Luxury yacht 'Delta One' promises the yachting vacation of a lifetime. Her high-volume design, exceptional outdoor areas and impressive amenities make her a stand-out charter platform.

'Delta One' is a 118'1 /  36m motor yacht available for charter. She has 10 cabins for up to five guests, a large beach club and a spacious sundeck with a jacuzzi and swim-up bar. She was built in 2017 by Dutch yard Mulder. Her interiors are fresh and modern, and they have been designed by Vickers Studio. Her rugged exterior styling is by Claydon Reeves.

Guest Accommodation

Delta One's  interior layout sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 rooms, including a master suite, 4 double cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience. Timeless styling, beautiful furnishings and sumptuous seating feature throughout to create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.

Delta One's  impressive leisure and entertainment facilities make her the ideal charter yacht for socialising and entertaining with family and friends.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

A charter on Delta One is comfortable and convenient thanks to the provided amenities, notably the pool, useful to practice your technique or just cool off. Make your day truly exceptional at the beach club plus you can visit the well-equipped gym so that you can keep up with your fitness routine at sea. Soak up the bubbles in style in the deck jacuzzi.

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you, notably Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. You can stay comfortable on board whatever the weather, with air conditioning during your charter.

Performance & Range

She is built with Aluminium hull and Aluminium superstructure. With a cruising speed of 12.5 knots, a maximum speed of 18 knots and a range of 2,200nm from her 32,000 litre fuel tanks, she is the perfect combination of performance and luxury.

Set against the backdrop of your chosen cruising ground, you and your guests can enjoy fun on the water with the collection of water toys and accessories aboard Delta One. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. In addition there are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Additionally, there are two SEABOBs, that allow you to skim along the surface or steer under the crystal water and experience life swimming with the fish. If that isn't enough Delta One also features fishing equipment and inflatable water toys. When it's time to travel from land to see, it couldn't be easier with a Tender.

Delta One is available upon request for charter this summer. She is already accepting bookings this winter for cruising in the Mediterranean.

New price for 36m Mulder Shipyard motor yacht Delta One ahead of Palma International Boat Show

The 36-metre motor yacht Delta One , listed for sale with central agent Maarten ten Holter of Mulder Yachting, is now asking €14,900,000 (VAT paid) as she heads to the Palma International Boat Show.

Built in aluminium in the Netherlands by Mulder Shipyard and delivered in 2017, Delta One is a ThirtySix model, designed by Claydon Reeves. Her Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF) is by naval architects Van Oossanen and the interior design was worked up by Vickers Studio.

Accommodation is for a party of up to 10 guests and includes a full-beam owner's suite forward on the main deck, with a wonderful skylight over the bed and private foredeck access. Of the four further guest cabins on the  lower deck, two have additional Pullman berths while a full-beam cabin is effectively a second master suite. There are quarters for a crew of up to six, including the captain.

Delta One' s saloon is bright thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and benefits from a sit-up bar and plenty of comfortable low-profile seating. A large dining area forward offers uninterrupted views and enjoys a semi-al fresco feel thanks to the fold-out side balcony. A distinctive and fun design feature is a tyre-tread-patterned sole that extends across the saloon, reaching out onto the teak deck. Further subtle car-influenced details, such as bedside clocks, are found around the yacht, giving additional character.

Winner of a World Superyachts Award in 2018, Delta One sports all the features one would find on a larger superyacht, effortlessly packaged into a handsome exterior profile, with plumb bow. Her large aft deck offers plenty of shade for welcome cocktails or an al fresco meal while the generously proportioned beach club, reached via twin staircases, invites guests to swim or relax at sea level, making use of its seating area, day head and shower.

Up on the large sundeck is a further al fresco dining table as well as an eight-person Jacuzzi, a wet bar and sunbeds. The sundeck connects directly to the wheelhouse, through a companionway, so guests can easily get involved or request a change of plan.

A transverse garage has space to stow a 6.5-metre tender and a pair of jet skis as well as water toys. With charter potential, the commercially registered 298GT yacht for sale is powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines that give her a top speed of 17 knots, a cruising speed of 15 knots and a "transatlantic range" at an economical speed of 10 knots.

Delta One is now asking €14,900,000. She will be on display at the Palma International Boat Show.

DELTA ONE’s oversized beach club with a dayhead and shower is the place to be for those who want to play in the sea. Charter guests can dive in for a swim or enjoy the motor yacht’s extensive toy chest.

The charter yacht’s interior will make guests feel at home with its plush furnishings and welcoming ambiance. Floor-to-ceiling windows enrich the space with natural light and provide panoramic views of the destination. DELTA ONE’s main deck living spaces are perfect for relaxing and socializing. The yacht showcases a beautiful main salon that flows to an inviting bar area and formal dining. The formal dining has a fold-out balcony that brings the seascape in for a truly unique dining experience.

Five spacious and beautifully appointed staterooms accommodate 10 guests aboard DELTA ONE. The yacht’s master suite is a haven complete with a secluded bow seating area, perfect for enjoying the horizon’s tranquil views. The stateroom is also accompanied by a lavish en-suite bath, an office/study and a large wardrobe. The charter yacht’s additional guest staterooms include three king-bed staterooms and a double-bed stateroom — each with an en-suite bath.

Modern all-aluminium motor yacht DELTA ONE (ex.BN 105) is the first hull in the Mulder ThirtySix series and was built by Dutch shipyard Mulder with a launch in 2017. Her design features a plumb bow, large square windows in the hull and a raised pilothouse with naval architecture from Van Oossanen and the exterior and interior styling by Claydon Reeves with Vickers Studio also collaborating on the interiors. The accommodation sleeps up to 10 guests over five en-suite cabins with a crew of five for excellent service.

The main deck aft cockpit provides a large shaded alfresco dining area and lounge with two L-shaped sofas coupled with large drinks tables facing forward. Staircases connect to the swim platform and beach club below, while port and starboard walkways will take guests past the fold-down terrace beside the formal dining area and up to the sunbed on the foredeck and a loveseat on the bow.

The bridge deck centrepiece is the Jacuzzi to the aft which features a swim-up bar and a massive sunpad to the stern. The raised central section beneath the hardtop hosts a port C-shaped sofa with an alfresco dining table, and an L-shaped sofa and drinks table opposite. The forward staircase leads down into the bridge, which becomes another interior salon while at anchor.

The lower deck layout is comprised of the crew accommodation and mess in the bow, with a separate staircase for access to the amidships guest accommodation. Aft of amidships is the engine room followed by the side-loading tender garage and the beach club with a wet bear in the stern.

On the main deck, the forward full-beam Master suite provides a tranquil retreat with day beds beside the windows, a spacious forward bathroom and an office/study where guest have access to a large wardrobe.

The main deck salon contains a formal dining area forward to seat 10 guests and a wet bar with four seats divides the social spaces, placing the lounge to the aft. The port sofa can also be used as a day bed and a second sofa is placed opposite.

The port corridor passes the formal dining area to a staircase to the bridge, and guests can pass through and use the stairs to the bridge deck alfresco lounge or relax on the corner sofas, resting drinks on the table and taking in the forward views.

A pair of Caterpillar C-18 diesel engines produces 1,136 HP for a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots.

Delta One ’s vertical bow, high bulwarks, and protected foredeck have an oceangoing, almost ship-like look, and for a 118-foot yacht, it is impressive. The vessel is one of the few yachts its size with transatlantic range, and on its North Sea trials, the yacht successfully battled 13-foot-high waves and Force Six winds. Despite the weather, Mulder’s all-aluminum yacht still managed to reach a top end of 16.8 knots, with a 15-knot cruising speed.

The fast-displacement hull by Van Oossanen Naval Architects is designed for tough conditions and long distances, but U.K. designer Claydon Reeves made sure Delta One could dish out maximum R&R in sunny climes. “We pushed hard to redefine what can be achieved in a vessel under 300 gross tons,” said Mike Reeves, one of the designers.

On the sky bridge, an eight-person Jacuzzi, wet bar, dining table, sun beds, and lounges are protected by a hardtop for jaunts through the Mediterranean and Caribbean. The designers also made full use of the yacht’s 26-foot beam, particularly in the open-plan saloon and forward in the master suite. With walk-in closets and an en-suite bathroom, the master also offers private access to a seating area in the bow. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the saloon and dining area enhance natural light, and a foldout terrace adds another meaning to alfresco dining. Another differentiator on this yacht is the full-headroom beach club with its own bar and day head. For its size, Delta One will be a great example of what can be accomplished in the mini-superyacht class.

Adobe threatens to sue Nintendo emulator Delta for its look-alike logo

Delta debuted a new one, though it promised a final version in the future..

Delta , an emulator that can play Nintendo games, had to change its logo after Adobe threatened legal action. You'd think it would face trouble from Nintendo, seeing as it has been going after emulators these days, but no. It's Adobe who's going after the developer, which told TechCrunch that it first received an email from the company's lawyer on May 7. Adobe warned Delta that their logos are too similar, with its app icon infringing on the well-known Adobe "A," and asked it to change its logo so it wouldn't violate the company's rights. Delta reportedly received an email from Apple, as well, telling the developer that Adobe asked it to take down the emulator app.

If you'll recall, Apple started allowing retro game emulators on the App Store, as long as they don't offer pirated games for download. Delta was one of the first to be approved for listing and was at the top of Apple's charts for a while, which is probably why it caught Adobe's attention. At the time of writing, it sits at number six in the ranking for apps in Entertainment with 17,100 ratings.

The developer told both Adobe and Apple that its logo was a stylized version of the Greek letter "delta," and not the uppercase letter A. Regardless, it debuted a new logo , which looks someone took a sword to its old one to cut it in half. It's a temporary solution, though — the developer said it's releasing the "final" version of its new logo when Delta 1.6 comes out.

Students can explore a range of healthcare careers at Camp Health and Wellness, learn new athletic skills at basketball or volleyball camps, or find something else of interest at one of nine teen summer camps planned by The Rock Center for Youth Development. 

Is your teen interested in a career in healthcare, but not exactly sure what they want to pursue? They can explore over 20 healthcare career paths during Camp Health and Wellness , June 18 - 20.

Camp Health and Wellness is designed to introduce students, entering grades 9 – 12, to various careers within the health sciences field. Campers will attend hands-on sessions led by local health professionals, college and career center instructors.

Camp is held on Delta College main campus from 9:30am – 1:30pm each day. Campers will have an opportunity to be trained in adult CPR and learn about professional and employment skills. Lunch will be provided all three days of camp.

This four-day intensive camp is for the player who has college aspirations! Campers will participate in a variety of skills-building sessions, one-on-one matchups, skills tests and progression reports. Players are encouraged to bring their own basketball. At the end of camp, there will be an awards ceremony, a game showcasing their newly honed skills and a photoshoot for lasting memories. Each camper will also receive a detailed plan for what they need to improve on as they continue their journey toward collegiate athletics.

Teams choose between a one-day or two-day camp. One-day teams are guaranteed three games and two-day teams are guaranteed six games. Build trust and learn strategies in a competitive atmosphere. Teams will have opportunities to participate in detailed talks with Delta College women’s basketball coaching staff.

Volleyball Summer Camps

All camps are held on the Delta College main campus in Pioneer Gym and are led by the Delta College volleyball head coach, associate coach and former and current players of the Delta College volleyball team.

Camp shirts are included, but they are not guaranteed for late registrants. All campers should bring appropriate athletic shoes, kneepads, a reusable water bottle and their coachable positive attitudes!

This three-day youth volleyball camps will focus on all aspects of volleyball including concepts of defensive and serve receive tactics and the fundamentals of passing, attacking, serving and more. This one-day volleyball camp will focus on running a high school offense, but it will also include some defense and attacking strategies (being a well-rounded athlete is crucial). Campers will work on all tempos and incorporate traditional footwork as well as promote jump-setting.

This one-day volleyball camp will focus on improving attack techniques including approach, transition and swing. Campers will get comfortable doing “fun runs” and learn specific tactics such as tooling a block or handling a non-perfect set.

Out of an abundance of caution, slides were deployed and passengers still on board deplaned via the rear of the aircraft,” a Delta spokesperson said in a statement to USA TODAY. “Passengers were fully evacuated, and those deplaned to the ramp returned to the terminal via the ramp stairs. All passengers exited to customs in the International Arrivals Facility for regular processing. The aircraft has been removed from service for inspection and maintenance.”

According to Delta, the plane involved in the incident was less than two years old. The airline and the Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the incident.

House excludes hemp from 2024 Farm Bill draft. What does this mean for delta-8 in Texas?

Consumable hemp product use is sky-high in Texas.

Arguably one of the biggest loopholes in legislation, delta-8 and THCa sales are reaching new heights in Texas as users learn its effects are eerily similar to cannabis.

In just three years, the market for delta-8 THC and other hemp-derived cannabinoids has increased nearly 1,300% from $200.5 million in sales in 2020 to nearly $2.8 billion in 2023, according to a recent report from cannabis analytics firm Brightfield Group. In Texas alone, the number of registered retailers of hemp-derived products jumped from 1,948 in 2020 to more than 7,700 active registrations as of May 2024, according to Texas Tribune.

It might seem straightforward that a successful product should remain on the shelves, but that's not necessarily the prevailing sentiment among U.S. Congress members as they prepare for a new Farm Bill.

Why is hemp being debated in the Farm Bill?

For the first time ever, the 2014 Farm Bill included hemp in legislation . The bill included a provision, known as Section 7606, that allowed for the cultivation of industrial hemp for research purposes under certain conditions.

A step further in 2018, the Farm Bill removed hemp from the Controlled Substances, effectively legalizing the cultivation, processing and sale of hemp and hemp-derived products at the federal level. Regulations required that these products be distinct from cannabis and have a "THC concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis." The 2018 Farm Bill also authorized the U.S. Department of Agriculture to establish a regulatory framework for hemp production, including guidelines for licensing, testing, and compliance.

However, the inclusion of hemp in the Farm Bill primarily focused on its potential as an agricultural commodity, particularly for fiber, seeds and extracts like CBD. Legislators failed to anticipate the wide array of consumable products made possible by hemp, which contains cannabinoids like delta-8 and THCa.

2024 Farm Bill: SNAP cuts, school lunches and crop protections

As usage of consumable hemp products soars, government officials are now wary. In late March, 21 attorney generals across the U.S. sent a letter to Congressional agriculture committees, urging them to more specifically define hemp products in the new bill.

"As Congress prepares to embark on a new five-year reauthorization of the Farm Bill, we strongly urge your committees to address the glaring vagueness created in the 2018 Farm Bill that has led to the proliferation of intoxicating hemp products across the nation and challenges to the ability for states and localities to respond to the resulting health and safety crisis," the letter states. "The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 seemed clear at the time in its intentions—reintroducing industrial hemp as an agricultural commodity, while maintaining existing federal prohibitions on cannabis products and their use.

"Nevertheless, bad actors have exploited the 2018 Farm Bill’s definition of hemp, its protection of derivatives of that plant, and a wrongly perceived federal pre-emption against state-level regulation of these products," the letter added.

What is Delta-8 and THCa?

Delta-8 and THCa, or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, are both incredibly similar products to the standard THC product that is illegal in Texas.

Both have a slightly different chemical structure than the regular production, delta-9, which is commonly known as marijuana, cannabis, or weed. The only difference between delta-8 and delta-9 is that the location of a double bond occurs on the eighth carbon versus the ninth.

If excluded, will hemp-derived products like delta-8 become illegal in Texas?

It's not necessarily true that Delta-8 and other hemp-derived products will become illegal if hemp is merely excluded from the upcoming Farm Bill. However, if committee members define the product more tightly, it's possible.

Regardless of its place in the new Farm Bill, state officials are already looking to tighten restrictions on "intoxicating hemp" products. According to a recent report from the American-Statesman, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick released a list last month  with a set of legislative directives for the remainder of the year . Among them is revisiting the Senate's 2019 decision that allowed the initial sales of cannabis-derived products in Texas as a new hemp industry in the state emerged.

The American-Statesman added that Patrick specifically wants lawmakers to craft a ban on intoxicating products derived from delta-8 and delta-9, cannabinoids found in hemp that have a similar, albeit lesser, effect to that of THC, the cannabinoid responsible for the effects of marijuana.
