Out of everything we did in PR this was by far my favorite. The guys are such great entertainers and servers as well! Our drinks were never empty and the food was so good. My boyfriend and I had so much fun snorkeling and the island they take you to is so beautiful!
My friends and I booked this Catamaran trip as part of our recent vacation in San Juan. The staff was professional and fun, and the trip went really smoothly. Would definitely book again!
Very enjoyable! Carlos, our guide, was excellent! He was so knowledgable, informative, nice, patient and loved sharing his culture. He was an excellent driver and very personable. He even stopped at a local place for lunch before leaving the forest that we didn't expect. What a treat!
This trip was amazing! The staff on the vessel are top notch, very caring and made you feel welcomed, safe and comfortable. Willy does a great job helping you learn how to snorkel. This is a must do if you visit Puerto Rico. Had so much fun!!

Catamaran cruise. What an amazing experience. We sailed out to an island - about a 30 minute ride. Drinks and music the whole way over. Threw down and anchor and then hung out for like 3 hours before sailing back. Sitting at the front of the boat was my favorite. The 3 guys that made up the crew were all awesome. Great sense of humor and terrific customer service. HIGHLY recommend.
View from the front of the boat.
My family of five had a blast on this tour today. We weren't quite sure what to expect even though they are very clear with you before hand, you just never know. You meet at the morning to depart by 9 and then go to the island and swim, tan, float, whatever lol. They have a large float, snorkeling gear, volleyballs, etc. for you to use as well. The water was so beautiful. The drive was smooth. The drinks were delicious and the staff was amazing. I'm terrible with names but I know Anthony, Richard, and Marcos were on the boat and one other gentlemen. They were all amazing. Marcos was so good with my son and was super engaging with the entire family. They all made sure we always had drinks (non alcoholic too) and provided a really good lunch too that consisted of turkey sandwiches, chip bags, packaged cookies, and really delicious pasta salad. Even my picky eater kids ate it all. After the beach float, you get back on the boat around 12:10 and take a short boat ride down the way to Tortuga Bay (there's no turtles lol) to snorkel. There are tons of fish. There's also Pretty strong current so be prepared for that or only send your best swimmers out. All in all I would definitely recommend this trip and this crew and company specifically! Worth the money and a great memory for our family. Oh yeah, there's a bathroom on board too lol. That was important for me .

This was a really fun snorkeling excursion and my group was so glad we booked with Castillo Tours. The event says to arrive by 715 AM and they depart around 8 AM. I would recommend arriving that early to get your gear, apply lotion and getting a covered seat on the catamaran. The excursion ran for about 5 hours. About 2.5 hours at Icacos Beach and another hour snorkeling. The team on board was really professional. The boat was very clean from the gear, drinking/ seating area and the bathroom. Our drinks were constantly being refilled. Comparing our boat with the other ones on the pier, ours was definitely the cleanest one from the exterior. You get the option of Pina colada and soda with rum drinks. For lunch, we were served chips, pesto pasta, peanut free vegetarian pasta and bagged lunches which included cookies and a turkey sandwich. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience on board. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We all felt like we got great value considering it was 5 hours for less than $100 worth of entertainment. We definitely got our $s worth with all of the alcohol and food that we consumed.
Our Barefoot boat- clean and updated vs the run down competitors
If you want to take the snorkeling trip of your life go with Castillo tours Amazing trip the guys are on it music all the way to the islands highly recommended Drinks and food can't say any more do it Thank you guys the Rios family
Took the Catamaran, Barefoot, with Captain Robert and his crew Marcos, Eli, Adrian. They were very attentive and quick to refill your drink, lunch was very good, sandwiches with chips and a pasta salad. They were available to answer questions and the scenery was beautiful. Definitely will come back again!
The Barefoot on Icacos
100% recommended! Must do! U will laugh have fun and they are so welcoming. Thank u Marcos and Cpt Roberts

These guys were great!!!! They kept the party going! They went above and beyond to make sure every guest was taken care of. I would definitely recommend these guys for any tour.
This is a 5 star tour! Trust the reviews. They take you on a nice ride from the marina out to Icacos Island where you can snorkel, paddle board or just swim around. The water is bright blue (clear) and warm! Lunch and drinks are included and they are very good! The whole staff is amazing. They are super friendly and make sure your drink is never empty. Jeremy was awesome and loved his energy! OH, and their music is perfect! I Shazam'd a few songs to add to my own playlists haha. Well worth the price.
My friends and I had the pleasure to be guided by Mr. Charles from Castillo tours. He was very detail about showing Puerto Rico on the way to el Yunque. He made a stop prior to the forest. He was very punctual (which I appreciated) he took his time to show us everything about the visit. I really enjoy and totally recommend this tour to el Yunque.

We had such a fun time on this tour going to Icacos. We chose the afternoon tour so we could enjoy the sunset and it was wonderful. They had snacks and beverages (with it without alcohol). Can't wait to go back, and I don't swim and felt totally safe on this catamarran

One of the best ways to explore Puerto Rico is by catamaran.
Whether you’re taking a trip to the east coast or the west coast, these catamarans have something special planned for their guests.

Great crew! Great vibes, great time! Definitely kept the experience fun. If you are in for a fun time from the start to end book this!
We work hard to deliver a memorable experience and it is great to read your comments. Thank you for sharing
Castillo Tours did a wonderful job coordinating our rainforest tour and fishing trip during our trip to Puerto Rico. Rainforest guide Charles Rodriguez was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. He enjoys sharing his passion for the area! Fishing guide Captain Gaby put us on some fish, and we had a wonderful time fishing with the light tackle and catching several species of fish.
We are thrilled that you enjoyed your Rainforest Excursion and light tackle fishing. Thank you for sharing. Looking forward to welcome you back
This was a great way to spend the day. Icacos is a beautiful island. We went with our four children, ages 4,6,6,10. The crew had snorkels and floaties for the kids. If you’re bringing kids, note that there is an open bar so it has a bit of a party vibe depending on your group. We had a great time and the kids has a blast. The crew was so so great with our kids, giving them special treatment and helping them feed the fish. Great experience, we would do it again in a heartbeat!
I appreciate your wonderful review and are happy that you enjoyed our service level. Thank you for sharing
Let me start by saying THANK YOU MARCOS AND DANTY!!!!! I lost my Samsung watch in the ocean when we were jumping off the boat and snorkeling. Of course I thought it was gone and told them to not worry but they found it 20+ feet below. Marcos and my brother found it but Marcos was the warrior that retrieved it! Danty was going to get it but Marcos jumped in first! That's real customer service! The entire excursion was wonderful. At first seeing all the people on the boat I immediately said, "I should've booked the private tours, too many people." But my introverted Self enjoyed EVERY moment because the crew was personable, charismatic and hilarious! Eli was funny from the beginning early in the morning and it set the day - I so love it! And he kept us all hydrated like pirates lol! Roberto is a great captain and also super hype and personable! Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience in Puerto Rico! I cannot wait to do this again. Not only was the crew great but their awesome vibes made everyone comfortable and loose enough to chat, party and get to know everyone! I cannot stop thanking you all for a wonderful experience and a great way to celebrate my birthday! If you're in the area book with Castillo Tours on the Barefoot. The drinks are amazing, the food is good (the fun and water are so good you're happy to get anything even if it's just chips but the pasta salad and sandwiches was also delicious. But more importantly, the snorkeling, jumping, island and catamaran experience is all something to be remembered forever!
This is why our Tour stand out due to our amazing Crew, which is really wonderful to read. They really make a difference. Thank you for taking the time to share
It was amazing! Even though our weather turned, which caused snorkeling visual to be non existent, the crew kept the party going and there was not one person on the ship that had a bad time. I would do this again every time I come to Puerto Rico! An excellent rating is not high enough :)
We are thrilled that you enjoyed your Excursion and that you had an amazing experience. Thank you for sharing. Looking forward to welcome you back
We did two different tours through Castillo and had a great experience with both. The team on the catamaran to Icacos Island was so much fun- attentive and lively while ensuring safety. They really know how to host of a crowd and create an enjoyable time for all. We also did the rainforest tour with our guide, Charlie who was was awesome and so knowledgeable. For anyone wondering if they should try the rainforest on their own for the first time, I’d highly recommend using a tour guide like Castillo because you learn so much more than you would on your own and probably save yourself a heck of a lot of time trying to find the most noteworthy spots yourself. Even though these crews go through the same things over and over with tourists, the enthusiasm from those with Castillo is legit and they seem to truly enjoy what they do. I would def book through them again!
This is why our Tour stand out due to our amazing Crew, which is really wonderful to read. The Rainforest experience is so different with Charles as you pointed out. Many will pass by little Natures surprises and never know what they missed. Thank you for taking the time to review
