Yacht Source provides year-round charters with options to cruise the waterways, plan day trips to specific locations, and host private events such as bachelor parties, engagements, birthdays, corporate events, and any other special occasion where you want to have fun on the water in first class style.  Our fleet is made up of Blue Bonnet II, a 65’ Sea Ray Luxury Yacht, as well as Baby Bonnet, a 31’ Sea Ray SLX. Both are located at Sea Path Yacht Club in Wrightsville Beach, NC. We can host up to one charterer and 12 passengers for a total of 13 on either vessel, not including the First Mate and Captain. You should bring any beverages & snacks that you might want. We provide cold water, and have a cooler to keep your things cold. Please bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen. (We do have extras if you forget yours). Children under 12 must wear a lifejacket, which we can provide. Please show up a half hour before your charter begins.

Please leave your glassware at home, we have plastic cups on the boat. Champagne/Wine bottles are okay, but beer bottles are not. Please bring cans. 

Ladies, no heels please. Gentlemen, no dress shoes. Flip flops or tennis shoes are great. 

The price includes the boat, with a licensed captain, and a first mate who is at your disposal. (First mate works for tips) for however much time you charter it for. There are no hidden fees, or additional charges, just gratuity. You can bring up to 6 guests.

All charters are weather contingent. A $100 deposit secures your reservation. If the weather is iffy the day of your charter the Captain will be in contact with you to make a decision. If we cancel due to weather, we will refund your deposit, or you can reschedule if you would like. We don't want to keep your money if you don't go sailing.

What options do you offer?

We offer 2, 4, 6 and 8 hour cruises/charters as well as local overnight charters, destination overnight charters, and overnight stays at our dock which is conveniently located in walking distance to the bars and restaurants downtown. 

Where can I view pricing?

Most of our prices can be found by clicking this link , with the exception of our overnight bookings. We offer overnight bookings at the dock and on charter, and both of those options we quote out depending on your itinerary. Please email us through the contact form on the site or at [email protected] to learn more.

What itineraries can we do?

We have a number of itineraries available for you to choose from, and we will recommend some to you depending on the time of year and day which your cruise is, the predicted weather, and how long you book the yacht for. Some sample itineraries are a sunset cruise, a yacht party next to a nearby private island, a day trip to Bald Head Island, a yacht party at Masonboro Inlet, a cruise along Wrightsville Beach, or multiple day trips to Myrtle Beach, Ocracoke, Charleston and beyond.

​What do I need to bring?

Guests should bring any alcohol or food they'd like to eat, we should have just about everything else like all necessary safety equipment, the crew, etc. Soft drinks, water and ice are included and already onboard.  

When should I arrive?

​We recommend arriving about 15 minutes prior to your departure time so that you can get settled and receive your safety briefing before we depart.

What if I have more than 13 people?

While the Coast Guard does not allow us to carry more than 13 guests at sea, we absolutely can have a dock party with more than 13 guests. While we won't be able to leave the dock, you can still party the night away on a yacht!

What's Included?

All bookings include fuel, docking fees, the cost of the captain, his mate, and full use of the yacht and its water toys which include 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a floating dock, music throughout the boat and free internet, YoutubeTV and Netflix. If you hire the chef or hostess, their services and food will be included as well.

What's NOT Included?

The price online does NOT include tax, gratuity,  or alcohol. Food is not included unless you hire the chef. Lastly, we do not have any decorations onboard so please bring any decorations you wish to put up depending on your occasion.

Can we choose the time of our charter or cruise?  

Yes, absolutely! Any time that you want to leave and return, we can make that happen!

​What's NOT allowed?

While we want you to have the most amazing time aboard our beautiful yacht, a few things are strictly forbidden such as: Unsupervised Dock parties with more than the approved number of persons, sleeping more than 7 people onboard overnight, smoking, drugs, fireworks and flushing anything besides toilet paper down the toilets. 

​Where do I park and how much is it?

Complimentary parking is included and you will park in the Port City Marina parking. If there is a parking attendant there, let them know that you're there for a Carolina Yacht Charters cruise.  

Are children and kids allowed?

While children and kids are allowed, please know that boats do present a safety risk to our kiddos. They must always wear a live preserver and should never be allowed outside without direct adult supervision.

We have a number of things available to add on to your experience! All options must be quoted out depending on your party size and the length of your trip. Add-Ons include:

We offer hourly, half-day, full-day, and sunset cruises and extended sailing packages from our base in New Bern, North Carolina. From New Bern, we can sail the Neuse River for a relaxing time on the water. We can pull into Upper Broad Creek or Goose Creek and drop the hook for some swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or floating around. We offer brunch cruises, sunset/dinner cruises and overnighters. Join us for a relaxing day on the water and then dine at one of the many fine restaurants in New Bern. We warn you to be cautious of charters that are operating without a US Coast Guard Captain.  Those charters are actually operating against the law and most times with out proper insurance as well. We take pride in making sure we are in total compliance so you can cruise with confidence!

Our AMAZING Sea-Ray Sedan Bridge Yacht Named "Sun-Daze" has the ultimate set up, offering both luxury and a great layout for partying. This vessel can carry up to 12 passengers comfortably and has all the necessities for a great day on the lake. This vessel has a HUGE bow pad where you and your guests can lounge, Bluetooth JL Audio stereo system so you can play your favorite tunes, and it has a second story Flybridge that offers amazing views of the lake. Sun-Daze is equipped with a bathroom, kitchen/bar, and main living area with a 32 inch led smart TV so you can watch your favorite games on gameday!
