Motor yacht IMPERIAL PRINCESS BEATRICE (ex IMPERIAL PRINCESS) is a spectacular Princess 40M vessel, launched in 2012 and refitted in 2018 by the prestigious UK-based shipbuilder, Princess Yachts. Boasting striking grey hull, white superstructure and grey hardtop, as well as a mast, the 130´ superyacht, was the longest production vessel ever made in Britain, with the largest resin-infused hull ever moulded at the time of her launch. The vessel boasts naval architecture, exterior design/styling and interior layout by Bernard Olesinski and her lovely interior is designed by Princess´ in-house team, in partnership with the renowned studio, Bannenberg & Rowell.

The five-cabin six-star accommodation layout for up to 10 charter guests aboard the luxury yacht IMPERIAL PRINCESS BEATRICE offers a master suite, two VIP staterooms as well as two twin-berth en-suites.

The interior is a classic confection of contrasting tones, textures and surfaces, full of visual and tactile treats, set off to perfection by the huge areas of window, which will fill both the main deck and accommodation areas with daylight. A stand out feature is her magnificent main deck with a beautifully appointed salon and formal dining area encased by vast windows and hydraulically folding balconies on both sides of the saloon.

Up, one level, the elegant sky lounge is a great place to relax with commanding views as well as an additional exterior dining area for breakfast, lunch, dinner or cocktails. A curved stairway leads up to the impressive Sun Deck boasting an extensive bar, seating, sunbathing and a huge spa tub.

IMPERIAL PRINCESS BEATRICE Specifications

The principal decorative scheme boasts horizontal-grained satin walnut bulkheads, wenge flooring on the main deck, and walnut flooring on the sky deck. Signature pieces represent the impressive, full-height, etched-metal mural by Christofle in the dining room, and there is also an eye-catching abstract created from hand-painted and lacquered panels on the forward bulkhead of the sky lounge.

Twin MTU 12V diesel engines deliver the 40m superyacht a top speed of 20 knots.

The IMPERIAL PRINCESS BEATRICE motor yacht has an accommodation layout for up to 10 charter guests including a master suite, two VIP staterooms as well as two twin-berth en-suites. Forward of the main deck is the owner's suite, spanning the full beam of the hull. The suite is accessed through the owner’s private office. Opulent his and hers bathrooms are accessed off the dressing area which also features two substantial walk-in wardrobes. The remaining 4 cabins are situated below decks, with both the VIP cabins occupying the full width of the beam.

Imperial Princess Beatrice is a stunning 40m motor yacht built in 2012 by the world-renowned UK-based shipyard Princess. This 40m Princess motor yacht boasts a magnificent array of outdoor spaces across its three-tiered design. There is a gorgeous alfresco dining area and plush sofas at the stern of the main deck. This is the perfect area to relax before descending down the stairs to the water platform. From here guests can dive into the turquoise waters for a refreshing swim. Or they can make use of the impressive artillery of water sports equipment on board. Moving to the bow of the middle deck and guests have the opportunity to lounge on the spacious sun pads and bask in the Med sunshine. Tolyatti was named after Palmiro Togliatti, an Italian communist. It is the headquarters of Lada, a major Russian automobile manufacturer. The population is approximately 720,000, of which 110,000 are employed by Lada. In the 1950s, when the population was 12,000, the entire city was moved to its present location to allow for construction of the Zhiguli Hydroelectric Station.

Togliatti was the location of the Speedway of Nations in 2019. Motorcycle riders from Russia, Australia , Denmark , Great Britain , Sweden , and Germany contested.

Renault-nissan and avtovaz create common purchasing organization in russia.

TOGLIATTI, Russia - The Renault-Nissan Alliance and AVTOVAZ announced the establishment of a common purchasing organization in Russia. This structure will manage a defined scope of purchasing for Renault, Nissan and AVTOVAZ joint activities related to industrial equipment, powertrains and vehicles based on common platforms.

"Common Purchasing Organization" LLC (CPO) is equally owned by AVTOVAZ and Renault-Nissan Purchasing Organization (RNPO) on which it will be modeled. Established in 2001, RNPO is Renault-Nissan's largest common organization and biggest contributor to new synergies derived from cost reductions and cost avoidance. RNPO covers all purchasing activities of both Renault and Nissan worldwide.

Like RNPO, CPO is expected to generate significant savings for the three partners in Russia thanks to increased volumes and better pricing with suppliers. CPO will use the RNPO methods and standards that have contributed to its success. RNPO generated 851 million euros in new synergies for Renault-Nissan in 2012, or about a third of total synergies.

CPO will communicate a common position to suppliers on quality, cost and delivery deadlines, as well as develop relations with suppliers in order to increase parts localization in Russia. CPO will attract global companies to the AVTOVAZ and Renault-Nissan Alliance supplier base. This is expected to help upgrade the technology and quality of Russian suppliers.

The establishment of the CPO marks a new step in the development of the strategic partnership between AVTOVAZ and Renault-Nissan Alliance, which began in 2008 when Renault took a 25% stake in Russia's largest automaker. CPO will stimulate the ongoing integration of AVTOVAZ and the Alliance, strengthening the competitiveness of the LADA brand and optimizing the production of new vehicles under the three partners' brands.

Daniel Perry has been appointed CEO of the new organization and will be based at the company's headquarters in Togliatti, Samara Oblast. He will report to a governance committee composed of Christian Vandenhende, RNPO Managing Director, Yasuhiro Yamauchi, RNPO Deputy Managing Director and Damir Kashapov, AVTOVAZ Vice President Purchasing.

The creation of the Renault-Nissan Alliance and AVTOVAZ common purchasing organization has been approved by Russia's Federal Anti-monopoly Service.

ABOUT THE RENAULT-NISSAN ALLIANCE The Renault-Nissan Alliance is a strategic partnership between Renault (based in Paris, France) and Nissan (based in Yokohama, Japan), which together sell one in ten cars worldwide. Renault and Nissan have been strategic partners since 1999 and sold 8.1 million cars in nearly 200 countries in 2012. The Alliance operates strategic collaborations with numerous automakers, including Germany's Daimler, China's Dongfeng, and with regional manufacturers such as Ashok Leyland in India.

ABOUT AVTOVAZ AVTOVAZ is the largest Russian car manufacturer, the maker of LADA. The company owns one of the world's largest car factories in Togliatti and a plant in Izhevsk. AVTOVAZ is targeting production of nearly 1.4 million of LADA, Renault and Nissan vehicles in Russia by 2015.
