A  gulet  ( Turkish pronunciation:  [ɡuˈlet] ) is a traditional design of a two-masted or three-masted wooden sailing vessel (the most common design has two masts) from the  southwestern coast  of Turkey, particularly built in the coastal towns of  Bodrum  and  Marmaris ; although similar vessels can be found all around the eastern  Mediterranean . Today, this type of vessel, varying in size from 14 to 35 metres, is popular for tourist charters. For considerations of crew economy, diesel power is now almost universally used and many are not properly rigged for sailing.

Fethiye’s position on the Turkish Riviera makes it a great spot to explore the beauties of both the Aegean and the Mediterranean all the way to Antalya.   Even though it doesn’t have a huge harbour, the routes out of Fethiye offer history, nature and adventure. Sail this 28-meter gulet with two master cabins and four double for up to 12 passengers in style. The cabins offer generous space, allowing passengers to have a private space with en-suite cabins with a hairdryer. The main cabin area is spacious, with a TV, DVD player, and air-conditioning. The master cabins also come with a mini-bar for extra comfort. The indoor salon offers a generous dual seating area, one side with a table for dining and the other as a settee for relaxing indoors. The rear deck offers a stunning alfresco dining experience with sizeable crescent seating and a semi-circular table, allowing a relaxed dining experience. How does charter Agreement work ?

Once your chosen Gulet yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard Gulet Broker Yachting charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the gulet’s central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

Payment Options

We will require a 50 % deposit of the gulet rental to secure your reservation in Turkey, this is payable by bank transfer. The remaining balance including food monies, is payable 5 weeks before departure by bank transfer or alternatively the full amount may be paid in cash on arrival.

Port taxes and mooring fees in Turkish territorial waters, transitlog, yacht insurance, fuel fee for 4 hours daily cruise time, cleaning and staff service are included in the price.

Food and drinks, port taxes and mooring fees in Greek territorial waters, fuel fees for cruising longer than 4 hours per day, fuel fees for water sports and land tours, VAT are not included in the price.

When your tour details become clear, we confirm the boat between the dates you specify in accordance with availability by receiving 50% prepayment. The remaining payment can be made when you arrive on the boat before the Tour starts.

Boarding time is at 15.00 (03.00 PM) in all our tours. Departure from the boat is 09:30 AM after breakfast on the last day. After that, the boat is prepared for our next tour guests. Bookings are usually taken from Saturday to next Saturday. On other days, boarding and landing are covered by ask&sell. You can contact Charter by Dorist team for detailed information.

Start and finish the tour from different regions are covered by ask&sell. If the previous tour finish location and the next tour start location are available to start and finish the tour in different regions, you can start or finish the tour from different ports for an additional fee. If you want to shop for food, you can do it yourself. Or you can request the shopping service from our team. All-inclusive menus calculated per person are prepared if shopping is done by us. You can contact Charter by Dorist team for menu prices and detailed information.

Yes, we can. If you have a request for a special menu or a special diet menu, you must inform us in writing at least 2 weeks before the tour date.

All our yachts are covered by insurance. It cover 3 individuals to a certain limit. Our guests who wish can make their own personal health and travel insurance.

Passports belonging to our guests who will participate in foreign tours must cover at least one month after the end of the tour. Our guests must have visas and health insurance that will be valid for tours. All documents must be fully approved and transmitted to us before the date of the tour. All documents that may be required during foreign tours are our guests' own responsibility.

There is no need for crewed sail charters. But on sailboats that are allowed to rent without a crew, it is mandatory to submit the license document at the time of booking.

The tip rate is usually between 5% and 10% of the tour price. Tips are given to the captain to be evenly distributed among the staff team.

We recommend buying small suitcases to take up little space in cabins or soft bags to be practical. You can also buy a swimsuit, clothes that you can relax in, and cardigans for evenings that can be cool.

Yes, you can join private yacht charters with your baby.

It depends on the state of the obstacle. But cabin toilets are not suitable for wheelchair use, as the boat's internal and external stairs are narrow. We ask our disabled guests to inform us of their special status at the time of booking.

According to the rules, pets are not allowed on our boats.

Smoking is not allowed in closed areas inside the boat; in the hall and cabins. Our guests who smoke can drink in the open area.

How does charter Agreement work ? Once your chosen Gulet yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard Gulet Broker Yachting charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the gulet’s central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

Payment Options We will require a 50 % deposit of the gulet rental to secure your reservation in Turkey, this is payable by bank transfer. The remaining balance including food monies, is payable 5 weeks before departure by bank transfer or alternatively the full amount may be paid in cash on arrival.

Built in 2014, We have entirely renovated Kayhan 5 Gulet for your comfort. It offers accommodation for 12 guests in air-conditioned cabins, Kayhan 5 yacht has 2 Master, 2 Double, 2 Twin cabins. Each cabin has a separate WC and shower unit.

The aft deck features a large cushioned seating area, dining table, and dining area. There is a separate dining table in the living room, and the crew prepares your meals in a fully equipped separate kitchen. Gulet Kayhan 5 provides sufficient sunbathing cushions and space for all its guests. In the hall and all cabins, there is a TV, DVD, music system.

Separate cabins are available to accommodate 5 staff who accompany you throughout your journey. The crew, consisting of captains, cooks, sailors, and service personnel, organizes meals, cleaning, maintenance, and daily activities throughout the tour and retreats to their cabins when they do not have a job for guests’ comfort.

Gulet Kayhan 5, she is 28 meters long and able to accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 cabins ( 2 Master + 2 Double + 2 Twin ) for a comfortable holiday with your family or friends. Each cabin has an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC.

One of the few recently built gulets; the Luxury gulet Kayhan 3 offers very comfortable surroundings for a carefree gulet holiday along the beautiful turquoise waters of Turkey’s southwest coast. The modern light-filled saloon and the interior décor of the five cabins display a light touch in wood paneling and white textile ceilings.

The master cabin on Turkish gullet Kayhan 3 is located aft of the saloon and galley, while the two large triples with walk-around double bed and a single bed, and the two twin cabins, are grouped together forward of the saloon, offering a family or a group a range of options for accommodation. The private bathrooms for each cabin have modern fittings, and each cabin enjoys its own TV system and has air-conditioning available. On deck, the space afforded by the full 26-meter length is apparent in the number of areas for relaxing on the gulet cruise, from the square seating and low table at the bow, the personal sunbeds on the mid-deck, to the aft deck dining table and luxuriously cushioned bench shaded under the extended roof. The seats and sunbeds forward may be open to the sun or shaded on request throughout the holiday cruise.
