These are understood as being unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control (including weather conditions), the consequences of which could not have been avoided despite the company having acted with due diligence. In this case the consumer will receive a voucher for the amount paid, to be redeemed on another date during the season.

En la excursión de Almuerzo en el Mar, en cualquiera de los dos puertos de salida, podréis disfrutar de música ambiente durante todo el trayecto, que ameniza la travesía, así como también la posibilidad de daros un buen chapuzón tras el fondeo del capitán en, por ejemplo, Port Saplaya en caso de salida desde Valencia.
