The 100 HP motor dinghy can be used at any time and if customers want additional water sports, the staff will do their best to try to organize them.

Bedia Sultan yacht has a professional 5 person crew to provide services that match the luxury and design of the yacht. That crew consists of the captain, chef, deckhand as well as service personnel. The food was amazing - really delicious and varied, all of it was good. Hasan is a perfectionist, cool-headed but easy to work with when we wanted to change our itinerary he gave us the best advice and accommodated is so we had the best experience. The coastline is magnificent, crystal clear waters and gorgeous scenery. We fell in love with everything in Turkey and had the most wonderful week. Beautiful views enjoyed from floating heaven filled with angels. Like: The crew was the best I have ever experienced in any luxury destination. They were of a pleasant company whilst remaining professional and always on duty, helping us with our every need. They adapted themselves perfectly to our needs as individuals and made us feel right at home on this beautiful boat. The boat was cleaned every day and made comfortable with beautifully knitted cushions and soft blankets to make our evenings on the deck of the boat just perfect. The food was the best food I have experienced, The mixture of flavors and colors in our plates are going to be missed by all of the guests. I even took the liberty of asking for a few recipes myself as I enjoyed it so much. We have had a marvellous holiday. Everything was perfect. The boat Bedia Sultan was a beautiful boat. Captain and his crew are professionals with excellent service. They are kind, humouristic and made everyone feel really comfortable. And the food was delicious. The Hammam in Gocek harbour was an exotic experience. They were also professionals. The representatives from you company have been giving us excellent service. From the planning of this holiday started in February until we left Turkey. This holiday has been as a dream coming true for me. I will come back. I promise. It have been a pleasure to make business with you. You made my birthday-tour perfect. Bedia Sultan is a luxurious gulet yacht designed to provide its passengers with a perfect experience during their yacht holiday. This magnificent vessel is 35 meters long and 8 meters wide, constructed with classic wooden lines and modern comforts. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 charter guests in its five beautifully appointed cabins, each with its own en-suite. The master cabin comes with the added bonus of its own private jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day on the open seas.

Gulet Bedia Sultan is equipped with a spacious and comfortable interior, which offers plenty of space to relax, socialize and enjoy the view. On board, there is a fully-equipped galley kitchen, a roomy saloon area, and plenty of outdoor decks to enjoy the view. The yacht is powered by two 500hp engines and is equipped with the latest navigational and safety equipment.

The decks are wide, spacious, and covered in cushions as well as providing shade from the sun, giving guests ample opportunity to relax and swim away the day.

She offers a wide range of water activities such as snorkeling, fishing, swimming, and canoeing. The boat is equipped with a variety of water toys as well as a canoe, ringo, banana, combo ski, wakeskate, and service boat with an outboard engine.

The yacht insurance covers the yacht, her equipment and all crew members and guests against fire, collision and other marine risks or catastrophe. In case of any accident sustained by the crew/guests, the loss of the yacht, her equipment and the crew damages are included.

The guests -by their own Travel Insurance- is responsible for any injuries or loses out of board and any injuries on board that may arise from his/her own fault or mistake.

The guests can use the yacht on the cruise area as per the itinerary agreed before departure. The Captain has the right to change the cruise itinerary due to bad weather conditions, the docking impossibilities in ports or change in local legislation without prior notice.

How can I choose the right Gulet yacht for my Turkey yacht holiday?

You may have a look at the different yacht choices available in our categories within any price range. But before you make a final decision, it is often helpful to discuss the yacht rental and charter plans with us. We inspect all the yachts we offer and know the crew and charter itineraries very well. The more you can tell us about your interests, period, duration of your yacht charter, number of people, budget and even about your expectations, the better we will be able to guide you for the best option of your Blue Cruise. Once you have decided the dates of your yacht cruise, which yacht is the best for you and which ports you wish to embark and disembark, etc, we negotiate the scheduling your Blue Cruise.

How is the life on board a Yacht?

Gulet yachts are built to center life on deck during a yacht charter. Spacious decks and housing a large aft for dining and lounging area are their main features. The number of guests a Gulet yacht carries depends on the yacht's size, though most of them accommodate between eight to sixteen people. These yachts offer their guests separate accommodations with en-suite facilities. Modern Gulet Yachts are comfortably equipped with all of the amenities that you would feel at home and encourage an environment in which you are expected to do nothing but enjoy yourself. On a yacht charter, you have the chance, unlike cruises on large cruise ship, to explore the secluded and often deserted bays and coves of the coastline. The small harbors and settlements offer an intimate view of coastal life which large ships cannot replicate authentically. You could lounge on the deck feeling the sun, sipping your favorite drink; read your favorite novel or explore the turquoise deep with your snorkel. On your Yacht, you may find some snorkels, simple fishing equipment, windsurf or a canoe for free of use. Some of the yachts have also water sport equipment that is mostly available for rent at extra. Land trips to plenty of ancient ruins to visit are available out of many moorings. You can even fish for your supper on the yacht and your cook will gladly prepare for you. Meal times are another form of entertainment with all that exquisite Turkish cuisine and wonderful conversation. Having a meal under the stars on a serene sea, gently touching the sides of your Yacht is an experience not to be missed. For those who prefer a different view each day and are prepared for the changing moods of Mother Nature, a holiday on a yacht is the perfect solution. Your cruise is full-board on yacht cabin charters, excluding all beverages. On private yacht charter, you can spend your yacht holiday without even having to decide what is going to be on the menu, you may let the yacht's Chef prepare you delicious set menus with a small additional charge per person basis. Or you may choose to book half board meals on some days and stop for a lovely dinner at a colorful seaside restaurant.

What should I bring on board?

You need casual wear; non slip foot wear, swimming suit, a sun hat, some t-shirts and shorts, a sweater for cool evenings and for excursions and climbs, blue jeans and strong footwear. Instead of one large suitcase, we recommend that you take small and preferably soft bags as they are more convenient to store in your cabin. Hand, bath and beach towels are supplied. Also bring your personal sanitary, shampoo, bath gel, toothpaste, etc. If you are interested in snorkeling, you may bring your equipment, because the equipment on board may not fit to your size. For charging the electrical devices, the supply on board is 220 V.ac and European type plugs are used. Please bring your converters/adaptors accordingly.

Does the gulets have to return to the same port of departure?

This depends on the boat you will choose, her base and reservation chart. A oneway charter can be scheduled by departing from one port and ending in anther. It's best to book early as soon as possible to have the flexibility of an itinerary and ports you like.

Are the yacht charters weekly? Can we rent a yacht more or less than 7 days?

In Turkey, the yacht cruises are mainly operated on weekly basis and from Sarueday to Saturday. We try to suit to our guests’ preferences during low season; however we may not offer alternative periods in the high season. Therefore, the gulet yacht rental prices are quoted per week.

Alternative yacht rentals periods (shorter or longer) can be available according the yachts availability, ports, season, etc. Please ask.

How does charter Agreement work ? Once your chosen Gulet yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard Gulet Broker Yachting charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the gulet’s central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

Payment Options We will require a 50 % deposit of the gulet rental to secure your reservation in Turkey, this is payable by bank transfer. The remaining balance including food monies, is payable 5 weeks before departure by bank transfer or alternatively the full amount may be paid in cash on arrival.

Non-Mandatory Extras:

Private marinas:.

• If a client wishes to use private marinas the costs can vary from 300 and up to 500 €/night.
• Tips are not included in the price of the charter and are a voluntary way of showing appreciation for a good service. Usually, it is 7% to 15% of the charter price, according to your satisfaction, paid to the captain at the end of the charter and distributed equally by the captain to the rest of the crew.

Additional Motorized Water Sports:

• Bedia Sultan has water skiing, wakeboard, and Ringo ride which is charged for the fuel used according to clients usage. Jet ski is charged 200 €/day and for the fuel used according to clients usage.

Other Options on request:

• Airport transfers, diving schools recommendations, guided land tours, restaurant bookings, bike rentals, hotel recommendations, spa recommendations, ...

How does the charter agreement work?

Once your chosen yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard MYBA or Goolets charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the yacht's central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

What are the payment terms?

After signing the MYBA or Goolets charter agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is required. You can pay the fee via bank transfer or credit card (only Visa or MasterCard). The other 50%, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (if applicable), taxes, positioning fees, and any previously agreed charges are payable via bank transfer eight weeks before departure.

What are the actual operating expenses?

Once you made the final payment of the charter, you pay the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Under MYBA terms, this fee is usually between 30% - 40% of the total charter cost.

This covers the operating expenses of a charter (explained under Charter Terms), such as fuel, food, drinks, port fees, and ad hoc incidentals. The APA is given to the captain before the start of your charter. Some yachts and gulets also offer food/drinks packages which are normally paid in cash during embarkation, while the port taxes are paid during embarkation according to the costs presented by the captain. The Captain ensures that the yacht is fully fuelled and stocked when you step on board. 

While an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during your charter, a full set of accounts will normally be submitted by your captain at the end of the cruise. 

In case of surpassing the amount of money already paid during your yacht charter (with the APA), additional funds (in cash) will be required at once. If there is an outstanding balance from the yacht charter, it should be settled in cash or by bank transfer before you disembark. In case of a remaining credit at the end of your charter, you will be fully reimbursed. 

If a transfer by car to and from the yacht is required, it can be arranged either by the charter company or by the yacht’s captain, payment for which will be deducted from your APA.

How can we make your yacht charter personalized?

To ensure a unique and tailor-made charter experience, we will send you a detailed questionnaire eight weeks before you embark on your yacht. You can tell us your group's preferences and special requirements, such as dietary or medical needs, any particular wishes regarding exercise, entertainment, or if you are celebrating a special occasion. 

Are internet and satellite TV connections available onboard?

In case you really need to get some work done during your vacation, no worries. On most yachts, there is mobile broadband internet and satellite TV, so you will stay connected to the rest of the world. Just keep in mind that the service can be limited in some areas (you are in the middle of the sea after all). If you anticipate regular usage of the internet, let us know prior to embarking, as upgrades might be subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

Is smoking allowed onboard?

Smoking is permitted only on the outside decks, and on some yachts, only in dedicated outdoor areas. Please consult our charter brokers for more information. For safety reasons, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited on all yachts.

Are tips for the crew mandatory?

Even though tips are not mandatory, the guests normally extend a gratuity to the devoted crew. The amount depends on the guest's satisfaction, but it is approximately 10% of the charter fee. The tips are equally distributed among all crew members by the captain.

Should I get any insurance?

In case of unforeseen circumstances that might prevent the charter, we highly recommend taking out the Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance to protect the investment. Besides that, the guests should be covered by Personal Accident and Medical Insurance, and their belongings are insured against theft, loss, or damage. Charterers’ Liability insurance is also highly recommended. Contact your broker for further assistance and additional advice regarding the insurance.

How are the charter rates calculated?

Charter rates are estimated weekly. If a charter exceeds seven days, they are calculated pro-rata against the weekly rate divided by seven and multiplied by the number of charter days. Keep in mind that some yachts are only chartered on a weekly (Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday) basis, especially during the high season.

High and low season rates vary depending on charter locations and types of yachts. The high rates apply to the most popular charter periods (July/August and Christmas/New Year), and to all major events. Low season rates apply to all other periods.

The charter rates on our website are up to date but may be subject to change. 

What are the charter terms?

Most charter rates are based on MYBA Terms, which entail that the yacht is in full commission, with all necessary equipment, properly insured for marine risks, and managed by a crew, whose wages, food, and clothing are the owner’s expense.

All other operating expenses are charged to the charterer and include (but are not limited to): fuel and lubricating oils for the yacht and her tenders; local taxes; pilotage; port, harbor, and marina dues; customs clearance; water and power; personal laundry; all provisions, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and consumables for the charterer’s group; shoreside excursions, telecommunication, and internet costs.

Please note that, occasionally, a yacht may offer an alteration on the terms described above. For further information about specific yachts, consult your broker.

Do any other taxes apply?

For charters in European waters, Value Added Tax and delivery costs may be charged on the gross Charter Fee, due to the European Union tax legislation. In other countries, local taxes may also apply. Depending on your chosen charter destination, our brokers will provide any prevalent rates.

We offer full board accommodation for your yacht charter. You can choose between standard, luxury or deluxe menus and pay between 35 and 75 Euros per person per day.

You can supply your alcoholic beverages or you can order us.

All service is provided by boat staff.

Most of the gulets are rented on a WEEKLY basis from Saturday to Saturday, especially during high season (June-July-August-September). Smaller gulets with lower capacity can be rented for shorter periods. In May and October, which is called the Low Season, charters can be done for any period.

The time of boarding is after 3.00 pm on Saturdays and disembarkation is by 10.00 am following Saturday.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel the reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply, depending on the date interval in between approving and canceling a charter agreement;

a) If cancellation is done 90 days prior to arrival, the deductible will be 20% of the total charter price  

b) If cancellation is done between 89 and 30 days or less prior to arrival, the deductible will be 50% of the total charter price

c) If cancellation is done 29 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the total charter price will be required
