Want to feel the sand under your feet and gaze at the Gulf while you dine? Caddy's Treasure Island might be the best spot in the whole county for that! It is just a short half-mile west and then south on W Gulf Blvd. Walk if you can as it is a popular spot and the parking is metered.

With over 1,270 sq feet this 2nd floor home boasts a completely remodeled kitchen and baths, tile floors, new carpeting in the bedrooms, 3 new ceiling fans, all NEW stainless-steel appliances, and in unit full size washer & dryer. The open floor plan with kitchen views out to the dining, living room, and overlooks marina & intercoastal waterway. Beautiful marina and intercoastal views from living areas and west facing bedroom as well as large open balcony off of living room. Both main suite and guest bedroom are very large and have had closets redone by Closets by Design. 75-inch tv in living room and electric fireplace. Condo location is within a 10-minute walk or quick drive to famous Sunset Beach, known to be one of the nicest beaches in the area. The community amenities have all been recently remodeled with heated waterfront pool and spa, a remodeled large fitness room with water view & sauna room. What is your payment schedule?

Currently, we require a $1,000 security deposit and a 10% non-refundable deposit at the signing of our rental agreement. The additional rental payment/fees and tax if any will be due 90 days before check in date. Signed rental agreement also needed to reserve.

What is your cancellation policy?

The $1,000 security deposit will be returned if reservation is cancelled before check-in date but not the 10% non-fundable deposit. No refunds after 90 days.

awesome stay!!!

We spend the winter of in this lovely unit. Location is perfect-right at the bridge to Treasure Island. Complex is lovely, great security, pool and full amenities. Faces west so lovely sunsets and wildlife - most days saw 3 or 4 dolphins right in front. Carrie is a great landlord, very quick to respond and solve issues. We consider ourselves very lucky to be going back this winter!!!

If you plan a 3 months plus stay on our beautiful beaches, this condo is for you! Minimum rental period required by the association is 3 months! This is a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in a great location in St. Pete Beach. The view from the water front balcony is absolutely stunning! The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The large dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other one with a bathtub/shower combo. The condo is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture throughout. The large clubhouse overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway has a full size gym, a sauna, a pool and card room and a TV room. An Olympic sized pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area and 7 tennis courts round up the great amenities the St. Pete Beach Yacht and Tennis Club has to offer! Restaurants, Bars and Watersports activities all in walking distance. Approximately 3 miles north is John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit our Pinellas County beaches!

The rental staff was very impressive. They were always willing to help as when we discovered a leak in a pipe inside the condo the first weekend we arrived. One phone call by us to the rental office and the staff was right on the problem and had it corrected in short order. Our rental search and subsequent rental agreement was all done via phone and internet and again the staff followed through answering our questions quickly and efficiently making the arrangements easy for us to complete.
