Accommodation: Luxury Sailing Catamaran CARTOUCHE can accommodate up to 8 yacht charter guests in 4 luxuriously appointed en-suite cabins. The guests will have a total of 4 double cabins including a vast master suite. All cabins are en-suite and with their own individual air con and audio-video entertainment systems etc.

Luxury Sailing Cat CARTOUCHE super yacht crew: There are four crew members on board at all times. Southafrican captain Angelo Yon is highly experienced and motivated captain very keen to welcome you on board and allow you to experience a superyacht lifestyle like no other.  Canadian stewardess Anais Levert will ensure your stay on board is exemplary and will meticulously plan every aspect of your charter with you and your family.  The professional chef has extraoridinary menues to choose from and the deckhand will always be ready to prepare the water toys at every anchorage when required.

De-Luxe Sailing Catamaran CARTOUCHE charter prices: CARTOUCHE  super yacht charter prices start at 60,000 Euros (65,000 Eur from 2020/2021) and are as high as 65,000 Eur in high season. These rates are under MYBA terms and plus all expenses.  In some locations VAT can be charged on top. When in the Caribbean the usual charter rates are 65,000 US$'s per week plus all APA Expenses (70,000 US$'s during Christmas/NEW Year holidays).  The charter rates can be higher on special days such as NEW YEAR or during special events such as Antigua boat show or racing events such as the Buckets. Special offers, negotiated deals and last minute discounts are available on request.

Luxury sailing yacht CARTOUCHE is fully air conditioned throughout. This is a non-smoking vessel. CARTOUCHE ´s experienced super yacht charter crew of up to 4 including the captain, have a separate head and shower and companionway. Guests may not be allowed to bring pets on-board.

Luxury Sailing Catamaran CARTOUCHE TENDER: Private charter yacht CARTOUCHE has a large’ super yacht tender on board with a powerful outboard suitable for luxury transfers as well as extensive exploration of the coastline or water skiing.

De-luxe Sailing Catamaran itineraries: Luxury Sailing Catamaran CARTOUCHE is usually offering exclusive private yacht charter holidays around the breathtaking East Caribbean coastline throughout the winter months. Her favourite luxury crewed yacht charter destinations are in the British Virgin Islands or anywhere between Saint Martin and the Grenadines. One way and tandem charters in some parts of the Caribbean, including Virgin Islands, may also be offered on request. During the summer, the yacht is due to sail in the Balearics, between the islands of Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera. CAPTAIN: Charles MANDIL French STCW 95 Language: Fluent English Charles Mandil is a qualified and commercially endorsed yacht captain with an engineering background. Proudly coming from the city of yachting, Antibes France, where the sailing industry was a natural direction for such an ocean loving individual. Sailing from his young age, he started out thirteen years ago as deckhand and working his way up to Engineer he has became a Captain with over 70,000Nm and few crossings under his belt in global destinations such as the red sea, the Mediterranean, Atlantic and the Bahamas. Qualified advanced diver with huge interest in adventuring & water sports, swimming, fishing and kite surfing as an addition, he spends more time on the water than on land. With a deep appreciation of the Oceans, he prides himself for the care of health and wellbeing of our blue planet. Charles happily promotes SY Cartouche as her Captain where he aim to share his passion and provide high service. CHEF: Emanuele LANZONI Italian STCW 95 Culinary High School Diploma Italian food hygiene certificate Level 2 Language: Fluent English Emanuele is a 41 years old Italian chef with more than 20 years experienced and a strong sense of responsibility. The covid pandemia pushed him to face new challenges and approach the yachting industry. Since 2020 he is a private chef, working on yachts, private villas and mountain chalets. That gave him the opportunity to travel and work in different parts of the world. He sees every new assignment as a chance to learn and grow as a chef. He loves to create menus tailored to his guests, their dietary needs and preferences. He’s always focused on the guests satisfaction which he considers as to be his goal and duty. He never missed a chance to try new restaurants with friends or family and he loves to trek, bike or snowboard. She is a hard and positive worker and always approaches guests and her crew mates with a welcoming smile. Crew Gratuity – Although discretionary, a crew gratuity of 10% -15% of the charter fee is customary.

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is an estimate (usually 30% of the charter rate) paid with the balance for covering running costs during the charter (food, drinks, fuel, mooring fees, and anything else that guests might need while on charter). Final accounts will be produced by the Captain at the end of the charter and any unused funds will be refunded in full to the Charterer directly. If the funds are not sufficient, the Captain will advise the Charterer accordingly and bills will be settled upon disembarkation.

MYBA terms will apply.

Payment conditions: 50% of the charter rate within 7 days of signing the charter agreement, remaining 50% plus VAT plus APA, at least 5 weeks before the beginning of the charter.

Superyacht ‘Cartouche’ The Blue Coast 95’ luxury catamaran of 28.9m in length was launched this week by H2X shipyard France.  Yacht ‘Cartouche’ is the first superyacht created in a collaboration between Blue Coast Yachts, Jean-Jacques Coste Designs and H2X Shipyards. The large catamaran was launhed after a record construction time of just 14 months total instead of the scheduled 18 months.

The yacht’s construction  was hailed by the Coste design team and its director, Jean-Jacque Coste, as a real success as the new owners proudly watch her hit the water for the very first time.

Superyacht Cartouche

Yacht Cartouche is now the world’s largest vessel to be equipped with a furling boom, realized as a rotary wing mast and made with carbon fibre. Catamaran Cartouche includes a simple and efficient sailing plan consisting of a self-tacking Solent, a Gennaker and an innovative and powerful mainsail of 234m2 from North Sails.

The naval architect and the builder were very happy to see their creation in water exactly as they had anticipated, saying “The boat is perfectly within his lines and trim, this is very satisfying, because we haven’t renounced to any element of comfort and Cartouche is fitted with the latest in equipment.”

Construction, fully managed by H2X, started in August 2009. “The first review of this project is very satisfying” added Maurice Klein, General Manager of H2X shipyard, “Through the project management and implementation of innovative processes, the quality of construction is at the highest standard and we can build a sister ship even faster if we are asked to.”

Superyacht Cartouche is a unique vessel, featuring a three-deck sloop design and stands proudly against some of the largest catamarans in the world, measuring 28.9m in length and 12m wide. Her sleek contemporary lines are accentuated by the anthracite metallic gray hull, a lacquered interior in gray tones with accentuated black and white tones.

Handling the Blue Coast 95 is simple and efficient, endowed with twin long, narrow hulls, offering maximum stability in adverse sea conditions and enhanced manoeuvrability due to a comprehensive hydraulic system.

Built in 2011, the Blue Coast 95 is one of the most elegant sailing catamarans in the world, offering excellent performance and supreme comfort. Operated by an experienced crew of four, Cartouche offers easy handling and fast cruising. She features flexible accommodation for eight guests in a main deck owner’s suite and three guest cabins, which can be rearranged depending on requirements. Cartouche's exceptional exterior spaces include a fantastic semi-shaded sun deck with Jacuzzi, sunpads and various sofas; a huge aft deck with al fresco dining and outdoor cinema space; and swim platform with access to an array of water toys and a 4.5m Zodiac tender.

Blue Coast 95-2 Sailing Catamaran

Blue Coast 95-2 " Cartouche " is a design by the famous catamaran and interior designer Jean Jacques Coste. It was built by a renowned shipyard in Europe. With a length of 28.80 m and a beam of over 12 m, the Blue Coast 95-2 is an elegant high-tech sailing catamaran, made of infusion with fibreglass, carbon and epoxy.

Description

In addition to its timeless elegance, Blue Coast 95-2 offers superior comfort and first-class performance under sail with a total sail area of 630sqm and under engines of 2 x 425 Ps. Jean-Jacques Coste combines modern styling with elegant aerodynamic lines that blend harmoniously with the yacht's spacious interior. It is one of the few luxury sailing catamarans equipped with a hydraulic furling boom.

The bow tips can also be designed as a negative stem to extend the waterline and allow for wave piercing: When waves come from the front, the catamaran is not lifted, it does not tilt and therefore does not lose speed.

The yacht is extremely sturdily built; it sails twice a year with guests and crew across the Atlantic between Europe and the Caribbean.

Instead of traditional diesel engines, also possible with the innovative electric hybrid system "Geen ECO Power" with electric motors.

On the flybridge a whirlpool, 2 double loungers, a dinner table for 10 people and a wet bar with grill leave nothing to be desired. In front the central steering position and the winches for sail guidance.

The main deck has a special layout: the master suite is located right at the front with an unobstructed view of the sea. A staircase leads to the spacious bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe below. Next to the master suite on port side is the control centre with the inside steering position.

To starboard in the saloon is a large lounge area for 8 guests with large screen TV and the extensive galley where the chef serves the guests.

Through a wide sliding door, the saloon merges into the spacious aft terrace on the aft deck, with the dinner table for 10, a launch sofa, a wet bar and two comfortable double berths. At the stern, the various water toys come on and off the boat via the hydraulic platform. A living area that leaves nothing to be desired.

On the cabin deck there are three further large guest cabins, each with a shower-bath. On the port side the crew quarters for 4 crew members.
