1968 E G van de Stadt Rebel 41
The Rebel 41 was ahead of its time, built in the early days of solid layup fiberglass and fitted with a fin keel and balanced rudder for better sailing performance. She also has the original furling boom from 1968! She's currently rigged for flaking the sail over the boom but I've been tempted to try and get the furling boom working again.

The Rebel 41 is a very heavy sailboat which is a reasonably good performer. It is reasonably stable / stiff and has an excellent righting capability if capsized. It is best suited as a heavy bluewater cruising boat.
