The Com-Pac 27-2 is built in the traditional Hutchins style, with bronze ports, bronze deck hardware, and extensive teak. She is fast, tracks straight, maneuvers tightly, and accelerates easily. Her balanced ends offer agile performance even in light air. She turns within her own length, and motors as well as she sails. The 6-foot 10-inch cockpit with port and starboard seat lockers also has wet storage under a contoured helmsman's seat. Wide decks and cabin top provide plenty of room for sail-handling. The Com-Pac 27-2's interior allows standing head room, six berths and an enclosed head with optional hot water shower. A full galley, hanging locker and storage space helps to satisfy the needs of a cruising family. Three hatches and eight opening ports ensure ample ventilation and a bright, airy atmosphere below. Her two-cylinder, fresh-water cooled diesel, or her powerful sail plan with standard 135 per cent roller furling Genoa, smoothly propel the Com-Pac 27-2 through crowded harbors or across open water.

"HAJIME" is a Com-Pac 27 FT Sailboat As Is. She was manufactured by Hutchins Co, Inc in Clearwater, FL in 1987. Her seaworthy design mimics island packet yachts and has remained unchanged for 29 years. Her overall length with bowsprit is 29.5 FT, Beam is 9/5 FT, Draft is 3/5 FT and displacement is 6000 LBS. She has a 10HP Universal Diesel that runs well. She has a 50 gallon fresh water tank and 13 gallon Diesel tank. A fully enclosed head and shower with hot and cold pressurized water system. Two (2) large deck hatches and six (6) opening ports with two (2) dorades allow for a lot of ventilation. She was uhauled out and pained 10 years ago with no blistering and her rudder inspected. All looked perfect. This is a roomy boat that can sleep 4 comfortably but has capacity for 6. A 7 FT cockpit with large seat lockers provides outstanding storage and access to tankage, steering, and propeller shaft maintenance. Quality construction, materials and hardware provides above average quality and cruising comfort. Considering the age, the boat is in very good condition. I want to make a note that we just had the boat inspected on Friday, August 7th. We were told the bottom had no blistering and that the paint was thick and in Great condition! **We are motivated sellers and will consider reasonable offers** Location of boat is Madeira Beach, FL. Description.

1997 Compac 27 located in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Maneuvers very well and tight, both under sail and motor. It's a fast boat. Large cockpit for the boat's size (6'10) with port and starboard seat lockers.

Very good ventilation and lots of light with three large hatches and eight opening ports.

The bimini, sails and sail cover are all in like new condition. Boat has been serviced and maintained well.
