John and staff at Naos are awesome! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any services! We had warranty issues and John was right there to help us out any way he could. Customer service is A+. This past Memorial Day weekend was made extra special thanks to this awesome program and specifically Grant. Having Grant on the boat with us made me feel extremely safe, and at the same time I felt that I was learning tons about sailing. He made the experience seriously wonderful and I can't wait to sail with him again. Definitely going back!

I've never had a major purchase as satisfying as buying a sailboat from Naos Yachts. If you've ever bought a car, either new or pre-owned, you know what a hassle dealing with a dealership can be. From the outset, the sales team at Naos was knowledgable and courteous. Dave was my sales agent, but top pros Gunnar and Phillip both pitched in to answer all my questions, making for a very smooth transaction. My relationship with Naos didn't end with the sale. It actually got better from there. John, the customer service manager, is uncommonly attentive and timely with his follow up on parts and repairs. If he can't fix it in house, he knows who can. From owner/racer Charlie Devanneaux on down, not only is the whole team super professional in the shop, but they're all experienced sailors -- and a whole lot of fun to be around. If you get a chance to get out on the water with this crew, don't pass it up. There motto is, "Life's to short to spend it at the dock." They mean it.

I have recently purchased a boat from NAOS. She's my second boat, and frankly speaking I had a lot of experience with boat dealers before. NAOS were the best. Seriously. Not just the nicest, the most knowledgable, professionals. No. The BEST. I was not going to buy a 45 feet Jeanneau to start with. Too expensive, too big, etc. I was looking for something smaller until I ran into Chad Gautier at the boat show. He promised me a boat. I smiled and left him my card. Chad started this and Phillip Winter closed the deal. I must admit, I am not an easy customer. Not for a deal of this size. Philip, Chad, and of course Charles-E. Devanneaux, the owner, addressed my every concern, answered every question, and ran every test I asked for. Now I am sailing my new boat and want to say a big THANK YOU to the NAOS Yachts for making the dream come true.

I considered buying a boat from NAOS, but at that moment, it was not the right time for me. Thereafter, I continued chartering boats from Marina Sailing (HUGE mistake) and one day had a big falling out with Marina Sailing. I ran into Phillip at a boating event and he informed me that NAOS was running a SailTime program. SailTime is essentially a timeshare program, but for a sailboat. After speaking with Grant (guy who runs the program) I signed up immediately and have been thoroughly enjoying weekly, almost daily, use of a 2015 Beneteau Oceanis 389. Things happen for a reason, and I am glad that I initially considered buying a boat. If I hadn't I would not have met the team at NAOS, would not be sailing a beautiful Beneteau, would not be seeing whales off the coast and would not have experienced the impeccable service and respect that they provide. They are just extremely nice, love what they do, love sailing and want to make sure you have the best possible sailing experience. If you are looking to charter a sailboat, purchase one or join the SailTime program, don't think twice - just do it!! Thank you Charles, Phillip, Grant, Lola and everyone else there that helps to keep the NAOS ship running!!

Naos has THE MOST BEAUTIFUL YACHTS! They're like- or are brand new (I didn't ask, I only indulged!) We had a super fun day with their impressive appointments. We thoroughly enjoyed our day out and the skipper was terrific. Naos Yacht cannot be beaten for their amenities and wonderful staff. I'll only use them from here on out.

We were completely thrilled with our experience with NAOS! I was actually online looking for a simple sunset tour, or something similar, and came across the NAOS site. I saw the introductory sailing tour and thought...we've been on speed boats, cruise ships, kayaks, but never a sailboat, that sounds like it could be fun. I gave them a call, and by the end of my conversation with Phillip I was ready to go right then! The very next day Grant had us set up to sail that same afternoon. These two guys were so friendly and enthusiastic, it's obvious that they love what they do and enjoy sharing the sailing experience with others. Phillip was our captain and had us relaxed and laughing before we even set foot on the boat, which by the way, was absolutely incredible!!! We met and enjoyed our adventure with another couple and had the most amazing time. Beginner sailing skills, breathtaking views, and so much fun!!! Huge thanks to Phillip for sharing his passion with us. We WILL be back!!!

Naos entire team was fantastic to work with in purchase and post purchase of my Oceanis '41. Had an issue with rigging post purchase and the customer support was fast and fair. Naos by far is the best based on 15 years of owning boats.

Naos has provided us outstanding service since we walked in to meet Phillip to buy our Oceanas 35 almost 3 years ago! Since then, the Naos team have taken us in, not only as owners of a Beneteau, but as members of a very special family. Any questions, any problems, are handled and dealt with without delay. The premier BENETEAU and Lagoon Catamarans dealership on the West Coast is expanding to the San Francisco Bay Area. On November 1st, 2022 Naos Yachts was offered the exciting opportunity to open a new BENETEAU and Lagoon boat dealership in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Naos Yachts opens new office in Channel Islands Harbor

MARINA DEL REY — Naos Yachts, Inc ., headquartered in Marina del Rey, with an office in Honolulu, Hawaii, announces the opening of an office in Channel Islands Harbor. The new office will represent Beneteau sailing yachts and Lagoon catamarans, as well as pre-owned sail and powerboats.

The new Naos location will also offer charters on a new Lagoon catamaran and is the local SailTime base. The team from Naos Yachts will be hosting the Beneteau Boat Show from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., on March 5-6 at the docks in front of their office at 3141 S. Victoria Avenue in Oxnard.

“We are very excited about the opportunity to become part of the Channel Islands/Ventura/Santa Barbara boating community,” said Capt. Greg Farah, manager of the Naos Yachts office in Oxnard. 

New sailboats featured at the boat show will include: Beneteau Sense 50, Beneteau Oceanis 45, Beneteau Oceanis 38 Performance version, Beneteau Oceanis 37, Beneteau Oceanis 31, Beneteau First 25 and First 22 and Lagoon 400S2 catamaran. Also, the Beneteau Swift Trawler 34 powerboat will be on display.

In addition to the yachts on display, Naos Yachts will present seminars on sail trim at 1:30 p.m. on March 5 and on new hull shapes and design on March 6 at 1:30 p.m., as well as daily seminars on Cruising the Channel Islands.

Attendees interested in purchasing a new yacht will be able to register to sail on the Lagoon 400S2 and the Beneteau Oceanis 37. To register for a test sail, contact Capt. Farah at [email protected] or at 310-999-8200.

Raffle prizes and refreshments will be offered throughout the day.
