommodations for as many as twelve guests. Her master cabin offers a private engine with walk around king bed, contoured couch, and en-suite with Jacuzzi tub. The V.I.P. tub features a walk around queen bed, flat screen T.V., and en-suite bath. Additionally, there is a guest cabin with a queen bed, and two guest cabins each with two singles and a Pullman berth.

Her main salon features a long, contoured couch and multi-stool bar. Forward of the main salon is formal dining. Floor to ceiling sliding doors lead from the main salon out to the aft deck where there is al fresco dining and a lounge across the back with great views. Up on the upper deck you can enjoy the large sun pad, multi stool bar, table for al fresco dining, or the on deck Jaccuzi.

Ample space is afforded at the beach club where you and your guests can enjoy large flat screen T.V., changing area, and full beam swim platform for easy water access. Watersports offered by Sweet Emocean include a 30 foot Jupiter tender for 12 with twin 300hp engine, water skis, 2 2019 Seadoo Spark jet skis, kneeboard, 4 seater tube, 2 seater tube, floating mats, two standup paddleboards, wake surf board, wake skate board, wakeboard, two double kayaks, fishing gear including inshore, offshore, and deep sea, snorkeling gear, underwater camera with video, 2 2019 sea bobs, sea scooter, and rendezvous diving.

By way of background, my business interests include controlling stakes in 3 publicly traded companies which operate vessels in the 500 to 5000dwt range. How Royal Romance, a $200-Million Superyacht, Will Benefit Ukraine

Though superyachts are often seen as the frivolous toys of the wildly rich, one named Royal Romance could soon provide more than just a lavish vacation for those who can afford it. According to The Guardian , a $200-million superyacht once owned by Russian oligarch Viktor Medvedchuk will soon be put up for auction, with the sale funds going directly to supporting the people of Ukraine. 

Medvedchuk, who is currently under sanctions, was arrested in Ukraine in April, though he was sent back to Russia in September through a prisoner exchange. The superyacht was seized in March of this year in Croatia as part of Western-imposed restrictions on the assets of oligarchs. According to the British paper, a Croatian court has recently ruled that the boat can be transferred to a special branch of the Ukrainian government, the Ukrainian Asset Recovery and Management Agency (Arma), and sold at auction to maintain its economic value. 

Royal Romance was designed by De Voogt Naval Architects and built in 2015 by Dutch shipbuilders Feadship. Seymour Diamond was responsible for the ship’s interiors. Fit to hold 14 guests and 22 crew members, the 318-foot vessel also includes many notable amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, 3D cinema room, and fully equipped spa. 

Though multiple superyachts have been seized over the past months, this is the first to be auctioned with the funds going directly to Ukrainian people. In September , a yacht owned by Dmitry Pumpyansky was auctioned off, but the sale went to J.P. Morgan, which claimed Pumpyansky owed the investment firm $21.75 million. Though it’s possible more of the seized  yachts will be auctioned to support Ukraine in the future, as The New York Times reported, seizing and auctioning off assets is rarely a straightforward process. In the United States the Justice Department is working to expedite the process, but it can still take years.
