Accommodation

Motor yacht Quantum provides accommodation for up to 9 guests in 4 spacious cabins consisting of two double bed cabins and two twin cabins with 1 Pullman bed included. The cabins are incredible and guests can enjoy a steam shower that is located in the master bedroom. For further enjoyment and relaxation, guests can get out onto the bow of the yacht where there is a jacuzzi and large sun pads for sunbathing. While inside, guests can open the beautiful hardtop sunroof to let the sun in or gaze at the stars while eating a meal or lounging around.

38m Broward motor yacht Quantum sold

The 38 metre Broward motor yacht Quantum has been sold in-house by Merle Wood & Associates with Jarret Hiebert representing both buyer and seller.

Built in aluminium by US yard Broward Marine to ABS class, Quantum was delivered in 1989 with refits in 1995 and 2015. In 2018, her entire interior was replaced with new fabrics and materials while her exterior was painted navy blue.

Accommodation, in an interior designed by Susan Puleo , is configured for eight guests in four cabins comprising a main deck master suite, VIP suite, a double and a twin, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.

In the full-beam main saloon there is a dining area aft with seating for up to eight guests at an extendable table and there are lacquered wood cabinets for storage of glassware, china and cutlery. Forward is comfortable seating in recently upholstered settees of soothing cream hues in front of a large curved Sony television.

The large aft deck is well equipped for al fresco entertaining and dining with built-in upholstered seating, a table and a full wet bar. Above in the skylounge, guests can enjoy a full wet bar with stools, comfortable seating alongside an entertainment centre including a TV and a surround sound system. 

Outdoors, the upper deck features a garden area with wooden seating, ideal for quiet moments or intimate conversations.

Twin 1,400hp Detroit Diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 15 knots and a maximum speed of 17 knots.

Quantum was asking $4,700,000.

With the launch in 2014, luxury motor yacht QUANTUM BLUE is an impressive 104-metre (341'2 foot) vessel built by the leading German shipyard Lürssen. The striking mega yacht PROJECT QUANTUM BLUE has been superbly penned by acclaimed Tim Heywood, and the interiors are from the renowned Alberto Pinto. Featuring a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the 104-metre Lürssen luxury yacht QUANTUM BLUE boasts an impressive beam of 16.8m (55'12''). Built to Lloyds Register PYC classification society rules, she can achieve a maximum speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots. The accommodation sleeps a total of 14 guests over 7 en-suite cabins, with a crew of 18 for excellent service throughout the journey.

The spacious lower deck swim platform provides an extensive sunbathing area beside the water, which is also perfect for spreading out with the water toys. The swim platform connects through to the lower deck beach club, and two staircases ascend to the main deck aft, where there is a C-shaped sofa and coffee table partially placed in the shade, with room close to the doors into the main salon providing enough space for an alfresco dining area.

The upper deck places a sofa/sunbed combination close to the aft balustrades for sunshine and excellent views. Beneath the bridge deck overhang, there is an elegant alfresco dining setting to seat the whole group. Side walkways lead around to the flush foredeck, which is designed as a helipad and can be used as a sunbathing or socialising area when clear. The bridge deck aft has a similar setup to the deck below with a sunbed close to the stern, and room for a casual outdoor lounge in the shade.

Up on the sundeck aft, another sofa/sunbed lines the stern and there is room on both sides to use as an observation area. The swimming pool is placed on the sundeck forward and is placed between two large sunbeds for drying off in the sunshine with spectacular views.

104M QUANTUM BLUE Specifications

The interiors are the work of Alberto Pinto and the layout has yet to be revealed by the shipyard.

The twin 20V 4000 M93L engines for M/Y QUANTUM BLUE provide a top speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 14 guests over 7 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 5 double cabins and 1 double cabin convertible to a twin. ~ The expert crew of 18 will ensure that every guest is well taken care of throughout their time on board.

Luxury mega yacht QUANTUM charter rates: Her low season rate in June and September is just around 45,000 Eur/week with high season prices being 55,000 Eur/week. The prices on MY QUANTUM start at 39,000 Eur however and this is for all periods out of season.  The local VAT/PDV which is usually around 13% comes on top with APA Expenses set from 30-40% depending on the number of charter guests, planned itinerary and service requirements.  Special offers, negotiated deals and last minute discounts are available on request. 

Luxury crewed motor yacht QUANTUM is fully air conditioned throughout. This is a non-smoking vessel. QUANTUM's experienced super yacht charter crew of up to 4including the captain, chef, hostess and engineer, have a separate head and shower and companionway. A 5th crew member can be reserved on request. Yacht Charter guests may not be allowed to bring pets on-board.

Super Yacht TENDER: Private charter yacht QUANTUM has a fast jet tender on board suitable for both luxury on shore transfers as well as water based activities. Luxury Crewed Motor Yacht itineraries: Superyacht QUANTUM, is usually cruising in the Adriatic sea between the port of Zadar and Dubrovnik with optional ONE WAY charters towards Montenegro.  Pick up in Italy around Venice may also be arranged on request.  More extensive itineraries including one way yacht charters are available on request and subjec to owner's and captain's agreement. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 1,200 nautical miles from her 30,000 litre fuel tanks at 14 knots. Her low draft of 1.6m/5'3" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. Quantum H features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels.

Equipped with a selection of water-toys Quantum H lets you and your guests turn the Mediterranean into your own private playground. Principle among these is a towable toy offering fun and adventure. Also there are two waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Additionally, there is a SEABOB, offering a truly remarkable experience that lets you skim along the surface or swim with the fishes quietly and safely. If that isn't enough Quantum H also features wakeboards, fishing equipment and snorkelling equipment. Quantum H features three tenders, but leading the pack is a 8.3m/27'3" Hunton RIB to transport you in style.

Motor Yacht

Quantum of Solace is one of the defining projects of Turquoise Yachts, and is still inspiring new designs at the yard after her launch in 2012. Other such elements include the spa, which is positioned next to a sea platform which extends 90 degrees over the water to bring owners closer to the ocean. Here, those on board can make the most of a steamroom, shower, spa pool, treatment room and a spacious area for yoga.

These open spaces feature a relaxed, comfortable yet modern approach to interior styling, with a mixture of light woods and fabrics with contemporary furniture moving through the various characters of the yacht’s individual areas.

Quantum of Solace offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 cabins; consisting of a full-beam Owner’s suite on the bridge deck, as well as five guest cabins on the main deck.

Marko began sailing at 5 years old in the Optimist class and began his career as a Yacht Captain at the age of 18. Skippering numerous yachts, he gained experience, professionalism, responsibility, reliability and resourcefulness. He is a hard worker and a problems solver with a can-do attitude; and his knowledge of engines and electrics/electronics are sufficient to handle all situations. Safety is paramount to Captain Kus and he is determined to provide guests with the perfect nautical experience so that they can feel comfortable, as well as safe at sea. He holds a STCW Master of Commercial Yacht up to 500GT (unlimited navigation) certificate issued by the Kingdom of Belgium, along with RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Ocean commercially endorsed under STCW code. He is also a RYA Cursing Instructor and an IYT Yachtmaster Offshore (sail and power) Instructor with numerous STCW Training courses an the ISAF Offshore Safety Course.

Edis Mustendagic

Edis was born and raised in Rijeka, where he successfully completed his formal culinary education. He began his career in one of the famous fine dining restaurants in Croatia – Bevanda in Opatija. Before joining the yachting industry in 2019, he has worked as Chef and Executive Chef in several hotels and luxurious restaurants in Croatia, Germany and Denmark. Edis specializes in Mediterranean & International cuisine. He also masters specific requests, such as Kosher meals. Beside Croatian, he fluently speaks English, German and has basic knowledge of Danish. Creative, friendly and enthusiastic, Edis is very passionate about his cuisine and eager to tailor any culinary request and to give guests the perfect dining experience. On his spare time he likes biking, recreational swimming and fitness.

Mislav Mikas

Mislav joined the crew of QUANTUM in May 2019. Prior to entering the yachting industry, he graduated the Maritime High School Zadar as a deck cadet. Mislav realized that his love of engineering was drawing him more and more, so in 2016 enrolled on an Engineer Officer of the Watch course at Adria Libar Maritime Training Center in Šibenik. During his training, Mislav worked on bulk carriers, crude ships and ferries, all of which were completely different experiences, but gave him vast maritime knowledge and ability to adopt any situation and solve any given task in quick and efficient manner. In his spare time Mislav enjoys fishing and recreational sailing.

Nikolina Jurjevic

Nikolina’s educational background is in tourism and hospitality management. She has worked in many different positions in hospitality before joining the yacht industry, from waitressing to working as a hotel receptionist. After joining the yacht charter industry, in addition to the usual hostessing skills, Nikolina has gained valuable experience working as a deckhand also, which makes her a valuable and polyvalent crew member. She is a cheerful and positive person and loves the social aspect of yacht charter, meeting new people and exploring different places is what drew her to the industry. For her, good communication and teamwork are the foundations of every great charter experience. In her spare time, she loves to engage in outdoor activities like trekking and biking
