This is the BEST private boat service you will find in Montego Bay. My line sisters celebrated our 5th year anniversary and were welcomed with our sorority logo, pink/green decorations and even surprised with a cake. The boat was very clean and well kept. From the hotel pick up to the car service, Deidrick and staff truly made my friends and I feel like queens. Definitely worth every penny, as you will not find any better service. Deidrick and staff were very trustworthy and reliable. Deidrick was also very communicative and accommodating throughout my entire booking process. We felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. They provided food, adult beverages and a bottle of our choice. When I come back, I’ll definitely be booking them and them only!

Omg ! We enjoyed our experience with renting out Deidrick’s boat . We reserved it for my best friend ‘s bachelorette party. It was great . Deidrick went above and beyond to make sure that everything we asked for was there. Even the decoration ! We had round trip transportation from our Airbnb and back . We truly appreciate you and your team for your amazing customer service ! Oh and the food ?!?! Sooo good ! Once Deidrick realized it was a surprise boat day he made one call and he made things happen . We truly appreciated it ! This whole experience was worth every dime ! Thank you again !!

We traveled in a group of 7 & had a BLAST for my 30th birthday, we had good food & drinks they even got me a cake for my birthday which I truly love & was thoughtful. I celebrated my birthday with a few friends on Deidrick’s boat and the crew made sure my day was special! The boat was decorated with my favorite color balloons, had delicious food, and I was surprised with a customized birthday cake. The crew was very kind and made sure we had a good time. 10/10 highly recommend.

Deidrick and his staff are second to none. Extremely fluid communication, great customer service, and catered to all my request without failure. I would highly recommend booking with him!

24 hours or less: No Refund

48 hours or less: 50% Cancellation Fee

96 hours or less: 25% Cancellation Fee

96+ hours: Full Refund

Shore Excursions:

96 hours or more: Full Refund

Less than 96 hours: No Refund

60 days prior to tour date: Full Refund

45 days prior to tour date: 50% Cancellation Fee

30 days prior to tour date: 75% Cancellation fee

Less than 30 days prior to tour date: No Refund

All cancellations of, or changes are subject to applicable restrictions. Island Routes Tours will apply any payments made toward the purchase price against any cancellation charges and will refund any balance remaining after the payment of any charges. In order to receive a refund, if applicable, client must request and receive a cancellation confirmation number. The cancellation charges outlined above are liquidated damages and not a penalty. Holiday periods may be subject to additional cancellation charges. NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY PORTION OF TOUR OR ATTENDANT SERVICES NOT UTILIZED.

The Operators of tours are solely responsible for their acts and omissions and Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours, and the hotel, assume no responsibility for such acts and omissions, or for any injury, loss, damage, sickness or accidents sustained on any of the tours offered for sale , including but not limited to any that occur on and/or during the tour, as well as before and after as part of and/or during transport to/from the tour ‐ again, to the exclusion of tours identified as being owned by Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours. Guest HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES that Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours, and the hotel, their parent corporation, affiliates, subsidiaries, insurers, directors, officers, employees, successors, assigns, agents or representatives, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE to Guest for liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost or expense in any circumstances, for: (A) ANY PERSONAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY ANY ACT OR OMISSION ON THE PART OF ANY Guest(s) and/or Operators of tours, excluding tours identified as being owned by Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours; (B) EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, MENTAL SUFFERING, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY OF ANY KIND; OR (C) ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. This specifically includes but is not limited to liabilities, claims, actions, damages, cost or expense ARISING OUT OF OR CAUSED BY food or drink consumed at third party facilities belonging to third party Operators of tours.

Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours cannot guarantee that it will satisfy special requests and we are not responsible if such requests are not met.

The undersigned Guest(s) irrevocably consents to and authorizes the use and reproduction by Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes, or anyone authorized by Island Routes, of any and all photographic, video and other visual portrayal(s) of the undersigned Guest(s), their child or ward, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to use in magazines, brochures, flyers, television, internet, and websites displays without further reference or compensation. All rights, title and interest therein (including all worldwide copyrights therein) shall be the sole property of Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes, or anyone authorized by Island Routes, free from any claims by the undersigned Guest(s) and or any person deriving any rights or interest from such Guest, AND each undersigned Guest(s) UNDERSTANDS AND HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY SO AGREES.

COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAW

Guest is responsible for knowing, obeying and complying with the laws and regulations of their destination, and neither Sunisland Routes and/or Island Routes Tours, nor any Tour Supplier, nor the hotel, has any duty to inform or warn Guest about the destination's laws and/or regulations.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Jamaica, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website. Use of this Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.

Booking and Reservation Policy Via Zelle All bookings or reservations should be paid 2 days in advance in order for your tours to be confirmed. Reservations made via Zelle will not be held without payment. If your reservation is not paid 2 days in advance, it will automatically be canceled. We recommend that you make the necessary payment in order to proceed with your booking. Confirmation about Booking and Pick-up Time A confirmation email containing a CONFIRMED PICK-UP TIME time will be sent to you via EMAIL/SMS the day before your actual tour. Please note that the time on the website estimates when the tours start. Your confirmation email will show the correct time for all pick-ups. Please make sure to read your confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk mail section if you cannot find your confirmation email in your regular inbox.

• Any cancellations made at least ninety-six (96) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
• Any cancellation made less than ninety-six (96) hours but more than seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will attract a fifty percent (50%) penalty.
• Any cancellation made within forty-eight (48) hours or on the same day of the scheduled tour will attract a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Unique Tours Jamaica within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.

Private Catamaran Charter AWESOME!!!!

Our family of 17 ages 1 to 86 went on a private charter with Jamaican Water Sports. All of our communications with Denise pre-trip were professional and timely. She made all of our arrangements and even handled reservations for breakfast for us before the trip. Getting on the boat was easy, even for the kids and older persons. We sailed out into the bay and had a great time before taking to snorkeling. All the while there was plenty of drinks and snacks for everyone. The crew did an amazing job catering to everyone to make sure a great time was had by all. Mr. Andre interacted so well with the smaller kids helping them to snorkel and jump in and out of the water. All in all we had a great time and I would highly recommend this type of excursion over the other boats that seem to pile on the people and give you far less one on one attention!! Thank you for an amazing time!!

Thank you to Jamaica Water Sports for allowing us to have the BEST time in Jamaica on your beautiful catamaran! Denise was an absolute delight to work with through the booking process, and she was even sweet enough to meet us at the marina to say hello when we arrived for our excursion! :) Once we were on board, our group of 13 experienced an amazingly fun time! They cruised around for a bit to let us see the beautifulness of Jamaica, we got to snorkel and feed fish, they played fun music and even let us play our iPod, had the boat stocked with a full array of bar drinks, water, soda, treats, etc. Afterwards we stayed at Margaritaville for an hour till the shuttle picked us back up. The on-board crew was soooo fun and knowledgeable, gave out foot massages, danced with us, took pictures for us, etc. They made the experience better than we could have ever imagined. I HIGHLY recommend Jamaica Water Sports for a completely amazing water excursion! Next time we are back in Montego Bay, we will definitely be connecting with them again! From the moment I contacted Denise she was incredible! So responsive and answered my every question. She arranged our transportation to the boat as well as even arranging one person to be picked up at the airport and brought to meet us at the boat. There was a mishap with that pick up and I emailed Denise and she fixed it immediately and was even onsite to take care if it! Once on the boat, it was fantastic. Drinks, music, food. Patrice and Marvin were awesome and friendly and even gave us foot massages!!! (don't forget to tip them for it if you are lucky enough to get one). Pricing was very reasonable for our group of 11 people. A great great Experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Didn't want to take the charter that the cruise offered. Watched a whole bunch of people get cramped on their charter and they did all the same things we did for less than the cruise offered. Denise was fast to respond and accommodated our party of 11. Perfect size. Snorkeled in a nice area with decent coral reef and fish. Only thing I would recommend is add one hour after you get off the boat. Had to wait for the Carnival Catamaran crew to load all their passengers before the Freestyle could dock and load our party. Worth it!

Start off by saying about 3 other companies didn't even have the courtesy to return our email. Denise was prompt at returning ours and walked us through all our payment options excellently. Did a private catamaran for 25 family members for our wedding. Pickup was on time and prompt and driver was nice and courteous. Catamaran was awesome, staff was so much fun and nice!! We ate snacks which were perfect, drank from the stocked bar and snorkeled at the reef which was amazing!! Crew danced with our whole family and played music and overall had a great time. Couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience and would highly highly highly recommend. Thanks again for everything Denise, you were such a pleasure to deal with!!

We really enjoyed our time on the FreeStyle. We got to snorkel, sail and also spend some time on the beach. My only complaint would be that the day was too short. It would really add value to the high cost of this excursion if there was more to do. The crew were very friendly and took good care of us. Our children enjoyed "driving' the boat. I thought that the snack offerings could have been more specific to the country. The offerings were cheese and crackers, M&M cookies, Walmart style cupcakes and bagged plantain chips. They were fresh and tasty but it would have been much nicer to have some more real local foods and fruits. We did enjoy being picked up right at our ship as we wanted to avoid any land travel on this day. I would sail with this company again whether or not the above items were changed. The snorkeling was better than Grand Cayman, with lots more to see. That may have been because of where our GC tour guide took us, but I can't be certain.
