Bellissima is part of a remarkable high-performance line of Baglietto Fast Fly super yachts.  This exotic 38.8m (128ft) planing yacht was methodically designed by Francesco Paszkowski and William Dailey.  She was constructed entirely of aluminum in La Spezia, Italy embodying the sea with a royal blue hull and metallic silver superstructure.  Bellissima is powered by twin turbo MTU 4000 V12 main engines to push an exhilarating, yet astonishingly smooth 26 knot cruising speed and 30 knot top speed.  She can comfortably travel non-stop from San Diego, CA to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in 1.5 days.   

    Her elegant interior has accommodations for up to 10 guests comfortably in five ensuite staterooms and can carry up to six crew in three cabins forward.  The one and only owner has adored her for the last 20 years since being commissioned.  She has been blessed with extensive annual shipyard periods under the close watch of the current Captain who has been behind the helm for the last eight years.

As you enter the salon, dual sliding glass doors immerse you into a timeless taste of Italy felt throughout a voluminous interior. The flush deck salon flows effortlessly forward incorporating a full wet bar, card table, and formal dining arrangement.  The beautiful furnishings and large windows invite you to indulge yourself on the main deck and take pleasure in a luxurious yachting experience.        

On the aft deck, she has an al fresco dining space and convenient access to the beach club.  There are two grand staircases forward that lead you to the flybridge.  One of Bellissima's most appealing entertainment spaces is her sundeck.  The sundeck offers an array of circular settees, a wet bar central with an integrated retractable awning and customized JL audio system.

At the stern, state of the art, multi-color underwater lights set the mood and compliment a transom that converts to a fully functional beach club with stowage for all your toys, dive equipment and easy boarding access to the tender.

Baglietto design was the naval architect firm involved in the formal superyacht plans for BELLISSIMA. Her interior design was completed by Paszkowski. Baglietto and Paszkowski is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this boat. Created at Baglietto the vessel was fabricated in Italy. She was successfully launched in Varazze in 2003 before being delivered to the owner. Her hull was built out of aluminium. The motor yacht superstructure is made mostly using aluminium. With a beam of 7.8 m or 25.6 ft BELLISSIMA has reasonable room. She has a reasonably shallow draught of 2.35m (7.7ft). She had refit improvement and modification completed by 2008.

Powered by twin MTU diesel main engines, BELLISSIMA is able to attain a high speed of 30 knots. BELLISSIMA is propelled by twin screw propellers. She also has an efficient range of 1000 miles when motoring at her cruising speed of 27 knots. Her total HP is 5550 HP and her total Kilowatts are 4084.

Riva ’s new fleet member proves that big and beautiful are not mutually exclusive.

The elegant superyacht, which left the Italian builder’s La Spezia yard on Thursday, spans an imposing 130 feet and is the largest model in Riva’s flybridge range. Fittingly, it’s also the new flagship of the series.

Named after the Italian word for “very beautiful,” the Bellissima is a looker, too, showcasing expert craftsmanship, the latest technology and high design. The model was penned by Mauro Micheli of Officina Italiana Design. The Italian firm, which Micheli founded with Sergio Beratta in the late ‘90s, has designed all of Riva’s yachts for the past 27 years. The Ferretti Group (Riva’s parent company) also had a hand in the design, of course.

The Bellissima is characterized by a sleek planing hull and three simple lines that run from tip to tail. Similar to a sports car, the yacht features air intake grills, carbon fiber detailing and a dynamic hard top. It also sports extensive glazed surfaces that ensure the interiors get plenty of natural light.

With a wide body and a beam of roughly 26 feet, the Bellissima affords a generous amount of space onboard. In fact, Riva says it’s the first yacht in the range to have three “real decks” while also remaining under 300 GT. At the heart of the vessel, the main saloon offers sweeping 270-degree views, ceilings of over six feet and handsome rosewood accents. The lavish owner’s suite is located on the main deck, while four guest cabins with en suites sit on the lower deck.

Outside, the flagship’s redesigned stern area is lower and closer to the water. Spanning 645 square feet, it houses a large beach club and a cockpit. On the upper deck, meanwhile, there’s a dining area for 10 and two private balconies. Above this, the sundeck is the perfect place for cocktails. Elsewhere, there is a lounge and sun pad in the bow, along with a garage in the port-side hull for a Jet Ski, tender and seabob.

As for grunt, the Bellissima is powered by twin MTU engines that give her an estimated top speed of 22.5 knots and a cruising speed of 20 knots.

“When you see a Riva cruising on the water, a Riva Bellissima, everything stops and you can pause the world to enjoy a tailor-made miracle, an aesthetic experience that words can’t describe,” Ferretti Group CEO Alberto Galassi said in a statement .

We opted for a boat cruise with captain Tano! The scenery was too good to be true, we listen to some good soca music, we had snacks... everything was perfect! I strongly recommend!

Down d islands charter

We had chartered a yacht for 5 hrs to go down the islands and it was absolutely amazing. We had the best time and tano worked with us to organize everything to fit to suit our needs. He even gave us our full 5 hrs even though we were over an hr late. The prices are great and he made sure that everyone was having a good time. He also had a stand up paddle board and floating chair. I would definitely recommend this charter for anyone going to trinidad.

Aeronaut Bellissima Sailing Yacht – Model Boat Kit

This model is a uniquely beautiful vessel of mahogany construction. The hull is assembled from birch and mahogany plywood in a Depron jig plate. All the plywood parts are supplied laser-cut, which means that assembly can proceed very rapidly. Construction is extremely simple, and even the beginner to model-making will cope without difficulty. Removing the roof provides good access to the internal RC system components as well as the generous cabin interior. The cockpit takes the form of a watertight shell, and the whole assembly can be removed by undoing a single screw. Bellissima is an enlarged version of our Bella sailing boat. Construction of the two models is identical, but the elegant Bellissima is bigger all round.

The Bellissima is larger than the Bella by the following factors: Length approx. 50% Height approx. 30% Beam approx. 20%

The model kit contains comprehensive building instructions, plus all the wooden parts, fittings and sails required to build the model. The parts are laser-cut, with some die-cut.
