The APYCAT 56, is born under the sign of innovation, aiming to blend the comfort offered by the roominess of a catamaran with the quality and sportiness of higher-category yachts. The vessel's configuration, 17 meters in length and 7 meters in width, has allowed for the creation of a generous and roomy layout while maintaining a sleek profile that will facilitate docking in marinas. From a stylistic point of view, the APYCAT 56 stands out for its sporty character that recalls the typical design of super yachts, elegant and sleek, echoing the DNA of Pininfarina and De Simoni Yacht Design. Featuring a long hull window, the APYCAT56 presents an iconic design that creates a seamless harmony between the interior and exterior spaces of the boat. Outside, the vessel features a cockpit with direct access to the sea, furnished with freestanding furniture. On the hull, there is a flybridge housing a spacious sunbathing area, a wet bar, and the helm station. The layered design emphasizes the superstructure, protruding from it, allowing natural light from the sky to filter into the living room. This setup reminiscent of super yachts is also reflected in the interior of the boat. The interior of APYCAT 56, on the other hand, features spacious and well-lit areas, such as the salon that houses an open-plan kitchen and the living area, both of which open onto the expansive cockpit. The finishes are of superior quality compared to yachts in the same segment and are characterized by refined materials that define the onboard atmosphere of comfort. In addition to the living area, APYCAT 56 includes a full-beam owner's cabin in the forward area, an open-space design with a walk-in closet area and a desk, two guest cabins with dedicated bathrooms, and a crew cabin.

The 56-foot catamaran , known simply as the CAT56, pairs the comfort and space of a multihull with the sleek and sporty stylings of a superyacht. The exterior exudes a modern elegance for which the two houses are renowned, with clean lines and long windows running from bow to stern. The 23-foot width creates a relatively roomy interior yet ensures the cat is still narrow enough that it can dock comfortably in marinas.
The light and airy living quarters are centered around a salon with an open-plan kitchen and lounge that opens onto an expansive cockpit. The refined finishes throughout are of “superior quality compared to boats in the same segment,” according to the design team. As for accommodation, the yacht features a full-beam owner’s suite with a walk-in closet and a desk, along with two en suite guest cabins, and a crew cabin.
The exterior decks are not short on style, either. The cockpit is furnished with elegant pieces and offers direct access to the sea, while the flybridge is home to a wet bar, sunbathing area, and helm station. The CAT56 is the first Austin Parker design conceived under Nalcaci and marks an important milestone for the yard.
“Nalcaci will not only make new financial resources available but, thanks to his solid industrial experience, will guarantee the production of the new catamaran and the boats currently in the range with state-of-the-art technologies,” Fulvio De Simoni, CEO of De Simoni Yacht Design, said in a statement.
The CAT56 will enter production in September. It is the first model in a series that Pininfarina and Fulvio De Simoni will develop for Austin Parker over the coming years. Stay tuned.

Italian boutique builder Austin Parker is diversifying into the power-cat market with a striking new multihull, called simply the Austin Parker Cat 56...
The design features a cutting edge styling with the performance and cruising potential to go toe to toe with longer monohull. Italian yacht designer Fulvio de Simoni and legendary automotive stylists Pininfarina are responsible for its sporty lines with on trend features like forward-raked bridge windows, plumb bows and faceted topsides inset with big hull windows.
Main-deck features include generous side-decks, a two-tier foredeck with multiple sunpads and seating areas, a huge cockpit with corner sofas and steps down both sides to a full beam bathing platform fitted with a hydraulic central section for launching the tender.

The main saloon presents an aft galley to port and big C-shaped dinette to starboard that can seat as many as 10. The single helm seat is offset slightly to starboard with a corner booth to port that allows guests to stay close to the action. Stairs lead down from the main saloon to three ensuite guest cabins.
The owner’s double cabin sits forward and occupies the deep bridge deck spanning the gap between the two hulls. Its aft facing bed is on the centreline, while its ensuite is located in the port hull and dressing room in the starboard hull.
The other two twin guest cabins fit snugly in the aft of each hull, just forward of the engine bays. Crew space can be added in either of the bows if needed.
The Austin Parker Cat 56 will be offered with twin Volvo Penta IPS650 drives, which should deliver a top speed of 25 knots and a fast cruise of 20 knots with a quoted range of 200nm from its 2,000 litre fuel capacity.

Description
The new C – Catamarans 56, designed by Enrico Contreas and Marco Amadio, is the ideal size to comfortably travel around the Mediterranean with family or friends: spacious, modern, welcoming in the interior, it makes it particularly docile and reliable in navigation and maneuvers. It is designed to navigate smoothly even with the bow sea, regaining the gear in a short time without losing too much in terms of speed. Speed remains the distinctive feature of C-Catamarans, to take advantage of every slightest gust, to get the maximum acceleration and not to give in to the bow bows. Powerful and impressive, the C-Cat 56 is a comfortable multihull but extremely safe and fun, ready to turn easily in any situation. The designers Marco Amadio and Marco Rogolino have interpreted the project to 360 - seeking the balance between outdoor and indoor spaces, maintaining the concept of habitability and comfort on innovative lines and sports catamarans built in Rome. In the interior and exterior project, they also communicate ergonomically and the introspective sense of some environments is nullified by the large and spectacular windows that bring the sea into the cabins. The exterior design is characterized by streamlined and broken lines for a contemporary sportiness, enriched by the steering positions, designed as an integral part of the superstructure , enveloping and placed in an ideal position for excellent global visibility. This solution, already adopted on the C-Cat 62, allowed to optimize the deck spaces, gaining livability in the large square and making the bridge accessible without hindrance from stern to bow. The catamaran has a convivial nature and the wide opening for the entrance in the square allows you to create a real open space with a single environment between inside and outside. In the interior, it was chosen to give a sporty impression with the warmth of wood, with the contemporaneity of soft touch finishes, recycled carbon details and Solid Surface elements for a right mix of lightness, elegance and sportiness.

What Our Clients Say
Considering buying the C-CAT 56? Here’s some additional information regarding yacht charter ownership and management.
What is yacht ownership?
You can own a boat in the traditional way, you can own a shared yacht with a friend, or you can own a yacht in charter. Either you do all the work yourself or someone else takes care of the yacht management. There are as many ways to own a boat as there are people, and there is a lot to take into account. Can you make money chartering a yacht? What is a yacht programme? What is fractional yachting? Get answers to these questions and advice on yacht ownership! Get in touch now!
Pros of owning a yacht
Instead of worrying about the type, availability or the cost of yacht charter – you can own a yacht and even earn from it! An option to consider is fractional yacht ownership, where you have a share in the boat – you share the yacht costs and the proceeds with others. Owning a charter boat relieves you from the maintenance, helps you to offset the costs, gives you a chance to sail in different locations… If you don’t believe us, you can read charter yacht ownership reviews from real boat owners! There are plenty out there.
Years of experience in the international yacht charter market and yacht sales has given us ample insight. We started Yacht-Match to inform and guide the yacht buyers on their journey to own a yacht in charter. We are your unbiased and professional purchase guidance in acquiring a tailor-made yacht charter ownership. We have technical competence as well as expertise in legal and tax matters and financing.

The CAT 56 represents Austin Parker's first project since the acquisition by Baris Nalcaci. The power CAT 56 is 17-meters long and has a 23.1-foot beam which is anticipated to offer comfortable living and experiences onboard. As far as is known there is a three-cabin layout for guests with a large full-beam master cabin and two other guest cabins all with their own bathroom facilities. There is also one crew cabin provided. Onboard living is spread across three-decks. The draft is expected to be just 1.40-meters on the hulls.
Emphasis has been made on fleshing-out comfortable exterior spaces as well. Since it is a catamaran, the exterior spaces are concentrated on the main deck and the upper/sun deck areas. A hardtop provides meaningful cover from the daily rays of the sun while open regions are also there for those who prefer the extra natural light. Construction will be in fiberglass/grp and come with CE Certification (Class A). This beautiful design comes from the hand of Enrico Contreas and Marco Amadio. Powerful lines and daggerboards that promise a lot of speed and a modern and light interior with all the comfort one could wish for. A great catamaran to stay on or even live on for a long time!
2 interior options are available on the C-Cat 56,
The standard owner’s version with the owner’s hull on the port side with a large bed in the rear and a large bathroom in the front and a hull on the starboard side with a spacious sleeping cabin at the front and rear and a spacious bathroom in between.
Or the charter version with 2 equal hulls with a spacious sleeping cabin at the front and back and a spacious bathroom in between.
In the bow a skipper/crew cabin can be installed
The saloon on the bridge deck between the hulls has a spacious seating area, chart table with optional steering option and a very spacious U-kitchen, because the saloon inside and the cockpit outside are on the same level, the indoor and outdoor space can easily be pulled together to form one large space.
Due to the vacuum injection of the laminate with epoxy vinyl ester resin and the use of carbon at the points where large forces occur, a very light and rigid construction has been created, it is also possible to build the C-Cat 56 entirely from carbon.
It’s been mentioned before, our C-Cats are fast. Speed is also safety, it is also easier to avoid or keep up with weather systems on long trips. But there is more security; both bows have a so-called “crash box” at the very front. This ensures that when hitting a hard object, water does not immediately run through the entire boat, but it keeps the damage in place. In fact, there are 4 airtight compartments that make the C-Cat 56 unsinkable! The daggerboards have fracture surfaces so that they could break off under water in a (very) hard collision without damaging the hull.
We do everything for a comfortable and safe feeling on board!
The C-Catamaran yard is a relatively small yard, so we are flexible to accommodate owner’s wishes. Chartering or living on board gives you other wishes, just indicate these and we will make your C-Cat exactly the way you want it!

In terms of design, the CAT 56 stands out for its sporty character, copying the visual codes of its superyachts. The deck features a cockpit with direct access to the sea. The flybridge is home to a spacious sundeck, wet bar and the helm station.

CAT56 Catamaran: A symphony of elegance and innovation on the seas
In the realm where the sea meets the sky, a testament to design brilliance and innovation has emerged from the esteemed collaboration between two titans of the maritime world— Pininfarina Nautical and De Simoni Yacht Design . This collaboration has birthed the CAT56 catamaran, a jewel of maritime artistry and Austin Parker shipyard’s inaugural venture post-acquisition by the visionary Baris Nalcaci. With its regal dimensions, spanning 17 meters in length and 7 meters in width, the CAT56 is a marriage of spacious comfort typical of a catamaran, infused with the grace and athleticism of higher-category yachts. This blend of elements has given rise to a sprawling and luxurious layout, encapsulated within a streamlined profile that ensures graceful berthing in marinas, making navigation a seamless pleasure.
From a stylistic standpoint, the CAT56 embodies a spirited elegance reminiscent of superyacht design—a true testament to the DNA of both Pininfarina and De Simoni Yacht Design. The defining feature, a striking long hull window, graces the CAT56, creating an iconic design that elegantly bridges the boat’s interior and the vast expanse of the open sea. The exterior of the vessel boasts a thoughtfully designed cockpit, offering direct communion with the sea, its furniture carefully chosen for both functionality and style. An alluring flybridge beckons on the hull, offering a spacious sunbathing area, a well-equipped wet bar, and the helm station. The layered design accentuates the superstructure, allowing the azure light of the sky to filter into the living room, evoking the ambience of opulent superyachts.
Yet, beyond its visual splendour, the CAT56 embodies the vision and dedication of its creators, exemplified by the words of Daniele Mazzon, Head of Transportation Design at Pininfarina: “CAT56 is the result of the collaboration between Pininfarina Nautical and De Simoni Yacht Design and standouts for its sporty and elegant design. While creating CAT56, we focused on the spaces and the onboard experience, designing a boat that seamlessly connects interior and exterior spaces and allows for comfortable navigation.”
This visionary endeavour was set in motion with the acquisition of Austin Parker, a pivotal turning point that marked the advent of a new era for the shipyard. The acquisition not only injected fresh financial resources but, under the astute guidance of Baris Nalcaci, ushered in a solid foundation of industrial experience that would pave the way for the production of the new catamaran and further elevate existing offerings with state-of-the-art technologies. Fulvio De Simoni, CEO of De Simoni Yacht Design, aptly expressed, “We have taken into great consideration, at every stage of the project, the industrialization and production systems with the aim of constantly improving the quality of the product.”
Stepping into the heart of the CAT56 reveals a world of luxury and opulence, with spacious, well-lit areas gracing its interior. The salon, an epitome of refined living, houses an open-plan kitchen and a living area that gracefully extends into the expansive cockpit, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. The finishes, crafted to perfection, showcase superior quality compared to boats in the same segment, defined by refined materials that envelope the onboard atmosphere in a cocoon of comfort. Moreover, the CAT56 unfolds a full-beam owner’s cabin in the forward expanse, embracing an open-space design adorned with a walk-in closet area and a desk, a haven of tranquillity amidst the tumultuous seas. Two guest cabins, each boasting dedicated bathrooms, and a crew cabin, further enhance the vessel’s offerings. The CAT56, set to commence production in September, marks the initiation of an exciting journey—a pioneering model in a forthcoming range of boats envisioned by Pininfarina Nautical and De Simoni Yacht Design for Austin Parker.
As the tides of innovation surge, the CAT56 stands as a beacon, promising to redefine luxury and elegance in the world of maritime excellence, inviting all to set sail into a realm where grace, comfort, and adventure converge.
